Amazing experience from start to finish. Brittany was great. She really made sure I was happy and did everything in her power to get me into the exact car I wanted. She was by far the best sales person I have ever worked with and I have been buying cars for years. I drove over an hour to get the car I wanted. I would 100% recommend Smail but I would 110% recommend working with Brittany.

I've been dealing with Smail for quite some time & so far my experience has been good. The KIA Service department even has great employees. When I was there recently for service, I was kind of surprised to see the waiting room full & employees not wearing masks, considering we are still in the middle of a pandemic. Upon me retrieving my key from the cashier, I had to go find where they had my car parked, nobody said where it was, normally it's brought to you, but I finally found it way behind the building after I had to press the alarm on my key fob. We'll see what the next visit is like.

The service dept was wonderful. I needed help with my blue tooth and was told to go to the sales area and they would help me. I went to the Kia sales and a tall blonde salesman was totally useless. He acted like I was bothering him and gave me a line about having to have my phone plugged in. It doesn't work and I still can't voice activate my blue tooth

This is now my second car buying experience with Jeff at Smail Kia and I felt a review was warranted. I bought a 2015 Kia Optima Hybrid for a great price and received what I considered to be a fair trade in compared to what the competition was offering. Jeff didn't go right into the car and money, he asked about my marriage, job, congratulated me, etc. He not only did this yesterday, but he's done so within the past four years through e-mail without a hint of him wanting my business. When we finally got to the 'haggling' there really wasn't much at all. I told him what I wanted for the car and the trade and he got me right there quickly. That's the way car buying should be!

Recently purchased two used vehicles from Smail Kia/Pre-owned. Both vehicles were sold "As Is", unfortunately one of the vehicles had a major malfunction within 24 hours of purchase. The Smail dealership and service department made things right by offering to repair the vehicle at a reduced cost and providing us with a "loaner car" until the job was done. Having bought a car "As Is" the buyer assumes all of the risk, and we could have been stuck with a car requiring major repairs, but Smail Kia did the right thing and went out of their way to make things right.

I have to say, I followed my sales man. We purchased a pre-owned 2012 Dodge Caravan. We were looking to get rid of my 2003 Jeep Liberty and into something newer. Brian Creighan kept in communication with me, letting me know about vehicles that may fit the bill as they came in. He worked TIRELESSLY to crunch numbers and get me into a payment I could live with. He never put pressure on us. I have to say I walked in there, knowing which vehicle I wanted, and i left with that vehicle. Smail took my Jeep and gave me more than I thought I would get for it, and I have a 3 month warranty on the new vehicle, which I am in love with. I have not had experience with any other aspects of the dealership (the pre-owned building was very comfortable), however I would (and do) recommend Brian to any body looking for another vehicle.

This was not a straightforward lease termination/trade, complicated by the fact that I am a MA resident. Jeff spent an entire day with me working through options and scenarios to get to the best answer. I could not be happier with the customer sevice I received- both the day I bought the car and days leading up to that via email/calls. Smail Kia runs sales scams. They send out advertisements that say they will give you 120% of the value of your car. They outright told me they won't give me that. They didn't even use any fancy math magic. I had the flyer in my hand and they said that they didn't send them out, but it was a company they hire and they can't do anything about it. SORRY, your 4 y/o low mileage doesn't get the 120% book value even though you got the mailer that said we would give it to you. I plan on filing a complaint with the Federal Trade commission as well as KIA Corporate. Stephanie called me the next day and said she would call me back within 15 minutes, she never did, only emailed the salesman (who was very nice, I feel sorry for him) to contact me.

I was lucky enough to work with Jeffrey Hobbs on my recent purchase of a vehicle. I went to several dealerships that day and Smail was the last I visited. As soon as we walked in the door, Jeff made us feel like we were family. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles as well as the process. I never once felt pressured or manipulated, I truly believe he is just a good, honest, person who wanted me to go home with a vehicle that made me truly happy. He did everything to work out a great deal and to make sure to introduce us to everyone else we would work with on the process [Jason and Jim were both really wonderful too]. Smail truly takes pride in their vehicles and it is obvious by how beautiful they all look. I appreciated the time he took with us to see us through the entire process and make it an enjoyable experience. If these gentlemen are a reflection of the company as a whole, trust me -- you are in good hands! We just purchased our first Kia, and are very pleased. Our salesman was Jim Calabrese. He was great! We previously owned 3 Hyundai's and only had our last one 8 months. We purchased a Tucson and were just not happy with the size. Wanted back to something the size of our Sante Fe.That is when we saw the Kia Sorrento and knew this was it! Jim went above and beyond to do everything he could to not only get us into a Sorrento but was able to get the color and features we wanted as well. He was a true pleasure to work with! The finance person, Jason was also very good. He explained everything and made that part easy as well.

Purchased a used 2012 Silverado 2500HD at Smail and just can't say enough about the salesman Jeffrey Hobbs. He went above an beyond my expectations. Although we spent a little more time there than we expected (Dealer was extremely busy), Jeff made the time fly just by stopping over and asking if there was anything we needed while also taking care of multiple customers at one time. From Cory, the young man that encouraged me to come in to the dealership, to the manager of the Smail Kia in Greensburg, to Jeff Markle and Jim Calabrese, all were extremely helpful and courteous. I was in a true bind and they were able to get me the financing that I needed and I drove home in a brand new 2015 Kia Forte. Jeff Hobbs did everything he said he would do. Didn't push me into buying a car either. I told him what I was looking for, he found a few choices and I picked the car. He knew the cars features and showed them to me. I don't like sales staff at all but he is not typical. He talked to me not at me and worked with me.Being honest is the only way to go. Jeff Hobbs didn't bs me. Sure we chatted and bs'd a little but when it came to the car he seemed honest about it not because he was going to make money off me but rather because he was interested in wanting me to get the vehicle I wanted. Again, not your typical sales person. I would buy another vehicle from him.

