Stopped in to look at a Jeep we saw online. David Alexander showed us the vehicle and ended up handing the sale. David was super to deal with, very friendly and gave us all the time we wanted to look over the vehicle and talk it over amongst ourselves.

Overall great experience. David Alexander was my representative; he was prompt and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable on the inventory and took the time to allow us to drive multiple vehicles. DAVID ALEXANDER WAS HELPFUL IN PURCHASING A 2004 LR DISCOVERY. SMART CARS SEEMS TO HAVE A NACK OF FINDING GOOD QUALITY LAND ROVERS AND JEEP CHEROKEE AND HAD A NICE INVENTORY WHEN I SHOPPED THE LOT AND WEBSITE. THE DISCOVERY I PURCHASED IS VERY CLEAN AND I GOT IT AT A FAIR PRICE. DAVID WAS HELPFUL AND ALLOWED ME TO EVALUATE THE DISCO. SMART CARS, INC REALLY HAS COOL INVENTORY FOR GOOD PRICES. ASK FOR DAVID!

I came looking for a 2 door but I got 4 door and the price was hard to beat. David Alexander is the man to talk to he will hook you up with the right price and wont try to mess you over. He is honest and legit and real; what more can I ask for out of a dealership!

We were in desperate need of a replacement truck in order to get back to work after our current truck was totaled. David Alexander was a GREAT guy/salesman to work with. He was very courteous, stayed past his going home time on a Saturday Evening, and went above and beyond to make sure we went home extremely happy and ready to get back to work with our new (to us) 2005 Ford Ranger.

So let me begin by saying we were in the process of moving, buying a car and a house and our life was completely hectic. We had my brother go check out a jeep at smart cars. Vinny helped him. He assured my brother and signed a document stating that the broken back door handle would be repaired. The jeep seemed fine to my brother, so in our chaos we paid for the car. Horribly idea. Went to pick it up a week later after the door handle was "repaired" and it didn't even match! They fixed it with a tan plastic handle while the other three are crome. This was only the beginning. They gave us the car on empty, filthy inside, with a nail in the tire, with one busted remote key and no floor mats. It gets worse...then the sales guy assures us our tag will arrive in a couple of weeks. Wrong again. After some investigating, they didn't even apply for the tag for two weeks after we purchased it and they gave them an incorrect address which left me having to go to the tag office on the day my temp expired (because they kept assuring us it was in fact on it's way) to pick up my tag. Moral of the story...find your car somewhere else.
