Steve Cirillo was AMAZING to work with. He was super responsive on his cell, any time we had a question and fulfilled every promise he made. There was no bait and switch. We came to a price and I didn’t have to go back until the pickup date for a short visit to sign paperwork. He was ultra professional and knowledgeable about every vehicle we discussed. And when the vehicle we wanted wasn’t available, he kept in close communication about any incoming vehicles which matched our specs- until the right one came along. I would highly recommend asking for Steve at your next visit.

UPDATE: I hate to change my original review because the salesperson, Brandon, was great. But, 12 hours after picking up the vehicle we had to bring it into service for brake and safety sensor issues. After fighting to get a loaner (on a 12 hour old vehicle) we finally got one and it was in for 2 days. Service said “can’t replicate the issue, everything is fine”. Two weeks later to the day, we now have a full safety sensor system failure, power steering failure and we cannot move the car out of our driveway. You would think a dealership would care about getting it right for a customer with a brand new truck 2 weeks from delivery, but good luck ever reaching a manager. I will say that the people who answer the calls have all been great but they are stuck in a bad spot. I have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership in the past. This will most certainly be the last one. If you’re looking for a great deal, they have it, but remember you get what you pay for. Original review:Great service from Brandon who understood exactly what we wanted and was transparent through the whole process. When another dealership has a better offer, Tyler immediately matched it and really cared about our business. Great experience all around!

Well, I just loved my experience at Smith Haven Jeep dealership. Rich Mare was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything clearly, was patient, funny and awesome when it came to getting excellent financing for the vehicle. Roy designed the financing deal and knocked my bank out of the competition. The showroom was comfortable with plenty of amenities to enjoy while waiting for everything to be processed. Every visit to Smith Haven Jeep is excellent. Whether it’s for service or purchase, the experience is nothing less than stellar. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Smith Haven Jeep, 1 new and 1 used. The experience was always excellent. The service department has also always been an excellent experience with zero pressure and great customer service. I will mention that service advisor Rick Baumann is super professional and makes us truly feel like family. Kristina from the Sales dept is also incredibly nice and very professional. We have made purchases from other competitors in the past and I speak honestly when I say that no other dealer has made us feel as appreciated as Smith Haven Jeep. You have a customer for life. I anticipate making another Jeep purchase in the future and I will definitely be returning to Smith Haven Jeep for that purchase. They have an awesome team. In a time when there are many competitors and many other options, it is customer service like the one from Smith Haven Jeep that keep Jeep Chrysler Corp on top. Bought a CPO 2015 Ram Laramie Limited. I looked at multiple dealers and brands previously. The negotiation process, from sales to manager to finance, was fair and respectful. Transparent sales tactics weren't flaunted and nobody tried to strong arm me. Very accommodating, staying late for me to get there after work. They also have good music and free coffee!

We went to this dealership not sure if we really wanted a Jeep but we wound up falling in love with the Grand Cherokee after also checking out the Acura MDX. We were setup with Diego and from the start it felt like we were working with a friend, not a salesperson. He is funny, down to earth, and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Once we knew we wanted the Grand Cherokee we were prepared to visit many dealerships looking for the best deal but Diego came through and got us a deal we couldnt pass up. I really cant say enough good things about Diego and I will certainly come back to him when we are ready to lease or buy again. I cant say such great things about the rest of the dealership. Everything behind the scenes seems to happen extremely slow here. After making the deal with Diego at around 3pm we weren't able to get in our new truck until 9:30pm. Our experience with Tom the finance guy was not great either. He tried sell us on warranties and other things like all these finance guys at dealerships do but also tried to change the deal with we worked out with Diego, claiming certain items were not included in the deal we negotiated with Diego. Overall, I would prefer to not use this Dealership in the future but if Diego is still there I would certainly go back.

My husband and I chose this dealership over another one closer to home based on reviews and we're glad we did. Still, we went in with the idea that we were going to come face-to-face with a dishonest, pushy salesman and Dave is NOT that guy. He is friendly and honest and easy to talk with. He knew the vehicle we were interested in from front to back and because of the vast amount of options, knew exactly how to access the computer to figure out all the pricing and packaging. We were very impressed with Dave and Smith Haven in general. In the end, we purchased from Dave and would again without hesitation. Trust makes ALL the difference.

I had a great buying experience here. My salesman John helped me find a car that met my exact needs, and helped me find a great deal. He was very.straightfoward, which made the decision making process fast and easy. I needed to leave by certain time and he made sure the process finished up quickly so I could be out the door on time to pick up my daughter in our new car.

So, my husband I and were wasting time looking at trucks at all the other dealerships. We pulled into Smithhaven Dodge and magic happened. A well dressed salesperson, sans a pinky ring.. (that was a clincher), Lewis approached us and asked what we were looking for? Of course we answered two COMPLETELY different answers I wanted luxury Paul wanted Tonka Toy. But Lew, being married himself, knew exactly what to do. He walked away and let us roam. Unbeknownst to us, he was compiling a list that would be a compromise. Long story shorter.......We drove away, Literally DROVE AWAY that night in a 2015 Dodge Ram Larmie..... Yup luxury and HE MAN Towing... Lewis and Lauren, they keep us happy and still are. Went to look at a used jeep wrangler for my daughter. Was all ready for a long drawn out haggling day. Then I met Donna ( sales ) & Lauren ( finance). Turned out to be best car buying experience I ever had. Even people not dealing directly with me like Lewis,was exceptional. No pressure nothing phoney here. Just down to earth, honest people. I went to buy out my lease and Lewis Reidel made my experience a very pleasant. He worked with me through all facets of the process. It wasn't a long drawn out process, due in part to the attention to detail on Lewis Reidels part. I recommend Lewis as a sales associate if you want to to get a deal done quickly and stress free.

While I'm sure the rest of the staff is just as helpful, I dealt with Diego (Sales) and Ivy (Finance). I can't recommend them enough! I went into the dealership looking to replace my current lease. I was looking for a Jeep, preferably, but didn't think it would be a realistic option. Diego is very personable and has a good sense of humor. He took the time to walk my wife and I through the process thoroughly, and found a nice Jeep that was a viable option. The process from there became even easier as the logistics were worked out fast! I was able to come back the following day, and finalize everything with Ivy. She was an absolute delight to speak with, and very knowledgable. She was able to fix a few minor things on the paperwork quickly and answer questions on the fly that helped get us in and out of there with my new lease. I went there with my wife and my 4 year old daughter so the speedy service was very much appreciated. Bottom line-ask for Ivy and Diego and you can't go wrong.

The sales person we dealt with, went over and beyond my expectations, from when we first met, to when I picked up the vehicle. I consider myself a somewhat hard to accommodate customer, so when I first met Lou, I knew he would find the specific vehicle (Ram 2500) that I wanted very quickly,Colors correct and all. And most importantly, at a price I was willing to pay. There finance department and staff was very pleasant to deal with at time of purchase as well. The vehicle prep staff, employee (Kevin) was by far the most accommodating in every way when I picked up the truck, together they make the purchase experience , seamless !!

My wife and I stopped in to check out their Durango inventory. We found one we loved and they got to work right away to get us a great trade-in amount for our car. They were very fair with our trade-in and they shopped numerous banks to get us the best finance rate possible. The service dept is horrible the worst people i ever dealt with. The warranty is meaningless. The purpose of a service dept and warranty is to fix the problem. My dodge durango was back twice for steering wheel not being centered it goes to the right. You go to hit the brake and the steering wheel goes to the right. Dan Matuzo never even apologized for the problem and had the nerve to say i bought a used truck. I bought this 2015 durango from smith haven with 3000 miles on it. I am done with smith haven . I will never go back there. I want the public to see this. I noticed the problem before i bought the truck i was promised it was going to get fixed. If you ever buy anything make sure its fixed first. The service dept might be good for oil changes but thats about all.