I took my car to the service department almost 4 weeks ago to have wheels replaced. At that time, another noise was heard so they held off to put on my new wheels until they got the part in for the noise. When I went to pick up my car after work, it was locked and the place was closed! I had to have my husband bring me my key. When I took my car back to the shop to have the noise fixed and new wheels put on, I got my car back and had to drive right back to the shop because it was making ANOTHER noise. They replaced a part, which they thought was causing the noise, only to find out that was not the problem. After over a week, they told me that they figured out the problem and it was my transmission. This was on a Wednesday, he told me that the part was ordered and I would have my car back the following Tuesday or Wednesday. All of this I was okay with, upset that my transmission was bad in a car with only 45000 miles, but happy it was being taken care of. When next Tuesday came, I called to check the status of my vehicle. This time, I spoke with someone else, who tells me that they were still waiting on approval from Kia to replace my transmission and that my car would not be done until Thursday or Friday. On Thursday I called back (had to call twice bc noone returned my call) and he tells me that they finally got approval and that my transmission would be in the next day (Friday) and my car would be done Friday afternoon or Saturday. Well Saturday came and I had not heard from them, so I call yet again to check the status on my vehicle, having planned to get it back this day. I spoke with another person, who tells me that my car will not be done today, the technician working on it was not even in on Saturdays. When I call Monday, im told that my car will be finished today or def tomorrow (Tuesday). I called to find out what time I could pick my car up Tuesday and was told that my car was STILL making a noise. By this time I have had enough and told them I was picking my car up as is and taking it elsewhere. 2 hours later I get a call back that says they found the probelm, it was not my transmission afterall and to give them just 1 more day, the part was being overnighted and it would be done Wednesday. I called Wednesday morning, left a message and received no call back. Called that afternoon and left a message received no call back. I then finally called a 3rd time and was told that my car was being test driven and they would call me back. Well noone ever called me back, they just showed up at my work with my car. FINALLY i have my car back. I was promised a full tank of gas, but it wasnt. I feel that by the end of all of this, they had treated me terribly. They replaced 2 parts in my car before realizing what the actual problem was. These people are supposed to be certified. And the customer service by the end of this nightmare, was terrible! Never returning a call all day long. I will never again take my car to Smail. I will be going elsewhere.

We were considering trading in our lease. We visited another dealer across the street and had horrible service (VW). During that time Jeff Hobbs called us out of the blue to check on our current vehicle. Within one week he got us the exact car we wanted for the exact price!! This was our second time working with Jeff and we won't ever make the mistake of not going to him first the next time we want a new vehicle! This was my first time ever buying a car. I'm 23 and just graduated college, and in having zero experience (and not much credit) my Dad came with me to look at a used Mazda that I had found online. We met with Jim Calabrese who we immediately liked. He was professional and patient since, like I said, I was new at this. We looked at different prices and different options and found a price we were willing to work with. Mr. Calabrese went with me for a test drive and when we got back we finished the paperwork and I had my keys. He even followed us home in the car that I drove to the dealership, since my dad and I had driven separately (because my Dad wanted to just look) I was extremely happy with the whole experience and I love my car. Jim Calabrese was very professional, personable, kind, and helpful. He did his job very well and as I said, I was very pleased.

I believe my salesman, Jeff Hobbs, has the patience of a saint. He sold me my first Cadillac 5 years ago so I knew I wanted another one, but I wasn't sure which one. I think I drove 4 cars and took up a lot of his time this week and he was very friendly and helpful and explained everything to me in terms that I'd understand. I know car salesmen get a bad rep for being pushy to get a sale but Jeff is not one of those guys. He knew from previous experience with me how to deal with my craziness. I have referred friends to him and he's also treated them great. I will continue to refer and buy any future vehicles from him.

From the beginning Mike Jurick was exceptional to work with. I had called and inquired about the 2014 Ford Mustang that was posted on AutoTrader. Mike was able to answer all of our questions except one and he got back to us with the answer in less than 5 minutes. We decided to schedule a test a drive. When we got to the dealership, Mike had the car cleaned and was ready for us to test drive. During the test drive Mike was able to explain the car in detail. It was more like talking with a friend about a vehicle and not a salesman. The price negotiation was the easiest and smoothest we have ever experienced while buying a car. We couldn't even believe how fast it was to do the paperwork/finance. The staff at Smail Kia was fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend Mike Jurick to any of our family and friends. I was sent to Jeff from a family friend. I showed up 5mins till closing time. Jeff was very patient and showed us several vehicles even after closing time . He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all our questions . The car we got was one that wasnt even on our list to look at . He sold us on a kia forte se . The car is very nice and scored an 8 out of 10 on the reviews . Also we got a worry free warranty 6 year 100.000 mile . I would recommended him to anyone looking for a good vehicle.

I stoppped at the dealership merely to look at the new Kias and to maybe check into what my options would be in trading the vehicle I was in at the time. I was approached by Jeff Hobbs on the lot, at which time he proceeded to inquire what had brought me there. He not only gave me options that I had no idea where available but knew EVERYTHING possible about the vehicle itself, the leasing options, trading my vehicle, and keeping me in the price range I needed to be. I was impressed with the knowledge that he had with all that was involved. He was very personable, and was never at any time pushy or overbearing. He made it all easy for me to understand. I had previously dealt with a certain dealership for at least 2 vehicle that I purchased and 1 that I leased, but discontinued using them for various reasons. I would consider Jeff and Smail to be my new go-to dealership. Can't find any reason why they wouldn't be. And I found everyone I came in contact with there of the same caliber. I don't like the playing the car shopping games, and didn't have to there.I'm very pleased with my Kia and the entire experience at Smail.

