I felt valued not just a future commission. I was given options for financing and given options all paperwork was explained made me feel confident in my purchase. Parker Deere was an amazing person to do business with. It was my first time buying and he answered all sort of questions that I had about the process. He made it a quick and easy experience for me, and kept me up to date about everything that happened. Smart Hyundai is amazing and will not try to hide extra costs behind paperwork. Salesperson was informed, helpful, and available for all our questions. Sales manager was helpful in explaining current conditions of the inventory and expected future availability. Finance person was helpful in presenting all the options for extended and additional warranties. Overall as good an experience as we have had with a dealer.