I actually had fun buying my vehicle. From the moment I walked into the pre-owned center I felt comfortable. The manager Lauren Fleming was very friendly and introduced me to my sales person Mike O'Carrol. Mike was great to work with.He is very personable, honest,and knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all and I felt at ease making my decision. I would definitely recommend Mike. I can tell that Lauren loves what she does. She is very customer service oriented and geuinely cares about the experience she gives her customers. I loved hitting the gong when we made the deal. I love my Ram Pick-up and do not have any regrets about my purchase. This dealership really is a good one.

After shopping around for a used Durango for some time, I stopped into Smithhaven Dodge on a whim and was greeted by a happy and smiling salesperson named Lew. He was extremely friendly and personable. He listened to my needs/wants in a truck and showed me what they had in stock. The dealership had the most inventory out of all the ones I had visited so it wasn't difficult to find one that I loved! He went out of his way to find the best fit for me and I was not disappointed! I was looking for a quality used car for my son. Having only leased or purchased new cars over the last 20 years and having nothing but bad experiences with used cars I was very suspicious of pre-owned car centers and pre-owned cars in general. Working with Lewis was a relief. He understood what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. He showed me what was available in that range and kept in contact when new vehicles were received in. It took a couple of weeks, but we eventually found a car that fit both my son and my needs. The whole process thereafter went smoothly. Not only is Lewis a good salesperson, he is a very personable person and a pleasure to work with. Bill in finance made the out processing painless with no pressure. So far the car is doing well!

A lot of helpful people there to help me with all my questions. Tyler Thomsen was an incredible salesperson to help us with our new lease purchase. I went to smith haven to purchase a used dodge Durango I saw online.. I was recommended there by my fiance whom just purchased a vehicle the day prior. The service was great. (Mine and hers).. Donna was my sales rep and Lauren was the manager on site. They were both very helpful and understanding that I didn't want to go over my budget. They definitely worked with me. Buying a used car wasn't bad, liked my sales guy. The service department is a whole other story. They will hold your car for an inordinate amount of time for the work to be done. Stuck with my car and they said I can't bring it in for 11 days. Another time I brought in for an oil change, the next day a fuel line popped off and leaked all my gas. They Often don't have the parts needed in stock, including recall work which they should be ready for. We now use other dealers or our local repair shop which honors the warranty.Ok to buy a car there BUT DO NOT count on getting your car serviced there. Once held a friend's car for 8 days to do a half hour recall repair.

Lewis was great! I spoke with him a few times regarding a new Jeep Wrangler I found their website. He answered all my questions and we agreed on a price over the phone. When I came in to purchase the vehicle he even picked me up in Port Jeff. He had the jeep ready to go for the test drive. Tom Dunn in finance called me ask a few question and was very down to earth. The whole experience was straight forward with no games. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I had a lease that was coming to a end . I received a call from MGR Mary Young who told me they had good deals and wanted to purchase my vehicle. I went to the dealership and told my sales person Ben Schneider what I was looking for and he went out of his way trying to locate the Ram truck I was looking for and Ben walked that parking lot in 90 degree weather and never complained showing my different vehicles but on that day we couldn't find what I wanted in my price range. I called Ben the next day and decided on getting a Sport Ram and he went out of his way to find the color and options I wanted and the lease deal he gave me was great with no hidden costs. Ben was the best salesperson I ever dealt with in my years of leasing a vehicle. The Finance person Adam Deangelo was so nice he went over every single number on the agreement and he kept asking me if there was any number on the agreement that I didn't understand he would explain to me again . I drove out of that dealership so happy that I text Ben to thank him again. This is probably my 6th or 7th vehicle I have leased from Smith Haven Dodge and have to say this was my best experience . I never write reviews but I had to this time because they really made leasing this new vehicle a great experience.

My sales rep was amazing, however the business manager that I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with was not only rude and disrespectful to me but also my sales rep. In addition to the disrespectful demeanor he also couldn't be bothered to check paperwork accurately which caused me to spend two hours calling the insurance company multiple times to have the same document sent over with one change made each time. I have asked to speak to a manager about the issues I had when picking up my car multiple times and have made a complaint with Chrysler and still have not been contacted to resolve these issues. This dealership may have a great rating right now but in my experience the rating does NOT match what actually happens here.

Dave was amazing. He was extremely knowledgable about every vehicle on the lot and knew exactly what to show up to fit our needs. He gave us an amazing price right off the bat. None of that back and forth negotiating BS most dealers play. There were no hidden fees or costs that came up in the signing process. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect and that we were more than happy. I wish I could buy every car from him.

My kids dragged me to Smith Haven Auto Group to check out their selection of used Jeep Grand Cherokees. I expected a stereotypical used car salesman to pounce on us and be very irritating. Dealership is great! I have bought many cars over the years and a few from this dealership in the past. Smith Haven Jeep really was so easy to work with. I just recently bought a Grand Cherokee, like I said I have used the dealership in the past, by far this was the fastest easiest car I've ever purchased and to top it off I got a really fair price. The salesman Lewis was excellent in doing his job. The dealership however is a completely different story. After 3 or 4 days searching and test driving different vehicles I finally found one that I wanted to make a deal on. Upon signing paperwork I was told that I had a deal and that I was to be processed as soon as possible in finalizing my paperwork 4 my vehicle. I then watched four or five other customers walk into the dealership go look at vehicles and then be processed and finalized before I was. About 5 hours later the car dealer was about to close and finally I was called into the office to finalize paperwork for my vehicle. Keep in mind I was told I had a deal I gonged the Bell everyone clapped and made me think that the deal was final but that I just had to do paperwork. So after waiting and watching a number of other customers Drive their trucks away I was so excited that it was my turn to drive my truck away. Also keep in mind I already left a deposit of $2,500 and my credit card had been charged. The finance gentleman began to tell me that the bank was approaching their closing time and that it was too late to process or finalize any kind of deal. I was told that it would have to wait until the following day to make any kind of deal. I waited the entire afternoon and early evening for nothing to have the finance guy tell me to go home and come back tomorrow after watching five or six other customers be dealt with after I had already been told that I had a deal and that I was to receive my truck that day. Then I was also told that there was no deal with the banks yet and that I could be denied and that I would have to wait 7 business days to receive my deposit back if I wanted to go shop elsewhere. With that being said I felt a little trapped and had no other option but to wait until the next day to be helped with my purchase. The following day my paperwork was finalized and I received my truck. I was told and paid for bumper to bumper warranty that insured if my truck needed any repairs that there were to be no deductible and that I was to receive a loaner car if the truck needed to be serviced for longer than one day. This made me feel very secure with this purchase. However....the payoff check was not sent to my bank for my original loan for 2 weeks and my original loan charged me for an additional months car payment for my old car that had been paid off. leaving me short on cash as the payoff should have been sent in immediately. i had to wait over a month for the refund. Within a week of driving the truck I noticed a number of different noises and issues happening and called and complained that my truck needed to be serviced already after driving it for one week. The main complaint was my brakes. The breaks where pulsating and upon inspection I noticed the rotors needed to be cut and or replaced and the front brake pads were so low that they would need to be replaced within the month or it would be causing damage to the rotors further. When I called to make an appointment to have my car serviced under warranty I was told that the nearest appointment for servicing with a loaner car was more than a month away from when I had called. After discussing this with the manager we finally found a loaner vehicle for me to use for my car to have been serviced. However when I was to pick up my vehicle I was told that the dealer cut my rotors but would not replace the brake pads as they were to State regulation which is basically metal on metal and that they were not going to replace the pads. I bought the car with the brakes this way which had no pads. Not very fair if you ask me. Then about a week later I noticed the problem was not resolved and the brakes were still vibrating and now there was a squeak and a grinding noise coming from my front end. Luckily I was able to make an appointment for the loaner vehicle to get my car into the shop again for the second time in less than 2 weeks. Upon picking my car up for this problem I was told that the water pump was replaced and that the front end had to be lubricated and we resolved the squeekingng. I was told that the rear rotors were now cut and I'm just not sure why they weren't done the first trip instead of having to bring the truck there 2 times... why not just inspect the entire vehicle and make all repairs needed while the truck was there the first time. We dispute it over the brake pads once again and I was told that I had to pay full price or do the brakes myself even though I was sold the truck with bad brakes!. About 2 Days Later I was at my mechanics shop he put my car on the lift and noticed a green fluid all over the front arm bars underneath my car and showed me that there was a bad seal that was causing this green fluid to be leaking out of the truck. I called the dealer to make another appointment to bring the car and again and was told that the nearest appointment for my car to be brought in and for me to receive a loaner car was more than two months away. That my only other option was to pay for a rental car on my own and have the car serviced within a week. The loaner car situation is terrible. The service department cannot provide loaner cars for all of their customers and are booking the cars out more than 2 months in advance leaving anybody who has a problem with no loaner car. This is unfair as a part of the agreement I signed stated that all work done at this dealership was to be accommodated with a loaner car if repairs needed to be longer than one day. I am now stuck paying 400dollars for my brake pads and ive had the truck in the shop twice in less than a month.....i am now i. Rhe process of making an appointment to bring my truck in and have to pay for a rental...this entire experience was nothing short of stressfull and frustrating. Ill never recommend or buy a car from this dealer again.