After talking with my friend about her recent new car purchase, I decided to go along with her and look at some new cars. We went in to where she had bought her car, Bill Cline, and I was able to ask him questions. I went there the first day totally open minded. I was not sure what I wanted or what I could afford. After talking to Bill, I was able to see that a new car was the best option for me. He explained it to me in a way that made perfect sense in my current situation. After leaving, I did some research on cars I liked. I was pretty sure that I wanted an SUV type. I thought I would like the new 2013 Ford Escape, but I also wanted to look at the 2013 Kia Sportage. Bill showed me both. After driving and comparing both, I decided to get the Kia. There were many reasons I liked the Kia better. Bill was so helpful and informative in the entire process! I did not ever feel pressured! My boyfriend, who was with me, said his next car purchase will be from Bill! We were both very pleased with Bill and the other Smail employees. Went to see a car that I had found online at Smail. Placed an inquiry through they internet. Jim Spanbauer returned my call. Made an appt to go see the vehicle that evening. Drove car, had all the options we were looking for, and began to negotiate price. We then found out that our car had "a dirty car fax." It had been in two accidents prior our purchase, none of them major, where any airbags were deployed. Do to this "dirty car fax," they were offering us extreme bottom line for our trade, even though the car fax itself states, -$110 due to history. Ok, car dealers. Then over the next two hours, we negotiated a price, and were very close to a deal. We then had to get something to eat for our children, which the dealership offered us nothing, not even water, we left. I instructed Jim Spanbauer to call me if, and when we reached the numbers we discussed. He called about 20 mins later. I returned his call, he was not at the dealership, left a message. I returned his call again, at which time the sales manager answered in Jim's absence, stated he was on the road with another customer. I told the sales manager that we had a deal, and i would buy the car. He stated that he would get the final numbers with the bank, and Jim would call back tomorrow to arrange delivery of the car. Tomorrow came, and i heard nothing. waited till noon, called, left a message with the manager, as Jim Spanbauer was off that day. Called again at 2 pm, left another message. At 4:30, Jim Spanbauer called me and stated the we had a problem. He stated appearently last night as we were driving the car, a salesman from another store was already working a deal on the car, and they didn't know. Now, this may the case, but, why would you wait almost 12 hours to tell me, and then on the second day, send out all of my info to the banks, and run my credit on a car you no longer had? I know that they processed my credit, as credit monitor informed me. So, this is just underhanded, they are at least not being honest, and their dealership is TOTALLY disorganized. I think they found another buyer, got a better deal from them, and sold the car out from under me. I would avoid this dealer.

I visited the dealership on a saturday before memorial day because i was looking online that morning for a suv/cuv and I saw the kia sportage and also a chevy equinox. when i arrived in parking lot i was greated by marty cummins. He very politely asked if he could help me. His attentiveness was very appreciated. We looked at the 2011 Kia Sportage and he asked if we wanted to take a test drive so we did. I was very pleased with his knowledge of the vehicle etc. So we went inside and gave him my info and tossed the numbers around and now I am driving my Kia.I had looked around previously but felt too much pressure from continuous phone calls from other dealers. I had to let my '95 Chevy Silverado go due to the cost of fuel and maintenance. I was looking for something more efficient. I'm glad that Rob helped me out in choosing a new KIA Forte ex. I'm still getting used to driving a car after having my pickup for over 10 years, but I'm glad I have it. I can already see the difference in fuel usage. While we were not planing to buy a car the day we visited Smail Kia, I have been curious about the mileage ratings on their vehicles. Being retired, gas prices can limit our travel.Not being "attacked" by a salesman upon entering the showroom was a good start to our experience. Martin Cummins introduced himself and from there on helped us until we drove our new Kia off the showroom floor that evening.Martin knew the product inside out and answered all of our questions about the car,the financing,warranty and anything else we wanted to know. Because of his help and the product itself we bought the car.Our financing was done by Jason Reid.Between the two of them I think this was the first time in forty years buying a new car was fun for us.If the service department is half as good as the sales dept. I'm sure we will be stedy customers.

My experience with Smail KIA and marty Cummins was very good. I was shopping for a new car with good head room and selected the Soul at a visit to the auto show. I test drove te Kia Soul at Smail; and the Scion at toyota I did not have to spend alot of time getting the deal I wanted and Marty Cumminns gave me what I considered a good price withtout a lot of hassle. I consumated the deal in short order on 4/9/12 and drove off satisfied. I am pleased with my choice and the dealer.

My wife and I worked with Jeff Hobbs. He made choosing a new vehicle easy. We had 4-5 SUV options in mind. Jeff took the time to explain the pros and cons of each. You could tell deep down he knew which vehicle would work the best to meet our needs; however, he had us look at each one and test drive the ones we wanted to drive. A first time new auto purchase can be a daunting experience. I'm 61 and it was still a bit overwhelming. Jeff was extremely helpful without being pushy. I applied for a online quote and Jeff Hobbs was the only salesperson to respond out of three dealers. In fact he responded the next day. I told him what I was looking for and he made some suggestions that where helpful. After the test drive I was pretty much sold on the Optima. Nice ride, quiet, well equipped and reasonably priced. Smails showroom was very clean and orginized. We had a great experience with all we dealt with. When it came time for finalizing the purchase Jeff was right there at every step. Sometimes he would be dealing with two other customers but still found the time to take care of us all without any of us feeling slighted. The Optima was well detailed at pickup. Jeff pointed out all the features again and this time showed us how to operate them all. If you are looking for a dealer with good prices and courtesous staff Smails will satisfy you. And be sure to look up Jeff Hobbs, he will be there pre purchase, and after the purchase. Your just as important to him after you purchased the vehicle as you was before you did.

The salesman was not pushy at all, he asked us what we wanted and found it. He did not try to push their current inventory on us. He was able to answer all of our questions. The price was actually a little better than expected. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. We hadn't bought a vehicle from a dealer since 2001 because I can't stand pushy salespeople, this was definitely not the case here. I will be happy to purchase another car from them in the near future.

