I recently purchased a 2021 Dodge Challenger from Smart Dodge in Pine Bluff, AR. It was the most perfect car buying experience from start to finish. After receiving a phone call from Lee Smart and his explaining all the necessary details that I requested regarding my 2019 Camaro trade-in up front, I do not regret the drive from Memphis to Pine Bluff. What an horrible experience I took my car to Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Pine Bluff Arkansas to be fixed they charged me a little over 1500.00 and my car is in worst shape then it was when I took it. Once they were paid they didn't give a flying flip about the rest Lee assured me that the matter would be handled and asked me 2 leave my car with them a few more days to address the problem but called me back about 15 minutes later and told me it was nothing they could do so I went back to pick up my car and of course he was no where to be seen!!! I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH THEM 🤮

Took vehicle in for repair, the next day after picking it up, I had two issues of which they only fixed one. The other engine light they will not even check unless I pay a diagnosis fee, took vehicle to car part store for diagnosis, looks like the service tech possibly damaged wiring, I will need to take to another dealership to have repair done.. Service and Store manager will not take or return my calls. You would be SMART, not to trust this dealership.

I have bought 3 personal vehicles from Smart dealerships in Pine Bluff. The most recent purchased was a 2009 Honda Odyssey from the Smart Chrysler dealer. I dealt with Jason and he was very polite and worked hard to sell the vehicle to me, attempting to accomplish everything asked of him. I think that they will try to give you the best deal possible without cutting their own throats and that is all you can really ask of a dealer.

Very unprofessional and they didnt seem helpful at all. They raised the price of the vehicle and seem to make it unattractive to purchase the vehicle and kept questioning about me able to make payments even though I had passed the credit application.

After purchasing a vehicle with an agreement that certain repairs take place at the dealership, the vehicle experienced damage resulting from these repairs three weeks after the purchase date. The dealership was unwilling to acknowledge the facts and didn't offer to even inspect the vehicles damage.

Promised a cover for my convertible that was not with the car. Waited weeks, told the cover had been ordered and the wrong thing received so, the cover was again ordered..... received many promises that the cover had been ordered and would be shipped to me as soon as received by the dealership. After the deal was completed and all was signed and done and waiting about six weeks, then the dealership decided the part was an accessory and would not provide the promised, and already ordered, cover. Just another disreputable auto dealer at work!
