I purchased our second car today with Smart Honda...An Accord that I love in July and a Chevy today to replace an Impala that my hubby sadly totaled last week. I worked with Luke Burgert and Ben Rhodes both times. Both gentlemen are just excellent, very knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable. What I liked most of all is how personable they both were, how flexible they were and that they accommodated our schedules and were not pushy in the least. I didn't even consider another dealership and I will not consider another going forward. I highly recommend either of these 2 young men. These types of personalities are not something you can train in an employee. Ricky in finance was pretty awesome, also. Great staff! I will be referring friends/family here after yet another great experience. Thanks so much for all of your help and expertise! We appreciate it!

Amazing and lightning fast service. I was limited on time and Smart allowed me to get almost everything done before I arrived at the dealership. It was the fastest and best car buying experience I've ever had. Huge thanks to Ben in sales, Robert in finance and the rest of the crew over at Smart Honda. Highly recommended.

Maurice, Jeff and Lynette are absolutely fantastic to work with! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle stop in and see Maurice. His Sales Manager Jeff and Finance Manager Lynette took my unique situation and made the deal that allowed me to get out of tired old car and into a gem I can be proud to drive. I stopped into Smart Honda knowing exactly what I wanted. Jeff was able to work with me on price to get it to something I was satisfied, and was very easygoing about letting me test drive the car as long as I wanted. Andre helped me with my paperwork and was very personable and kind. Even going so far as to go out in the rain to gas up the car and pull it up so I didn't get soaked.

Happy with the vehicle and overall process. Lucky had helped us and he was very pleasant (let him know I referred you if you go!). The financing staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating with what we were comfortable with. Reason for the 4 stars is the selling/finance approach was moreso of a “what you can afford a month in payments”vs what we want to pay in total for the vehicle. So I recommend to prepare for the conversation to go this route. Regardless, we are currently very happy with the vehicle we purchased and our experience with The salesman, Lucky.