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Jeff at Smail. The first was a used vehicle. As my needs changed, I needed something different. I called on Wednesday to let him know I was interested in finding a different vehicle. By Friday at 6pm, I was driving off in a brand new car with a lower APR and a lower payment. This was by far the easiest and most pain free car buying experience I have ever had. Would I go back to Smail? Absolutely. Would I recommend it to others? I already do. Not only is the sales staff easy to work with, but the service department is great as well. Anytime I've had my vehicle in for service, it was always finished before the promised time.

After being totally disgusted with Monroeville Kia, I went to Smail Kia in Greensburg which is about 25 miles further away from Monroeville Kia. It was well worth the extra time and miles. I was greeted by Jason and we told him what we were interested in and he was very knowledgeable about all the different trims. After my wife talked me out of the Kia Optima SX Turbo which I loved, we settled on the Optima EX with the Premium Package. Both my wife and I love the car and all the extras you get for $27,215 MSRP. Jason was very nice to work with and we liked him alot. He gave us a very fair trade-in value on my car and a super deal on the Optima EX. Overall this was a very pleasing way to purchase a new car. No hassles and no trying to screw me.I found out that Jason was also the financial manager and a salesman, so he does it all. We would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealer and Jason as your salesperson. Jeff also finished getting our car ready to leave while Jason was tied up doing his financial deals with other customers and he was also very helpful to us.Thanks for a great buying experience.

I intially was looking for a used vehicle something that would fit my budget. I was on line looking and found something really nice. I contacted the dealer and spoke to Mr Jeff Hobbs and immediately he was concerned about my needs he ask what I can afford and he will do his best to help me. There was no pressure, no harrassment it was very friendly and positive experience. When I did get a chance to go to the dealer the car I was looking for was sold. Mr hobbs had me look around and I did see something that spark my interest, but I did explain that I needed to still stay within my budget. Mr hobbs assured me he can work with my budget. He had the finance dept run the paper work and sure enough I was able to purchase me a new 2012 Kia Forte. The whole Kia Staff was very kind and professional, during the finalization of processing the paper work everthing was explained in full details from the finance to the warranty. Mr Hobbs had my new vehicle waiting took his time and explained how to work and setup all features in my new Kia forte. The price was great with all the rebates. My overall experience with Mr Hobbs and the Kia family was very warm and pleasant. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a new or use car to go to SmailKia of greensburg. I went looking for Used and came out with Brand New.

My whole experience with Smail Kia was a great one. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted and assisted. Jeff Hobbs was the sales person I had been working with on the phone. Mr. Hobbs did show me the cars we had discussed on the phone, and they were as he described them, with the equipment he described. One thing I did like was the test drive. It was snowing at the time, so Mr. Hobbs did the driving. He did a test drive like I would have done, not crawling along like a snail, like the test drive I had earlier in the day at another dealer. Unfortunately, I was not able to afford the first two vehichles that we had discussed. Mr. Hobbs was able to provide me with some alternative choices, which I ended up purchasing. I also dealt with Jason and Carl on the financing, and they too were very helpful, and able to get me the payment I wanted. In fact, I received a call from Jason today indicating he had found me a lower interest rate loan. I will recommend Smail to any friends and family looking for a new vehicle.

Our sons friend, PJ Adamson who works in the Service area mentioned that Smail sales Kia, so we decided to go there first even though we have purchased our last 4 cars from Jim Shorkey in Irwin. Marty greeted us at the door and asked what we were looking for. After taking a Kia Soul for a test ride and working numbers, Marty was willing to work with us to put us into a car we liked and could afford with no pressure. After taking the Forte for a ride I really couldn't make up my mind and ask if it was okay to think about over the weekend. Marty came back and said take the Forte home and use it for work on Monday to see how you like. How great was that! Well needless to say we purchased the Forte and the warrenty, free state inspections are also a plus. The price fits our budget and they also transferred titles for us so we did not need to go to a messenger service. Everyone was so great.Thanks Marty for everything!!

It was a wonderful experience in working with your dealership during the purchase of my 2008 Kia Sportage. I located the car on AutoTrader.com and spoke with Rob in the phone, he was very friendly, informative, and made me that he was interested in me being a customer. We worked together over the next few weeks trying to arrange a time for me to come out and see/buy the car. Through snowstorms and my being sick to a family emergency he was always courteous and friendly and helped me through the steps to apply for financing. This is my first car after graduating from college and although I wasn't purchasing a new car he made me feel that my purchase was just as important. During the acquisition of the car he sat with my daughter and I and helped me understand the process. Although I live an hour and a half away from the dealership, I will be returning to Smail and to Rob for all of my future purchases!

I thought the dealership was great. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. My salesman wasnt a ford salesman so his knowledge of the trucks was limited. Ralph Kercheval (ford salesman) spent some time with me answering questions and talking with me about the F150, which I thought was awesome. I thought it was so nice that even though he wasnt going to make a dollar off the sale he had no problems talking with me. I thought Marty Cummins did a great job also. He listened to what I wanted and went out and found it. he didnt try to force stock items on me. He also pushed the sale through quickly. I asked him to have all the docs ready for me when I came and he did. That means a lot to me, I hate waiting around dealerships. Last but not least was Ross Rao. I thought he was just a class act from start to finish. He was super helpful and just an all around nice, genuine person.