One word - Brandon Colon - OK, that's two words, but this guy is so easy to work with! Brandon took a one hour round trip drive to my own mechanic so that the car could be checked out (it checked out except for the front brakes, which Smith Haven fixed immediately). Brandon even met me the following day at the remote start installer in North Babylon - on his day off! - so that I could have the remote start removed from the trade-in vehicle and installed in our new car! Brandon also attempted to remove the parking sticker from the old car using a razor blade so that it could be transferred to the new car, but it wouldn't budge. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Smith Haven with much of the credit going to Brandon (and Lauren)!

My husband and I purchased/leased our past five vehicles from this dealership but will not return to get the next one. Our lease was up on our Jeep Grand Cherokee in May 2016 and we decided to lease a new Town and Country in its place. We worked with Ben as the salesmen who seemed a bit overwhelmed once it got busy but was nice and helpful. Negotiations began and we agreed upon $600 down. We were charged $772.50. After speaking to several people over the course of a few days (because everyone had to "look into it"), I was told it was a mistake and we would be getting the $172.50 overage returned to our credit card. Over one month later and MANY phone calls, nothing had been done. I had to speak to three different mangers (Rich, Alex, and Christian) who promised to call me back, yet none of them followed through. I was finally told that we would receive $59 back in a registration overage. This was still $113.50 over what we agreed upon. It may not seem like much, but $113.50 out of your pocket can go a long way when you have three toddlers. Nonetheless, our relationship with Smith haven Jeep Chrysler Dodge is over. I was charged more than what was agreed upon and given the run around for over a month. I thought of myself as a loyal customer but I feel like everyone just hoped I would go away. Once this lease is over, we will visit a different dealership and hope to avoid the "bait and switch" tactics I saw at Smith Haven.

Once we started walking around, Lewis came over, introduced himself and asked what vehicle I was looking for. We checked out a few cars, took a drive, walked around some more with Lewis while discussing other cars. He showed me the Ford Edge and we took it for a drive. I loved it! Lewis is extremely knowledgeable. Bill in Finance was very efficient and answered any questions I had. By the end of the day, I was driving home in the Ford Edge! Extremely poor customer service. So instead of owning up that they made a mistake this dealership chose to get insulting, defensive, derogatory and threatening. They will over talk you in the phone if you get someone to speak to. Claim they will work with you to fix any problem because they don't want unhappy customers. So there error of $2300 that they will nit own up to is worth people not shopping there. There are MANY Dodge dealerships on Long Island. Do not go to this one.

We came to the dealership late on Memorial Day to purchase a Jeep Cherokee or Grand Cherokee (after relentless texting from Alex Gomez to come in for a good deal.!) Although we waited a while to meet Alex , we were introduced to Ryan Doheny. The initial meeting with Ryan was excellent and I felt comfortable. Next steps in the process were that they needed to obtain the buy out value on my existing vehicle lease so they could work the numbers and they would get back to us the next day...we did come in late! (oh, and also were told we may lose the holiday rebates since this transaction would extend to the next day but not to worry). So as of June 16th - I am still waiting on a call back from Alex, Ryan and his team. I will be going back to my East Hills Jeep Dealership in Nassau County, who I should have gone back to in the first place! If a dealership is not responsive on a guaranteed sale, then how good can they be? I recommend East Hills Jeep!

The first Sales Mgr. and Finance Mgr. (who was refereed by a friend) seem less than interested to want to make the sale. We were very disappointed by them. My husband and I found Dave Schulman the sales rep amazing. He didn't try to sell us something different than what we were looking for. He was determined to find us what we were looking for at the price we wanted to pay and did just that. The night we looked at the car, my husband had an issue and Danny Goggin, Sales Mgr. stepped in an ensured he would do what he had to in order for us to take the car home. The new Finance Mgr (Mazda)., Artie Maldonado, was amazing. While the sale was a little more complicated than most he did what ever he had to in order to get us the car as well. The three of them were professional, courteous, and friendly. They possess amazing customer service skills and truly understands the importance of communication. We will definitely be back for our next car when ready and hope to see the three of them then. Thank you for working with us and making what started out as a poor experience a GREAT one! Brought my 2014 Ram in for a warranty issue with the front suspension, slight rattle over bumps. They made my wife go for test drive as I was working, and all i wanted them to do was inspect the tie rods and control arms etc. Anyway they found nothing. Bob the service advisor called and said there would be a diagnostic charge for this visit. my truck has 6000 miles left on the bumper to bumper warranty and they wanted an inspection fee to look at the truck. he never told me of the fee, and then when the truck was ready told me he did. He never mentioned it to my wife either. When does a dealer charge for looking at a car under warranty? When the dealer is a crap dealership like smithaven Dodge. I called 2 other local dealers and they stated they would NOT charge to inspect or address a problem on a vehicle under factory warranty. I will never go to this dealership again and by the way they did wave the fee but it should have never been charged in the first place.

I was very scared of going into a dealer since my last time when i got my car from a small one and then poof they disappeared and i was left with an old overpriced piece of junk. Well i tried some dealers in the smithtown area and none really offered me anything that would make me want to sign my life away, well thats was until i hit smithhaven jeep oh my, as soon as i walk in everyone is just smiles even tho im young they didn't discriminate and got down to business. Mike O'Carroll helped me find the best car for me that fit my wallet and my needs he was so friendly and helpful, and they even gave me a generous amount for my old trade in! Im extremely happy with my ford escape. Great place!

