After visiting several dealerships, I returned twice to view a Mercedes and decided finally to buy it. Rafik answered all of my questions with an obvious passion for the vehicles he sells. This dealership knows what they are doing and this was the lowest pressure, most trouble free purchase I have ever experienced in many years of vehicle purchases. Do yourself a favor and check out their inventory. I'm confident, you will be very please with how you are treated.

My husband and I drove from Northern California to Kent, Washington because of the excellent internet ad and deal that we got at Smart Motorz. Everything that was advertised was correct and the truck was worth every penny. We have been shopping for a low mileage used Tundra and this deal was worth our trip. My husband was smiling every time I passed him driving home on I-5. We really appreciate the time the dealer took with us and there was a minor slip up with the key less entry key that was missing and this dealer offered to order us one. We were then assured that we were dealing with a reputable dealer with that offer to make us happy. We would definitely tell anyone shopping for a car or truck on-line that this transaction was so worth it.

Might seem like an unlikely place to buy a used car, but my daughter and I were quite pleased with Kamal and his little car lot. The vehicle was clean, well cared for and priced below the others we had seen. All of the vehicles on the lot were low mileage and in great condition. We felt no pressure to buy and the car sold itself. We received a reasonable trade in value as well. Thank you.

About 6 months ago we purchased a Toyota Highlander here for a great price. The previous car we bought from somewhere else was a lemon so we were nervous. It was a low pressure experience and they have their own mechanic. We had it checked out by our mechanic also just to be sure and he said it was in great shape. We have had no problems and love our Highlander.

We came across Smart Motorz while shopping for a Toyota Prius. They had a 2006 Toyota Prius on the lot for a great deal, so we decided to check it out. Immediately upon arriving on the lot we were met with great customer service and went for a quick test drive. After our enjoyable ride we felt this Prius was the one, we started the paperwork with Kamal. We were very pleased with the excellent step by step explanations while signing the paperwork and felt there was transparency throughout. Smart Motorz doesn't just want to sell cars and forget about you, they want make sure everything works out, so they offer a lifetime of oil changes to make sure that all runs smoothly with you and your car. I went down just to look at the 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit. I was looking for a commuter car and wasn't in a rush. Rafik was such a professional and put me at ease. I was a little hesitant, but he explained the costs, fees, and taxes to me. They were able to work with me on the price of the car and make a deal. He showed me my cars retail value and clean CARFAX history. They offered me so much more than what any other car dealership could have offered: 2nd car key, car services for my other vehicle, and free oil changes for the life of my car while I own it. That itself was a selling point.

Recently, I purchased a car from this dealership; best car purchasing experience. Customer service from both gentlemen was excellent - including geniune characters, no pressure, informative, and professional. The lot has a quality selection of cars. My husband and i found a truck online with everything we were looking for. We made the trip to smart motorz (a 3.5 hour drive) and were so pleased to see that the truck was exactly as described. With other places we had went to they hid the bad stuff (like rust) till you show up but at smart motorz the vehicles are in great condition! They don't buy vehicles that need work and they make sure its top of the line quality. We had the pleasure of working with both brothers who treated us with respect and weren't pushy at all. The only advice i have is when you are doing the down payment, do it in cash or cashiers check/money orders. The business they do the card reader with charges a 4% fee so it'll save you money to be prepared. Other than that it was an awesome experience and i recommend doing business with them 100%!!!