Smail has always been a highly recognized name here in Murrysville, but this is the first time that I've had personal dealings with this dealer. Each question I had was answered much to my satisfaction and since my purchase of the Optima SX I've found it necessary to call my salesman, Dylan Hewitt. I contacted Smail KIA after a bad experience with a KIA dealership in Johnstown. I spoke with Jason Reid who answered all of the questions AI had at that time and I explained that I was involved in an auto accident that totalled my car and was recovering from injuries. Jason understood completely and even drove a new KIA to my house approx. 45 minutes from the Smail dealership so that I could test drive it. I needed a Sorento with options that Smail did not currently have and Jason located one the same day as my test drive. The dealership had it ready for me to pick up in 2 days which was 2-3 days earlier than I expected. Normally buying a new car is something I have learned to dread. This time it was painless. There was no pressure from anybody at Smails and I am sure that all my KIA needs will be taken care of in a super effient way by the dealership. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am giving this review because each aspect of my visit to Smail was great. The reasons are as follows.At Smail, I was greeted in a friendly manner and with a smile. I felt comfortable right away! I did have a few brief talks with some team members throughout the day and everyone seemed in a good mood. I noticed other buyers in the building and they were also being treated like people and not just a number to put up on the markerboard at the next sales meeting. A car is one of the top investments anyone can make in there lifetime (a few times), and I, as well as others it seemed, were being treated as if the salespeople were very understanding of that.Marty was very patient with me throughout the sales process and dealing with my crazy long indecision on what color I was to choose among the Sorentos. We did negotiate a bit and he was cordial enough not to argue at any time and kept going back to the GM over and over as I had been trying to get my best price. It felt as if he had my best intentions in mind throughout the process.I do feel as if I had drove away in a very nice car with a fair price that fit in my budget. So I do not have ANY buyers remorse, which I know is very uncommon! It feels good not having that hang over your head, second guessing. I'd buy again.Thanks again.Anthony

As I began my search for my new vehicle over two months ago, I have had many discussions we many dealers. Marty Cummins was one of those individuals who listened to my needs and kept in touch without nagging.Although I live an hour from Smail, Marty convinced me with his genuine and sincere approach to make the drive to Greensburg and give Smail a chance to serve me.As if I was not already impressed with Marty's service, something deep inside told me Marty and Smail was going to be my choice.I contacted Marty in advance with my ETA and he had my vehicle of choice cleaned and fully fueled. I must say, I have never experienced such confidence as to have a vehicle fully fueled for a test drive. Something told Marty, I was there to buy, just as something told me Marty was my guy.Upon arrival I met with Marty and team. Shortly into Marty's no pressure approach, Marty took the time to have my wife's vehicle (2010 Honda Pilot) washed thoroughly including the wheels while we decided on a vehicle.I think the $15 wash was a great investment, considering we bought the 2012 Sorento SX.I also must add the fact that because we did not have a valid insurance card, Marty was more then willing to drive to our house (nearly a hour away) to show his unbelievable commitment to his customers.I have already recommended Smail (and Marty)to 2 colleagues for a purchase.

Our first impression of the dealership was positive because we did not have a salesman immediately hound us, so we were able to leisurely look at vehicles on the lot ourselves. Once we met Marty, I felt that he was patient and responsive to our questions about the vehicle and took his time to show us several models/features of the Sorrento, rather than rushing or pushing a sale. He was friendly and personable. I beleived that he was honest and genuinely helped in whatever way he could to get us a fair deal. Since purchasing the vehicle, Marty has continued to be responsive to scheduling of the sunroof installation and early cancellation of the free Sirius radio trial. When I call him, he calls back very shortly and with results. If shopping for a Kia in the future, I would definitely return to Marty.

Martin was very helpful in helping me with a particular used vehicle at the Smail dealership that I had seen online. We had not yet been to the dealership to test drive the Ford but my son and I did swing into the lot at Smail so he could see if he would even want to further pursue the Ford Escape,of course my son wanted to see if we could possibly be able to afford the vehicle. I contacted Martin after applying online.Martin was doing what he could with the not so good credit situition myself and my son was up against.The Smail dealership worked with the banks to come up with a deal that we could except, with the great condition of this vehicle and the added excitement from my son I am very pleased with Martin's help.We then made it in to the dealership to see more of the Ford Escape. It was a clean great running vehicle so we took it for a test drive and my son decided this was what he was looking for in a newer car than what he currently was driving.Martin was very kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Jeff was the 1st sales person to call us (from any dealership), after we initiated requests on the internet. He was eager to fulfill our needs, he found 3 cars that met our specifications and invited us to meet that afternoon. After going over our options, he helped us refine our needs, found the exact car we wanted, met with us after it arrived and even helped us go back to get our disabled trade-in. Within a few days we had our new car. Since then, Jeff has eagerly helped us to understand the options and electronics associated with our new car, has answered our many questions and has gone out of his way to help us when we needed assistance. We feel fortunate to have had Jeff Hobbs as our salesman. Jeff is knowledgeable, hard working and has a great personality.

My wife and I were looking for a pre-owned car and saw one we liked on Smail's website. We stopped in and met Martin Cummins. He showed us the car we saw, and off we went on a test drive. This man took his time, no rush, no hassle, no big sales pitch, we felt very comfortable and relaxed, and enjoyed ourselves. He made the whole experience like a visit with an old friend. 'I recently purchased an '05 GMC Sierra from Smail Kia. It was the best sales experience I have ever had, and I have purchased many vehicles. I had an '03 Liberty for trade and there were no 'what do you want for the Jeep', 'where do you want your payments to be' questions asked. Mike Jurick in sales and Jeff Markle in finance just delivered a simple, honest, and hassle free vehicle purchase experience which was by far the best I had received while shopping at various other dealers. My wife and I went to many dealer ships to look at SUV's. We just had a son and my wifes Nissan Sentra just didn't have the room we didn't. All the dealers we went to didn't want to give us anything for our trade. It was a 2010 and I didn't want to take a big lost. Jeff was great got use what we needed to pay it off. Showed use the Kia Sorento told use the wife would love it and she does. Couldn't be happier with it. Told Jeff what payment we wanted to be around a month and he said let see what we could do. He got us a lower payment very happy. Jeff walked use around the car and showed use how everthing worked and even pointed out somethings that were a factory defect. He was great on that part we couldn't get the car to service with our work schedule. Jeff went out of his way to get the problems fixed for use. On his day off he came to my work and picked the car up and left me his own personal car and took my car to service for me and got it fixed. My wife and I couldn't be happier with Smail. There salesmans are great. This was our first car from Smail and we look forward to going back when we need another car.