I had a long time to do Internet research and Smith haven clearly had the largest selection of RAM vehicles on the island. I showed up already knowing what vehicles I wanted to look at and the salesman Bob G., wasted no time getting me access to these vehicles. After just a few minutes I asked if we could drive one of them. He got a dealer plate and the keys, after taking my license and we were out on the road. He made typical dealer comments about how nice it drove and mentioned a few of the extras that it came with, but overall there was very little "selling" being done. If I had brought my down payment with me that day I would've driven off the lot with that truck. But since my banking already closed by the time we got back to the dealership Bobby help me make the arrangements with my insurance as well as setting me up with the financing through my own bank. I returned on Monday with my cashiers check and license plates. I walked into the finance offices office and we did paperwork for about five minutes, then I walked out to my vehicle all ready for me. I just bought a pre owned mustang and generally don't like dealing with dealerships however the experience was much to my surprise very pleasant - Troy was a gentlemen and helpful and trust worthy. I just want to give credit where credit is due. My wife an I went to Smithtown Jeep looking for a vehicle that would get us on the beach. Lauren was extremely helpful and courteous. She went over our needs and budget requirements and steered us to the right options. Michael (our sales rep) showed us all the vehicles in our price range. He gave us his best recommendation and we listened to him. We felt like we were dealing with friends rather than car salesman. They are a truly professional and helpful staff. But as soon as i walked through the door Frank Politi stood up and said "how may i help you sir my name is frank" . Very professional at all times. Frank hooked me up with the deal of a life time on a 2015 Dodge Dart GT. The car is absolutely beautiful! From everyone from the staff , service, managers, finance managers...everyone was very welcoming and professional! Frank even came in on his day off to finish up the paoerwork with me and to personally hand me the keys and shake my hand to say congratulations. That just shows you what kind of man Frank Politi is that he would come in on his day off just to finish a deal and to say congratulations. If thats not dedication then i dont know that is. I don't even know where to start with these knuckleheads. I found a jeep I wanted on cargurus so I emailed the dealer to confirm they still had it in inventory. They said they did and I scheduled an appointment. I show up an hour later and this place is a dump. No offices, soul sucking fluorescent lighting and round tables with plastic chairs will make you feel like you're in a prison waiting room more than a car dealer. I'm greeted by their superstar salesman John, who gives me a crazy look when I tell him what car I'm here to see. He explains to me that it's been gone for months, but coincidentally they have a similar car available! This must be my lucky day, a 45 minute drive to see similar! By similar, of course, I mean a different color, wrong options and different year. He then proceeds to tell me the price, which happens to be more than I paid for the same car (with the right color and options) NEW from Huntington Jeep 3 hours later. Bottom line is these guys are a sleazy, bottom feeder dealer.

I have been looking for a certified used 2014 ram 1500 triple black express for about a year. I have been to many dealerships that try and sell you a truck with all the hidden fees! Not at smith haven ram. They were great from the second I walked through the door the managers at the desk appointed me to frank who I had spoke to on the phone. Frank was great and knowledgeable of the product I wanted. Overall great experience although I feel there was more wiggle room on the price which would have made it amazing I still got a good truck at an affordable price.

Was a customer at Browns in patchogue for years and Smithhaven blows there customer service out of the water. They gave us a better trade in value as a new customer than Browns did after purchasing 3 vehicles and many referrals. I would highly recommend Smithhaven.

As I began my car shopping experience this time around, I needed a new car fast. I've always wanted a jeep, and being that a jeep truck has affordable luxury offered, four wheel drive, qualified safety and new 2016 models, I decided to finally step into the dealership and learn more about my options and test drive what's out there. From the moment I stepped into the driver seat of the new 2016 Jeep Compass, I knew it was the right side truck and contained the luxury, exterior and interior designs I've always wanted. I was lucky to meet sales manager Michael Horan. He was able to answer all of my questions, quickly handle paperwork, and while test driving the 2016 Jeep Compass took me to where I could pick out the jeep design I've always wanted. Mike was friendly, smart, and determined to figure out a price for the jeep that fell into the range of what I could afford to buy and pay off monthly. Prior to my recent experience, my sister leased a new 2016 Jeep Patriot through Mike Hogan as well. On the coldest day of the year, we decided to go to the Smithtown Dealership to buy a Town and Country. We were greeted by Alex Gomez who introduced us to Paul Watts. Service department will steal your money! Went for a repair to my dodge ram that had a small power steering leak. Well after $725, I ended up with an even bigger leak ruining my driveway!! Went back two more times. It was not until the final third trip that they offered a loaner car. Got my truck back today, not even cleaned up!! This problem ended up being ...HOSE CLAMPS! Now if these mechanics cannot install hose clamps, do you really want them doing a MAJOR repair on your vehicle?!?!? Wonder if they will send somebody to clean my driveway....I won't hold my breath.....Some other issues... Customer service is seriously lacking and I really enjoyed waiting in line outside for 45 minutes to have your car checked in!!

What a great experience I had purchasing my wife a Jeep Cherokee through James Campbell. He put in the work and got us a great deal. We contacted this dealer after another Jeep dealer sold a car that we had put a deposit on. We found the exact car at Smith Haven and contacted them via email to see if they had the car in their lot. Within 3 minutes of sending the email they had called us back and said to come down right away for help. The receptionist told us to see Alex Gomez when we got there. When we arrived at the dealership we met with Alex and he introduced us to James the salesperson. James was very polite and professional and was eager to accommodate us. He found the car we were looking for after checking 2 different lots in the freezing cold! We were able to get a great deal and a good price for my trade-in. The dealership was very busy due to an end of year sale so we were told the paperwork could be delayed about an hour or so. We went to eat and clean out the trade-in and came back to the dealership which was packed with people. James assured us we would only be waiting about 30-45 minutes more. The manager, Alex Gomez, ordered pizza for all of the people waiting which above and beyond what you would expect from a car dealership. Excellent experience with Dominic in finance and we now own a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. We love it and I would definitely visit this dealership again.

Came in with my wife looking for Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with certain options. The sales girl Christina. Had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She did not know the different sub models or options packages. I knew more than her after being on the Jeep website the prior night for about 30 minutes or so. Long story short, she blew the deal, basically I had to convince her to test drive the truck. She even made me help pull the car out , as it was behind two other Jeeps. Seemed as if she didnt want to drive the car at all. So after getting our own car out. And teaching myself about the options on that particular Vehicle. I then had to back car back into a very tight spot in the back lot. At that point she left us alone for about 20-25 minutes. Then came back with a very long winded Manager. He told us with no money down we had to pay 469 a month. That later turned into 534 a month, with $3400 down. I asked Christina if the price was final. She said it was. Then it gets raised over sixty dollars a month. She also said that was $0 down. I asked her about 3 or 4 times, You sure thats zero down? She said yes and laughed. So after being told $3400 + dollars down and a raise of $60 a month. I went to Browns and got the car for $419 a month with just 1st months payment and motor vehicle fee's. About $500 out of my pocket. So skip the BS store and go to Browns. Also, they had a group of younger men sitting in a corner cursing and saying very rude things aloud. That was in front of out 4 year old daughter that we do not curse in front of. Well, she got an ear full that evening. They were Loud, Rude, Crude and Obnoxious! And one guy just laughed very loud. Actually brought my kid to tears. No class losers, Bums, Dirtbags! Do not buy here. NO product knowledge at all. No sales skills. And a very unprofessional staff. There were some other things over heard by some other employees there. But they shouldnt be repeated here. As they may be too rude to post up! Thank You. Vinny.

I had found two vehicles online that I was interested in. When I had arrived at smith haven to see them in person, James Campbell who was involved with a client selflessly took a moment to find me an available sales person. That's when he turned me over to Lauren Fleming who was very accommodating. She was very professional wasting no time showing me the two vehicles I was interested in. We went for a test drive and I already had a good feeling but I still had a few more trucks to look at at other dealerships. Lauren called me later the next day to follow up as she said she would without being pushy to see how I made out. I informed her how disappointed I was in the other dealers selection and that I was interested in closing the deal that we had discussed on my visit on Saturday. Went to Jeep two weeks ago to get some prices on the Jeep Cherokee. Met with Dave who was patient and very knowledgeable about the jeeps and packages. He was very accommodating to our schedule as it as our sons birthday that weekend. I would definitely use him again when our lease is over!

After visiting a few other dealerships, I finally found the car I wanted and already put a $5,000 down payment on a Jeep Cherickee. After I got home I decided that the upgraded engine was the better option for me. When I called David Schulman about my change of options, not only did he keep to our budget, but he had the vehicle ready at the SAME time we would have had picked up the original. This is the perfect vehicle for me! I could not be any happier than I already am about my vehicle and my buying experience!

