Patrick was an awesome salesman and really did everything he could to make the process easier. Keith was an awesome manager who will go out of his way to make things work the best way possible. Thanks a lot guys, and this all happened with the tornado sirens going off! Awesome dealership!

Took vehicle in for repair, the next day after picking it up, I had two issues of which they only fixed one. The other engine light they will not even check unless I pay a diagnosis fee, took vehicle to car part store for diagnosis, looks like the service tech possibly damaged wiring, I will need to take to another dealership to have repair done.. Service and Store manager will not take or return my calls. You would be SMART, not to trust this dealership.

I had no problems. Everything went smooth & Mr. Dean was the best. He made my experience wonderful. Me being a first time buyer he made sure he explained everything to me. He didn't try to get over me or anything. He had my trust all the way through. I thank him for the honesty and willing to help me out.

Looking to purchase a used car for my daughter. Stevie Heflen was great. He listened to my needs and worked tirelessly to find a car that met them. I have bought 3 personal vehicles from Smart dealerships in Pine Bluff. The most recent purchased was a 2009 Honda Odyssey from the Smart Chrysler dealer. I dealt with Jason and he was very polite and worked hard to sell the vehicle to me, attempting to accomplish everything asked of him. I think that they will try to give you the best deal possible without cutting their own throats and that is all you can really ask of a dealer.