Purchase: 2012 Kia Forte: EXDealership: Smail Kia: Greensburg, PASalesman: Marty Cummins and Jim Morris Unfortunately, my previous car was totaled and I was forced into purchasing a new vehicle; however, Smail Kia was, without a doubt, the best car buying experience imaginable. I received a call from Marty the morning after I inquired online about their inventory. Despite it being only 1 day later, I was already in the midst of getting a great deal from another dealership and I had an appointment to test-drive and purchase a 2012 Kia Forte. I told Marty this and I said that he would have to offer a better deal than the other dealership in order for me to buy from Smail. Marty called me back a few minutes later and was able to quote their Forte at a much better price than the other dealership, even though Smail's Forte had more expensive options installed. I had to bring my 6-month old son with me as my wife was on a business trip. Marty was extremely friendly and even offered to help me carry some of my items. He had already quoted a great price, so there was no need for negotiating, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. Marty gathered my information and at one point, I had to return to my rental car as I forgot my insurance card in the glove box. Marty told me that he would watch my son until I returned. When I got back, Marty was talking to my son, and my son was laughing and smiling at Marty. We filled out all of the paper work and Marty was very patient with me as I even had to feed my son a bottle at one point. When my wife returned 2 days later, we went back to Smail Kia to apply for financing and purchase the vehicle. Marty was out of the office (he told me this prior), but Jim was assigned to take his place to complete the purchase. Jim was just as friendly as Marty, and was also very patient with us as we had our 6-month old with us at the dealership. Just like Marty, Jim had a very relaxed personality and he was very pleasant to work with. When we started discussing financing, extended warranty, and gap insurance, there was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE! My wife and I were already approved through our bank; however, Smail Kia was able to accommodate us with an interest rate that was phenomenal at nearly 40% lower than what our bank approved us for. (No hidden fees and no small print... Smail Kia plain and simple beat the rate.) When it came to the extended warranty and gap insurance, I declined and their finance department simply respected my decision and moved onto the next item. After all was said and done, I got the car at a price lower than what I thought I could negotiate, at a rate lower than I have ever had, and all with zero-hassle. I left Smail Kia feeling confident and assured of my purchase. I would highly recommend either of these two gentleman to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

I am very happy with my experience at Smail Kia. Mike Jurick, internet sales manager, was great to work with. My family spotted our dream car on the way home from dinner. It was after hours so we just checked the car out. That night I reviewed all the specs on-line and submitted a request for more information. First thing next morning Mike emailed me and I replied letting him know what time I could there to test drive the car. The team had it washed and ready for our test drive, in less than 2 hrs all the paper work was done and we drove off the lot with our dream car, 2009 Mustang GT. By the way, the price was unbeatable. Mike worked hard for us. It was picnic day at the dealership, the kids got a drink and hot dogs while we did the paperwork.I would recommend Mike Jurick of Smail Kia to anyone!

Jason R. was very pleasant to work with in describing the differences in the various models of SUVs. After purchasing the SUV he explained all the options in an informative manner that we were able to comprehend. My son bought a SUV from Jason and also highly recommended him as an excellent sales person. We are considering buying a Ford Ranger in the future and we will definitely request Jason as our sales person. He followed the sale with a phone call and e-mail message that was greatly appreciated. My husband was always a Ford owner,(his family owned 21 Fords). I was a Toyota owner previously before the Ford Escape that I just purchased. I think he and your salesman have converted me into liking a Ford also.

I was impressed with this auto place from the moment I walked in. All the personnel there were friendly and helpful. Marty had called me several times to find out when I was coming in to see the car. He was the replacement from the origial person who called me and had since left the company. I gave the above rating because I felt that had I known more about pricing, perhaps I could have received a better deal.

When I walked into the dealership I really didn't expect to walk out with a new car. My credit rating wasn't the best, but Jeff and the finance team were awesome. I received financing and now I'm back on track to rebuild my credit. The staff was friendly and took an interest in me. I would recommend this Jeff Hobbs and this dealership to any of my friends.

After I bought the car they were very helpful in helping me understand things about my car that I did not know. Jeremy even hooked up my bluetooth for me with a smile on this face. Spent about a month researching various cars, prices, trade-in values etc. online eventually decided on a few to look at and ended up at Smails in part because a co-worker loves the experience she's had at another of their dealerships and because I was able to cross shop a few brands at basically one dealership given the number of franchises they have. Marty Cummins was fast to respond to my email inquiry and answer my questions and was waiting for me and my 76 mother (who went along for the car search since she likes to shop) at the door on 4/28 and had the car I came to look out ready and waiting for the test drive. I was impressed by the no pressure, relaxed approach Marty had that seemed to be shared by the other salespeople I observed while there.Drove a Kia Optima SX and a Ford Fusion Hybrid and Marty was great help with the Ford even though he technically works at the Kia dealership. Marty never put on the pressure to try an upsale options on the cars and never tried to sale more car than I wanted at some dealers they would have pushed the more expensive Ford Hybrid. In the end I decided on the Optima SX and the deal was quickly worked out and met the numbers I had in mind, of course like everyone I would have like a better deal but I knew what I wanted for my trade and was willing to pay and the final deal was within what I wanted and was done without the high pressure tactics of some dealerships I've dealt with in the past. All in all I think it was win-win for me and the dealership especially since the SX is hard to find in this area at the moment. There was a bit of wait to close the deal with Rick simply because in the time I was there they sold at least 4 other vehicles and it takes a while to process all the paper. Marty was great during the time going over the car and making sure my mom and I had anything we needed and answered any questions. Went with Kia financing because the rate was better than my credit union. Once in with Rick there was no high pressure attempt to sale the usual add-ons he laid out the options and lets you decide for yourself if you'd like any. The only glitch was they couldn't find the second key despite a massive search by Marty but had an email waiting first thing this morning saying they found it and he was mailing it out (I live about 50 miles from the dealership or I would've just picked it up). waiting to see if the service department is as good an experience as the sales one but from my friend's experience I expect it will be.After the paperwork was wrapped up Marty took all the time necessary to explain the features of the car and answer any questions I had about themI highly recomend Marty who made the whole process easy and pressure free and the Smail dealerships it was one of the best and easiest experience I've had buying a car.

