Very polite and helpful service staff. Eric and Harold made my visit very pleasant and the entire process was smooth and efficient. EDIT : 15 August 2020 : updated review... If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Pros ALL the staff are always friendly and pleasant. Shuttle driver always ready to send me to work. I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. Car is always ready when they say it is ready They do a good job servicing my car and are always happy to answer my questions. I cannot think of any one thing that is bad about them. Because of their awesome service, my husband sold his 2017 Dodge and bought a Ford. I feel the care that they extend to their customers is amazing and even though I didn't buy my 2013 car from them, and yet, they give me the best service I have ever encountered. Time and again, they have never disappointed.

I would like to give a shout out to PATRICK M. in the service department! THANK YOU 1,000 times! I explained my experience with another dealership that did not meet my expectations. Patrick reassured me that my vehicle would be in the best of care at Smith Ford. Patrick made sure to get us a loaner since my car was not safe to drive without being properly expected & fixed to Ford’s standard of care. Patrick, I really appreciate you going above & beyond for us in this time of need. This was my first experience with Smith Ford but it most definitely wont be my last. This is the second time in 6 months I had to take my truck in for major service. The Service Department is fantastic. First time they had my truck for two weeks and didn't bat an eye when I asked for a loaner. Second time I took it in, they could have taken me to the cleaners without me knowing any different but they didn't. Definitely recommend their Service Dept.

Smith Ford in Conway is hands down the best dealership that we have ever dealt with. The atmosphere is like no other. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly (even if they are not your salesman, you can bet that they will speak and ask if you need anything) that isn't something that you just find anywhere. They also made the purchase of our new vehicle so easy. We will def be back to do business and are telling everyone to go see them!!!

This the second truck I have bought from them and both experiences were excellent. They worked hard to get me the best interest rate they could and the trucks were exactly what they were supposed to be. I can’t ever see me wanting to buy a truck from anyone else.