We explained what we wanted and also told him we needed a little time to make a decision he never pressured us. We just bought a Grand Cherokee from this dealership and we couldn't be happier. The amount of vehicles to choose from was huge and Lauren Fleming (our sales associate) really listened to what we wanted, could afford, and what would make us completely satisfied. There was a little hiccup with turning in our previous lease to get our new car, and everybody in the dealership was completely on top of it in a timely fashion to get us the best deal possible. Being a first time buyer, I was not looking forward to dealing with the back and forth games usually played by the car salesmen. Lucky for me, I never had to. From the moment my brother and I walked in to the Smith Haven dealer, we were greeted by a friendly, non-pushy saleswoman named Palma. She not only cared about finding me the exact Jeep I wanted, but she took the time to get to know my brother and I as people rather than just potential buyers. I never felt pressured when discussing numbers with Palma or the manager, Dan Goggin. Both truly listened to what my brother and I had to say without having that arrogant salesperson persona that I was expecting. Chris in finance was also very helpful and made sure we got the best rate possible. I am extremely happy with my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. This review is coming from someone who lives 42 Miles away and went through literally each and every Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership on my way to Smith Haven. I've had my very best experience at this dealership and the only thing I regret is wasting my whole summer/weekends with the other dealers. What makes this dealership stand apart from the rest is their willingness to work with you and standing by their motto. My Experience:My dealer Palma Florentino was very sweet and really fought for me to get the deal I wanted. Dan Goggin in management was very trust worthy and honest and breaks the stereotype anyone may have for a typical car dealer. Alex the Sales Manager was very accommodating and always welcomed every questions to make sure I was at ease. Chris Siegal from finance was a gentlemen and very patient to make sure everything went well to finalize the the paperwork. My Last 2 cents:The last thing I want to mention is that I am pretty sure from your first visit you will hear the phrase "Everyone's Savin' at Smith Haven." I left the lot with a new 300S on 9/19 and as we are getting closer towards the end of the month I have been getting a bunch of phone calls from other dealers asking if I was still interested. I must admit their is a guilty pleasure putting a twist to their phrase and replying to them with "Sorry, I was Savin' at Smith Haven!" Went in with my fiancee and we traded in two vehicles and drove out with two dodges. One ram 1500 Big Horn and one durango.Made an inquiry online and heard back from stephen very quickly.Went down and met with Ben who was honest and very helpful.Even though it was very busy, we were still given lots of attention and taken care of in a reasonable manner. Once we got to finance, Rich was very nice and insightful. It was nice to walk into finance and the numbers still be the same that we agreed upon previously. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and will be returning when in the market again.

I had my Jeep serviced here this week and left feeling violated and dismissed by the whole experience.When I went to pick up my vehicle from being serviced I noticed several papers strewn across the passengers side floor. When I dropped off the vehicle there were no papers on the passengers side floor. When I picked them up to see what they were I noticed one was a receipt to a hotel that I recently was a guest. I know this receipt was in my glove box since the day prior I pulled out the green vehicle booklet that came with the vehicle to find the telephone number of the service department and the receipt was on top. When I put the green booklet back in the glove box I put it on top of the receipt and other papers in my glove box. I took the papers and went inside the sales floor to speak to the manager. When I asked the person who identified themselves as a manager why my paper work was thrown on the floor and why someone went into my glove box his answer was 'I don't know'. I then told him I felt I need an explanation and that can he find out and get back to me. He took a picture of my receipt from the service and indicated that I would get a call the next day. I did receive a call from the service manager and he explained to me that the technician had to move the papers since the center console needed to be removed and that the documents were placed on the seat. I explained the paperwork was in the glove box and not the center console and the papers were strewn on the passengers side floor and not the seat. I expressed my concern that my personal information was being compromised since there was no reason for anyone to go into the glove box and remove anything from there. At this point he basically said that he would take the word of his associate who has worked with him for 9 years and not of his paying customer as to where the documents first resided (glove box/center console/seat/floor). I asked to speak to the manager and was told by the service manager I would have to call him. The manger was not on duty that day so I left a message to call me back that I felt violated that my personal materials were compromised when my vehicle was in their care. He did call me back and as with the service manager indicated he took the word of his associate who worked with him for 10 years (slight discrepancy) and not his customer and also expressed that I was exaggerating the situation. I also expressed to this manager that if I knew my personal information was being compromised I would have never had given the service advisor my credit card information over the phone. He then went to dispute that when I first reported to him the incident two nights ago in the show room I indicated the papers were from the center console and not the glove box as I stated consistently to both the service manager and the message I left for him to call me. I purchased this vehicle a little over three years ago and have had not one complaint to this dealership. I'm disappointed that their stance is one that I as the customer am not being truthful in my reporting of the incident and concern for my personal data is being exaggerated. I feel violated and now have to check my credit card daily to assure there are no fraudulent charges. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience as I felt they were not trustworthy. I plan on going elsewhere when my lease is up.

Amazing experience! Even on a busy day (last day of the month) the delivery of my new car went as smooth as possible. I dealt with Rich K for finance, Dan Goggin as a sales manager, and Christian as my salesperson. The general sales manager and other sales managers also introduced themselves to me and made me feel very welcomed. I've been to many other dealerships and these guys will always try and help with any problem. I also love my new car and got a great deal on it! I highly recommend them!

This Jeep dealer is by far the best. We visited two others prior and had a horrible experience. The salesperson, Rodney, was knowledgable, didn't rush us or pressure us in any way. The Jeep was for my 17 year old and Rodney treated him with respect and talked to him unlike the other dealerships. Thee was no hidden fees and the price was right ! Paul took me for test drives in several cars before I fell in love with the Renegade Trailhawk and I walked out the door with it less than a week later. This was my first experience at this dealer. Although the facility was clean, staff friendly and the price OK, the overall experience was disappointing. Restoring back to the age old rhetoric, this deal is only good for 'today', I am reminded why so many of us face the car buying experience with such trepidation. No one wants to feel pressured into making quick decisions. My closing feedback: a very wise man once told me, years after you've made a purchase, you may not remember what you paid, but you'll certainly remember how you were treated.

I asked for an Internet price for a vehicle and I was asked to come in to the show room. While I understand this tactic, I asked to specifically get an Internet price before I decide to go visit the show room. I spoke with someone from Internet leads and she insisted I come in to the showroom that day because manufacturer reps were onsite and providing additional incentives to people in the show room. I fell for it only to find out that there was no one there. I asked for her when I got there and was told she was not available. I was appointed to work with Tom instead. I told Tom what I was looking for and he said he would be happy to help. For what is worth, Tom was nice and courteous. However, this dealership does not even provide the sales reps with official papers to capture customer data on. Tom copied my name, address, numbe, trade info, etc on a notebook. I know this was not a Tom issue as all other sales reps around were doing the same. Long story short, I was offered a very unrealistic deal that must have been about $5,000 over sticker based on my calculations and I walked. About an hour after I walked, the same person from Internet sales called me again and asked if I am coming in. I told her I was in and called her out on lying. She insisted she did not lie and that I should come back. I put in an official complaint with the Chrysler Group and the GM at the dealership. For what it's worth both confirmed that the manufacturer would not be onsite offering incentives. I view this as a low dirty lying tactic to get door traffic in the showroom with total disrespect to the customers and total disregard for someone's time. Since then I was able to confirm we buy fleet vehicles (RAM Cargo vans) for my company from this dealership. Needless to say that will be a thing of the past! It's a small world...

Walked into dealership knowing what I wanted. Got the runaround the first time I went to veiw the vechile I wanted to purchase. Found out vechile was sold. None of the sales employees or on the same page with each other. Second visit test drove vechile I was looking to purchase. Just to have them tell me they won't even put the paper work through to the bank unless I had 10,000.00 to put down or have a co-signer. Called sales person a number of times about putting the paperwork through, just to give it a try. The sales person never returned my phone call. Walked into East Hills Jeep. Walked out with the vechile I wanted the same day. No hassle from East Hills Jeep. Will never walk into Smithhaven Dodge to purchase a vechile or service my vechile ever. Worst customer relations ever!!!!