Mike was friendly and courteous. I had explained my situation ahead of time, so he knew what I was looking for. I never felt pushed into something I didn't want, but he did show me a variety of options, which I appreciated. He showed me a variety of price points right around the range I was looking for as well. Overall this was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership.

Jeremy was a great salesman. He wasn't pushy (or we wouldn't have purchased from him). He was extremely helpful explaining all of the car. Rick was super at not trying to have me over-extend my finances with the minimal coverage for extended warranty. I am still praying I will be saving money on gas with the change from our Ford Expedition. I loved this dealership - I appreciated greatly how responsive Bob was to my needs, he listened to every detail. He was so dedicated to his customers and told me his thoughts on the vehicle (which were very good!). I had no problems during the vehicle purchasing process and would go there again in a heartbeat. Buying our new car at Smail was by far the best car shopping experience we have ever had. We did most of the work over email which was great with our busy schedules. Marty was a wonderful salesman, he sold us what we wanted, never tried to sale us something we were not interested in, as many places do. Marty also did everything that he could to make this the best experience, even delivered the car to us! I am so glad that I contacted Smail Kia to purchase our new car!

I met Juan DeLeVega in the parking lot a few days before I purchases the Optima and Sportage. From the beginning, Juan was very attentive and responded to an emaill I sent to him right away. I gave him information about the trade in that I had and he was very prepared when I arrived to discuss the sales at the dealership. Juan was very pleasant and knowledgable about the products he was selling. He was very busy when I was at the dealership but still made me feel that I was his only customer. Upon negotiation, he went to bat for us concerning the value of our trade-ins and was able to get our payments to where we were comfortable.To the end, I would very much recommend Smail Kia and very much recommend Juan DeLeVega as a salesperson.Sincerely,Chris McKnight

Jeremy made the purchase experience much more pleasant that we expected. My wife and I were fairly certain we wanted a Sportage, and Jeremy listened to our questions and explained what it had to offer. He gave us space to talk and consider our choice, and when we decided we wanted a larger Sorento for the space, he helped us pick out the best choice and explained the options. We felt like we were in charge of our purchase, without being abandoned by an impatient salesman. Once we were ready to talk price, Jeremy and his manager gave us clear explanations about the costs and rebates. We did negotiate on the price a bit, and once we had a number we liked, we took a few hours before returning to buy. But all went well and we got the vehicle we wanted. We would definitely recommend Smail KIA to anyone looking for a comfortable car-buying experience and a great deal.

I would like to commend Smail Kia for there exceptional service and understanding in my needs. I had an unfortunate accident which left my previous vehicle totaled. I went to Smail Kia knowing my credit weak and was very surprised that the sales consultant Michael Jurick was very helpful and assured me he would do everything he could to help me get into a car that would be dependable and in my price range. I am very pleased to say that 2 days later I drove home a 2006 Kia Optima EX. I am very pleased with the service I recieved and would highly recomend Smail Kia. There was a nice selections of used vehicles that fit our needs, and the price range was in right area; and the trade in value that we asked for our truck was met as well; and finally everyone was nice, polite and friendly especially to our dear little grandson and to my husband as well. A++ I highly recommend smail kia, you cant beat the overall family like feel. They truly make the purchase of a new car fun and exciting! I was extremely happy with the sales associate i delt with. Martin Cummins, was who i delt with and in all honesty was the only reason i made my purchase. I will admit smail beat any other price out there, after going to three other kia dealers smail beat all the competitions prices, while that is great no other dealer has the great workers such as smail. Marty Cummins made this sale he was overly accomidating in answering all my questions, he didnt beat around the bush he was staright to the point informative and took the time to show me the car explain things and got things rolling right away. Hands down the best dealer around i highly recomend smail kia and Martin Cummins!!!

My husband and I initially stopped at Smail Kia to look at a used truck in their lot. While browing the used vehicles, we looked at the 2011 Kia Sorrentos. My husband read about the Sorrentos previously and was impressed by what he read. It was later in the day on a Saturday when we went in to ask a few questions. Mike told us about the Sorrento and offered a test drive. My husband and I had to "tag team" test drive, as we had our three month old daughter with us. When I took my test drive, Mike explained the features of the vehicle to me just as he explained them to my husband. I've had car dealers in the past fluff over important features of a vehicle and talk to me about paint color, interior colors, etc. I appreciated his equal treament of both of us. We discussed price and the trade in value of my husbands Jeep. We started out in the morning looking at used cars. We told Mike that we needed to go home and discuss the purchase and we would call him on Monday. Bu this time, it was past closing time. We never felt rushed. My husband contacted Mike on Monday morning and told him that while we really liked the car, we were not comfortable with the payment and would put together additional funds for a downpayment and we would return at a later date. Shortly after their conversation, Mike called us back and told us that a bank just came in with a lower interest rate and we qualified for it, further, they had already found a buyer for my husband's Jeep and they could offer a little more on the trade. At that point, my husband and I decided that we would buy the car. We appreciated Mike going the extra mile. We picked up the car the following evening and Mike explained all of the features to us and the car was perfectly detailed, even though it was a snowy, 10 degree evening in Western PA. We were thrilled with the treatment we received at Smail Kia and Mike's services. We never felt pressured. We never felt rushed. We walked into Smail Kia following a terrible experience with a dealership located a short distance from Smail Kia, so we were going to be pretty hard to please at that point. We will refer everyone to Smail Kia and to Mike Jurrick. We will also return when it is time to trade in our second autombile!

