First of all let me just say this was the best experience I have had in buying a car! I live 65 miles away from Smart Choice, but saw an ad for a car I was interested in, and with the shortage of used cars today, I felt I just needed to go and check it out. I was skeptical about going anywhere other than a major car dealer, which I have always done in the past. Boy, was I wrong! Mark made the process so easy with no pressure at all, and I felt like he was truly working with me instead of against me. I live near Smart Choice and drive by the dealership daily. I had used their detailing services before and was impressed by the thoroughness and affordability of the service. My daughter saw a Charger on their website and was told by the salesperson to come by and he would have it out to look at. When we got there he then said it was sent to be worked on. Why tell a potential customer to come look at a car if it's not there.. Not good business.