I went to the used Jeep lot and dealt with Mike Lupo. I had been to a few other Jeep dealerships and had been frustrated and drained. Saw a ad for a used car online and put a deposit down over the phone. When I went to the dealership Mike right away took me to the car I asked to see and we went for a test drive. He answered all my questions and was honest. When it came to pricing they were the only dealership I had been to that did not hit you with non sense fees such as "dealer prep" or "processing fee" Etc. which by the way the asking prices on the cars were more fair then other dealerships. Only complain I have which is minor was the fact that I had a anti freeze leak which I wish would have been known and fixed before hand. With that said the service department was helpful and did not charge me since I had just got the car and it was a CPO. Buy your Jeep here. Buy from Mike Lupo. Thanks guys

I would never use this dealer again. While in for service, the service manager smashed my new truck into a parked car in his lot. Then I was told if I don't use their BODY SHOP THEY WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE DAMAGE I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE AND MAKE A REPORT. They refused to pay for the damage. I had to pay out of my pocket for damage they did while in their care and custody. This was such an unscrupulous dealership. Personnel was rude and condesending.

Everyone we dealt with at the Jeep dealership was very friendly and full of knowledge. It was a very good experience but my only issue is that it took so long. We were there for about 7 hours. (Maybe a water container would be nice, coffee is provided, but I don't drink coffee.) Maybe because the whole process was done in one day, but it just seemed like a very long day. Lauren was a great sales person, very friendly and was very willing to answer any questions we had. A very smooth, easy and comfortable process.

I recently traded in a 2013 ram 1500 which I still owed a good deal of money on. This dealership gave me great trade in value allowing me to get started on a new lease of a 2015 cherokee. Every member of the staff that I dealt with was fantastic. Every member was honest with me from the start. Posted my car online and received a quote. Not 10 minutes later does Tom from Smith Haven Jeep call me telling me how badly he wants the car and that they "move cars quick". I explained my situation to him that I can't accept any lower than the quote and that I live 35 miles from his dealership. I also asked him if he would be able to honor a price from another dealership that I went to for a new jeep. He insisted it wasn't a problem. I told him I work 2 jobs and I really can't waste my time. Again he said we really want your car. I drive the next day 35 miles out to this dealership and Tom is nowhere to be found. He's apparently off today! Another saleswoman approaches me and says she's going to help me. I tell her what the autotrader quote gave me and that they are listed as a dealership that will accept the car. She takes the car and comes back $2000 less. I even listed the car in good condition with every MINOR issue noted and she couldn't give me a single reason why the offer is less. Clearly just a way to drag people in and hope they are stupid enough to take less on the trade in. Also she said she was shocked at the quote for the new jeep the other dealership gave me. "Everyone's Savin at Smith Haven"...nope just the dealership who couldn't care less about other people's time as long as they might be able to rip you off on a trade in. Thanks for the lies on the phone! Good honest people you have working the customers telling them anything to get them in the door! Do not buy from this dealership!

I am writing to let you know what a amazing experience I had with Rick Maguire and Arthur as well as Dennis we went in after being screwed by Smithtown ford our lease was up we had enough of ford so we walked in and were treated like priority 1 and with less then perfect credit made buying a certified Jeep with low miles as easy as could be the deal was so Good I traded in my old beater for a new car as well left over 2014 Rick ,Arthur as well as Dennis did a phenomenal job and we now have 2 brand new cars for the price of the one ford truck we were going to get ...... I want to start off by saying ive only had the car for 3 days and so far so good. I walked in to just talk over numbers and prices. Sales associate jumped to financing and approval and the told me the colors of the cars, didn't even offer to show me (I later learned they were in a lot down tbe road) so what? I wanted to see my choices! Saw the car and fell in love. Paying a bit more than I wanted but I did end up getting the car. I felt a bit rushed but it was busy and as I found out they are trying hire more associates and I would have felt better if they came out and said "we are low staffed and busy, can you wait a bit?" I would have understood. Car was used and didn't come with a manual, minor issue but I would have liked a "here, a manual, sorry about that" and the key wasn't a remote fob. No one told me the remote fobs were locked in the safe so come back when they are open, instead I panicked and paid $90 for a spare "chip" key. I think being honest is best, I would have understood. Hopefully my experience will be pleasant but its only been 3 days.

He actually found me one that was in my price range and i ended hop driving off the lot with a brand new dodge ram 1500 black edition . I'm not one to mess around, I suppose it helps to know what you want but they didn't mess around for my new truck. Normally I'm loyal to Chevy for decades but have friends with businesses and they love their Dodge trucks. Got a flier in mail filled with price incentives, Jay Marine looked into it and was very honest and final price on my vehicle was a great buy IMO. He knew a lot about the vehicle, purchase transaction was easy and it was ready in decent time. Just returned after putting 100 miles on it with a xx engine light - service pulled me right in as an emergency, diagnosed and fixed the issue (minor computer upgrade) and had me out the door in reasonable time.

After reading the advertisement in Newsday about the end of year sign and drive and the fact that my wife needed a new car we ventured out to Smith Haven Dodge where we met Jay Marine, Jay showed my wife a few Jeeps, but nothing that caught her attention. Jay was really nice and didn't pressure us, we shook hands and left. We continued looking and then my wife saw a 2015 True Blue Patriot it caught her eye. Because Jay was so nice to us we returned to Smith Haven. When Jay saw us return he was very surprised. He showed my wife a few Patriots and let her drive one. That day we purchased the Jeep from Smith Haven and Jay Marine, Dave the Manager along with both Adams in finance were awesome, they made the purchase stress free, something we had not had in the past, we told them what we wanted to pay and they made it happen. We were so happy with Smith Haven Dodge, so happy I returned on the 21'st of January traded in my 2012 Ram and bought a 2015 all with the help of the best salesman I have had through many vehicle purchases Jay Marine! Based on my experience, Smith Haven Ram is the worst kind of dealership. Nice to your face, then they will try to sneak around behind you and take your wallet. The salesman I dealt with was great...very nice, and straight forward. However, once the "sales manager" got himself involved, it became clear what kind of establishment Smith Haven really was. He was very slick. Craftily, they baited me by bringing me back into the dealership with promises (written) of the deal we had worked on for a little more than a week, then once there, switched me from a 2015, to a leftover 2014 truck at the last minute. Classic move! Then, after finalizing our deal and running my credit, he made up totally different numbers and put them on the buy order!!! He told me I wasn't entitled to the manufacturer's end of the year rebates/incentives, and tried to sneak another fee passed me, after telling me to my face that there were absolutely NO MORE fees. (As if the fee they charge for "storing all their files and paperwork at an offsite location" wasn't absurd enough!) The best was when I told the salesman that the numbers were all wrong, the "sales manager" came back with the same fantasy buy order, and said, "I just need you to sign this real quick, then we can get your truck prepped and get you on your way". Like I would magically sign the made up buy order for him, when I refused to sign it for my salesman?! At best, his actions were deceptive and dishonest. I guess he thought I wouldn't catch him? Or maybe he thought I wouldn't dare walk away from a deal after 3.5 torturous hours at the dealership? (Another classic old time trick...keep the customer there for as long as possible and wear them down). Did he think I wouldn't disappoint my son who excitedly sat with me through the whole ordeal? Whatever the case, he was wrong. I caught him, and I walked. The general manager later pretended to care about my experience, but never bothered to actually speak to me. A few rounds of phone tag, and he lost interest. He "investigated" by speaking with his "sales manager" and declared that he was "on the up and up". Be very aware folks! Do not let your guard down for one second in that place. They will try every trick in the dirty car salesman book.