Juan went above and beyond to assist us in making our choice of vehicle. He lined up another vehicle that I was considering to compare the two. He pulled up research that I asked about to explain what things meant. He came to us to assist with the buying process when we could not get to him. He was very professional, considerate, and really made us feel good about the decision we were making. He was not pushy or overbearing at any point. He added a personal touch to the entire process. The business manager also was really helpful in explaining everything about the warranty and final paperwork. I am sorry, but I forget his name. Right when we got out of my "old" car Juan approached us with a great attitude, and I knew excatly what I was looking for. He went in and got the keys and we looked the vehicle over and took it for a test drive. We talked about all my options, and Juan was very nice and upfront with me (which was awesome). I knew I was getting that car, my heart was set, and I got it. Juan is an awesome salesmen, he helped me figure things out and who to call to help me get the vehicle. I would recommend going to see him to anyone, and already have. He was very nice, considerate, and keeps the buyer in mind during the whole expierience. I would say that for purchasing my first vehicle I have no complaints what so ever.

I have no negative comments about my visit to this dealership other than it was a greater travel distance that I'm used to. My experience with Juan was totally positive in every way. The initial greeting was well done, the test drive was fun and well conducted, the final sale was done well also. I would deal again and would not be afraid to recommend this dealership.

We stopped in just to look and test drive. Although the vehicle sold us..our salesman made the purchase fun and easy. He stayed past closing to help us drive home with our new vehicle. The incentives were awesome and so is our Kia Sorento! Love the heated seats!

All I can say is the wife and I just stopped in to check out the new Serento an a week later we now own one. The sales person (Marty) was very helpful and not pushy. He answered all of our questions and worked with us on what we feel was a good deal. We are very happy.

Very friendly atmosphere. No hard sell approach. Would definitely recommend to others. Manager also was friendly. really liked working with Juan. Hr was the reason we returned after buying our 2008 Lexus from him. Have not used sevice department yet so will have to see how we like that aspect of Smail Kia.

We had a wonderful experience at Smail, and Juan was beyond helpful in our new car buying decision. Juan was very patient with us, as when we arrived we had no clue if we were buying an SUV or a car. He was helpful, understanding, and worked hard to get us the best deal that he could, considering we had two cars to trade in. So far I have been very pleased with the vehicle we purchased. This is the first time in buying a car that I did not experience the pressure in buying a car that I could not afford. I went in the dealership with prices of cars that I was interested. Smail was in the average prices compared to other dealerships.Juan was very friendly, helpful in deciding a car that was suited for me and my budget.The day I went into the dealership I was pressed for time. I had family obligation to go too. Juan made sure that I was out of the dealership on time to be with my niece.He was very understanding! Since, I could not make my decision at that time, and pressed for time. He let me test drive a car. This is the car that I finally purchased.

I was not expecting to buy a car that day, was planning on just checking out the Sorento. Jeremy was so nice and straight forward. Not overbearing like most of the other car dealerships. I stopped in on a spur of the moment impulse to buy my daughter a new car and Mr. Hobbs was great in helping with my decision. I was treated great and would recommend this dealer to anyone.It was actually the fastest car buying I have ever done. There were no hidden costs and everything was upfront and honest.I commend them for their professional staff that is also very down to earth and personable.

Prior to working with the folks at Smail Kia, "enjoyable" is not a word I would have ever used to describe the experience of buying a vehicle. However, Juan and the folks at Smail Kia made the entire process just that...ENJOYABLE! There were none of the normal games or high pressure selling. I was all but ready to purchase my Kia Borrego from a competing dealer. However, a family member (who had previously purchased a vehicle from Smail) recommended I give them a call. Almost reluctantly, my wife and I went to Smail to see what they could do. We were able to get the same vehicle with a lot more features and less money ... I hate it when my brother-in-law is right. I cannot say enough good things about Juan DeLaVega. He was very honest, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We had never met him before, but yet he made my wife and I feel very comfortable, almost like we were friends rather than customers. I, without any reservation, would definitely recommend Juan and the folks at Smail Kia to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

My wife and I needed to trade very quickly for a new heavy duty truck for trailering full-time. End of year specials are great, but selection was poor in the popular model areas and special options. Jeff Hobbs at Smail, picked up my email request and called me for more info and other location options. We lived four hours from the dealership and had to rely on his integrity and ability. Helocated the perfect truck at a dealership in another state and an additional five hours away.Wow! He and Smail put the whole deal together and three days later, my wife and I were able to start dreaming of rv'in across the country. I was out looking at Kias for a couple of weeks and decided to look on the internet and found Smail Kia.I sent a message about what I wanted to pay.I was contacted by Juan and he worked out the deal via internet and I spoke with him one time went to the dealership made the deal.I was told by another dealership i could never make the deal I wanted but had no problem with Juan at Smail Kia. I have purchased many new vehicles and never was this comfortable buying and it was never this easy.I'm not the type of person that gives compliments when buying a car but Juan was GREAT.I have never met Juan before but would buy from him again.My girlfriend is looking at buying a Kia Sportage and when she does I will make sure she goes to Juan at Smail Kia.I love my Kia Sportage and have recieved many compliments.Thanks Juan for making a car purchase enjoyable.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased at the Smail Auto Group, they continue to be very friendly and courteous, although the price on this vehicle could have been negotiated a bit better the overall experience was pleasant. The finance manager was very helpful and should be given an A+. Salesman Jeremy Cifra was also very helpful