Agree on a price and confirm via phone and email, make appointment with said salesperson. Show up at dealer and find the individual was impersonating sales but was in business development, and never in fact spoke to the manager about accepting my offer for a vehicle. Show up for appointment and this person isn't even there. Dealer refused to honor accepted offer. Ended up buying the car there since I was so exhausted dealing with lying salespeople all over. They were kind enough to add an undiscussed $200 prep fee for the crappiest car wash I've ever seen despite request for no prep. 2 hours of waiting and the salesperson that sold me the car forgot who I was and asked if I needed help looking for a vehicle. Amazing a business that treats its customers this poorly stays in business, but they sell 30 cars on an average weekend so if you won't buy one, there are 29 others that will. Would prefer to pay 10% more than go to this dump again. Hope I can forget the experience or I'll hate the car for 10 years.

They were awesome and did not pressure me in any way. Got me a great deal with the banks with rates lower than I had when I first got a credit card which was really cool. I went by myself and in no way felt cheated. You get copies of everything and they call to check that all is well with you and your new or used vehicle. I highly recommend them and the service this place provides.

I WANT TO PREFACE THIS REVIEW BY STATING THAT THE SALES TEAM AT THIS DEALERSHIP IS TOP NOTCH!!! IF THEY HAD A NEW SERVICE DEPARTMENT, THE DEALERSHIP WOULD BE AMONG THE BEST...I have purchased and leased vehicles from this dealership, as have members of my family.. We love the sales team, but the consistently terrible service experiences have ensured that we will take our new vehicle needs elsewhere....Dec 10, 2014 - Dec 16, 2014 --- Terrible experience as always at this service department... 2013 Jeep Wrangler (leased from here) with 28k miles and the clutch began to slip on Monday.. Was slight at first and worsened by Wednesday.. Drove it in on Wednesday to speak to service about the problem... First response from the service adviser was "that's NOT gonna be covered by your warranty"...Of course I questioned why, I have never had the vehicle off road, never on the beach, and baby it... Hardly ever even downshift... 28k miles is too soon for a clutch to go... could have been any number of components that would cause the slipping I was experiencing... But the adviser said " doesn't matter, it could have 4k miles on it, Chrysler wont cover it under warranty".. He then asked me if I had an appointment, which I told him I did not... He glumly told me that the next available appointment slot would be in 3 weeks... Seriously?!?! I have a clutch that is progressively slipping more each day, probably wouldn't be driveable within the next day or two, and he's telling me to book an appointment 3 weeks out!?! I said "are you kidding me?, I just told you that the vehicle is losing its clutch and wont be driveable much longer" and he replied "what do you want me to do, lie to you?"... So, where do you go from there? I left, very angry... I returned the next day (Thursday) and spoke to a different advisor, who offered that they could take it in and have a look, couldn't promise how long it might take to get to it, but they would take it in under "emergency circumstances".... He also reiterated that the manufacturer would most likely NOT cover the repair under warranty... AND told me that it would take 4-5 hours of labor to gain access to inspect the clutch assembly... WOW, really? And that once that 4-5 hours of labor was expended, they would let me know what the repair might entail and if it would be covered by warranty... Friday morning at 9:00am, I received a call from the advisor with an update.. he said that they examined the clutch and it was worn and that it would not be covered by warranty... Did I want to have them continue the job?... If so, the 4-5 hours of labor would be built into the total job with an expected cost of approx $2500!... My first thought was, its only 9am, what time did the technician get in so as to accomplish 4-5 hours of labor on my vehicle to be completed by 9am? I put that aside... I was still infuriated that Chrysler would not honor the warranty for this repair... According to the Service Advisor, 28k mile was very low for a clutch to "burn out" but, it would not be covered.. so, I had to bite the bullet and have them proceed with the repair... I asked that while they had the jeep there, if he could also change a fog light that had burned out.. He added it to the scope of work...Later in the day,I called to check on the status of the job... As it turned out, they did not have the parts and had to order them... I was told they hoped to have the parts in by Monday and complete the job once the parts came in... Great!... On Monday, I called around noon... I held for 9 minutes waiting and finally hung up... I called back an hour later, was put on hold, and 7 minutes later, I was told that my advisor was unavailable and would call me back... He never called.. I called back towards the end of the day, finally connected wit the advisor who told me that the parts still didnt come in and they should be in tomorrow (Tuesday)... I called on Tuesday and the advisor confirmed the parts made it in and that they would try to get the repair done that day... As it turned out, the repair was done... When I went to pick up my Jeep, the advisor (the original one, who told me to come back in three weeks) was the only service employee there... He reviewed the bill with me and mentioned that in addition to the clutch assembly being replaced, there were a series of bolts on the bell housing that needed to be replaced because they were sheered... WOULDNT THAT AT A MINIMUM, RAISE SUSPICION AS TO WHAT MAY HAVE LEAD TO THE SHORT LIFE OF MY CLUTCH?!?!? AND WOULDNT THAT SUGGEST SOMETHING WAS AWRY?!?! When I first leased this vehicle, and went for my first oil change, it was brought to my attention that the oil plug was also sheered... They had to be very careful in removing it so as not to strip the fitting...They replaced the plug at that time.... Anyway, I review the RO with the advisor and notice that the fog light replacement was not on the order! The one minor thing I requested was not even done! And while he was processing my credit card payment I ask, how often do these clutches wear so fast? and he says, with a smirk, "they never do".. So, if my case is so unique, why wasn't it presented to Chrysler for warranty consideration? Rude, unresponsive and unprofessional cluster of characters at this service department... I will stay very clear of this service department for any future service issues, and I will be taking up this awful experience and warranty coverage issue directly to Chrysler!

Yesterday, I went to the Smith Haven Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership to test drive a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Jeff Bell was my salesperson, he made the initial process of providing car dealership paperwork a breeze. Then, he went out of his way to find me the exact car to test drive, that I was interested in purchasing. I have had two experiences with this dealership; one in the sales dept and the other in service. Apparently my experience is not unique as many have had issues with this dealership. Sales: Everything that is wrong with the whole car buying experience is practiced here. "My sales manager just wants to say hello....what can I do to get you in a car today....what do you want to pay....I am losing money on this sale..." I came into the dealership to purchase a vehicle and after dealing with the BS they couldn't have given me the car! Why must you play the games?!? You lost a sale to someone who doesn't play games.Service: Awful. I made an appointment two weeks ago for my Jeep's service and scheduled a loaner. Their state of the art system (see sheet of paper) with the names of those waiting for a loaner didn't have me on it. The employee who took the reservation failed to put it down and the end result is the customer gets screwed around. I am taking my car elsewhere and will not return to this dealership and hope you won't either!

Recently I had inquired about a new dodge ram on Truecar.com and within 20 seconds I had help with my selection April from their internet station was on top of her game. She help setup an appointment to come in and look at some cars, they are true to their word about prices. My salesman, Jeff Bell, was excellent to deal with. From the moment I walked in the showroom, throughout the negotiation process and to delivery of the vehicle, Jeff was very professional. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and was very thorough with all the details. Our Lease was up in August on a Ford Edge, we actually had a sweet deal to step into a new one in place already, my wife suggested just for fun to look at Jeep since we know people that have the Grand Cherokee...in steps Ryan our sales associate from Smithaven Jeep, he explained all the differences between the Jeep Grand Cherokee models offered a test drive (impressive ride very smooth) and showed us the comparison to our Edge. He was totally professional none of that salesman pitch mines better attitude, He was confident in his product without the heavy handed salemans hype, I was so impressed with both the Grand Cherokee and Ryan that I asked him to run some numbers. I truly had the feeling Ryan was working to get us what we wanted not just trying to make a sale. In the end we came to terms, they took back our Ford Edge for us( simple, clean and easy transaction and paperwork) and we drove off the lot with a new SUV. Ryan went over every feature with us before we left and I am truly happy with my wife's pick ( but I'll never admit that to her.)

I have been going to the same dealership for many years, but had been paired up with a new sales person when we bought our last car and I didn't didn't really love him. So, when I recieved a mailing for a new dealership I decided to give it a shot. They paired me with Jeff Bell, and I found him great to deal with. Though he was very enganged he wasn't pushy(Hate that. I usually walk away immediatly ) and I felt like he really listened to my needs. In the end he helped us get exactly what we wanted! The whole process seemed much smoother than I'm used to as well. He told me exactly what I needed to bring with me, did all the let work to get my plates transfer and insurance set up. The finance transaction with Dominic was also very good. Felt very easy, no hicups!

We just leased a new Chrysler Town & Country minivan. Our salesman Dominick Fiore was excellent. He was both knowledgeable and professional. He was genuinely interested to know what we wanted in the vehicle and did not try to push us into something we did not want. Our finance manager Dominic Galgano was also very professional and honest. He was very organized and easy to work with. We would recommend this dealership and in particular these two representatives to anyone interested in purchasing /leasing a new vehicle.

I am in my mid 20's and had some major credit problems. I was upside alot and trying to get into an suv for work. I went to many dealerships and they all low balled my trade and told me to put down 10k out of pocket. Smithhaven jeep gave me the best offer for my trade, got me a better vehicle with only 1k down! They were honest and a pleasure to work with! I rolled over 8k negitive equity and got a more expensive truck and my payments were around the same! They were honest and friendly and determined to make sure i could leave happy which they were perfect at! They also gave me pizza while i was waiting on the detail. I just leased a 2014 Patriot from Smith Haven. Marion, our sales associate, was EXCELLENT! She was very helpful and patient with us. She is extremely knowledgeable answering all of our questions honestly. Our experience with Marion strongly influenced our decision to lease from this dealership. Dan Goggin was also extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took his time answering all questions. We were given a thorough walk through of the car and service area. I would definitely do business with them again. Dom is the finance manager there and he's the first finance manager to not try to shove extended warranties down my throat. Everyone at this dealership was super friendly and completely customer service driven, from the initial phone call all the way through to the credit department. I had gone in there with a very specific car in my head, the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, it had to be red and had to have the black thing on the hood. I didn't care about any other features. I test drove what I thought would be the equivalent car in black and we went go see the red one. Love at first sight! We returned to the dealership and I was all set to sign and then we found out the 2 models in red that matched the model I was driving were missing the black thing on the hood. All they had on red was a much higher end version. My sales person, James, went back to his sales manager a couple of times to explain the situation. After a little painless negotiation they put me in the MUCH nicer model at a price that was going to be impossible to beat. We agreed and I took it home the next day. If you're in the market for a new Jeep I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I have every intention of giving my future business to them.

The service was great and the sales was great. They listened to my needs and put me in the car I had to have at a price I could afford. THE SALESMAN IN THE PRE CERTIFIED PRE OWNED VEHICLES, SOLD MY BOYFRIEND A CAR THAT WAS INVOLVED IN A MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT AND FAILED TO GIVE HIM THE CAR FAX WHEN REQUESTED. THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP 3 TIMES IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS. THE VEHICLE WAS STERRING WAS SHAKING WHEN YOU GO OVER 40 MILES PER HOUR AND WE WERE ON THE HIGHWAY WITH MY GRANDDAUGHTER. THIS VEHICLE FELT LIKE IT WAS GOING TO EXPLODE. TO THOSE LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP THEY KNEW THE VEHICLE THEY SOLD WAS IN A FRONT VEHICLE ACCIDENT. Dealership damaged vehicle when taken in for normal maintenance. Misdiagnosed the problem (service code) and then offered to replace perfectly working part. When asked about price to repair, the quote was adjusted three times due to math error. When asked about the availability of part, they said they would have needed to check out local junkyard because the vehicle is five years old. Clerk also tried to upsell services already done at Dealership within the past three months at the same dealership. Rude service clerk.

Overall experience was excellent. Finance price was not as expected however. Put down over half of total cost of vehicle, monthly cost is still very high considering length of term and amount financed.

I went to this dealership to purchase a Jeep Compass, and though I didn't end up buying one, each of the employees I worked with were helpful at every step. The salesperson I was with, Christian, was informative, and gave me all the options I needed to have a good basis for how to either lease or finance a new or certified pre-owned. The finance director Christina DeVita was very friendly and helpful, attempting to negotiate better terms for me at every end. The pre-owned manager Marcel was very knowledgeable and helpful, and all people involved went above and beyond trying to help me find and buy my first car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, without a doubt.

I was interest in purchasing a Dodge Journey as my wife has a Grand Caravan SXT that we love for the versatility of the stow and go. I was greeted by Jeff Bell with a smile and a firm handshake. We got to talking about the vehicle I was interested in and he showed me the availability of the exact item I was looking for. On our way back to the show room we had passed several Jeep products that caught my eye. Although the price of the Jeeps that I was interested in were way out of my price range, Jeff had showed me a Jeep Patriot Latitude with off road capabilities. We took it for a test drive and I was sold on the performance of the 2.4 liter engine. I was looking for a higher powered engine as I was coming off a 440 hp. This Jeep will serve us well with the four wheel drive on the fly feature in the Long Island snow season. Jeff had the Jeep ready that night and I was driving it home after an extensive tutorial of all the features my new truck had to offer. Jeff knows his products and I would personally recommend him as a salesman to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. So i went here to buy a Jeep last year and put down a deposit on a car, when i got there the next day they told me i couldn't buy that exact car to someone else already. I don't know why you would have someone put down a deposit on a sold car to someone else, other dealerships don't do that only this one does. I asked for my deposit back and they said it takes a few days and will automatically be refunded. I waited about 2 weeks and nothing, so i went down there and asked for it back and they said that there was a form had to be submitted that never was and i had to wait and come back because my sales guy wasn't there that night. I called everyday for about a week and a half and apparently he wasn't working every day. It's only a $100 so i can't imagine them getting rich off of it but its the principle behind it. They would never return my calls or ever refunded me my money. And while i was there after they told me that i should just buy another car while I"m there and they would give me a good deal on the 2014, i took all the info they gave me walked out side and called another dealer and they basically beat the price out by a good 40% which just shows me that this place is just in the business of ripping people off. Best thing I could ever say I ever spent a 100$ on is learning never to go to this dealership.Take my advice do business else where, you'll be a lot better off. With the money I saved on my car from not buying it from this place I was able to lease a second Jeep the 2014 Grand Cherokee and its incredible.

He found me my vehicle, and kept me in the range I wanted to spend. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. From the moment we walked in until we left with our new vehicle this was the most professional car dealership we have dealt with in 20 years. The salesman was extremely knowledgable and after a 5 minute conversation with him he knew what we had in mind and found exactly what we were looking for. He went over all of the specifics of the car with us in great detail. The finance manager made us feel at home and the experience was painless with no pressure to buy add-ons or maintenence ioptions.

We responded to an adv,we were interested in a 2014 Chrysler T&C. We had 5 months to the end of our lease and wondered if the Agency could work a deal to get us out of lease and into a new car.They developed an opportunity for us to accomplish our goal and we were successful in obtaining a new Chrysler T&C for less than we had been paying evan though the sticker price was higher. Randy recognized what had to done and Domenick and James worked the issues with Jason.Our 2011 Chrysler T&C needed some work and Randy brought the body and fender person Tom O. in to inspect and repair the vehicle for a fair price. Needless to say we will continue to patronize the dealership.

First, Rich showed us what we asked to see in addition to looking at other possibilities before we made our final decision, he was patient and discussed all our options. This was a little involved purchase, with 2 trade-in's that needed to be appraised, the price I received for the trades were in line with what we wanted. The Journey we purchased had to be shipped in, which only took a day and we were pleased that it had more features than initially requested. Rich was a pleasure to work with, and answered our questions. While we had to wait quite a bit due to the paperwork, Rich sat with us and we had a very pleasant conversation and yes he offered us refreshments.Dominic as well was a pleasure to work with, considering I too am in finance, he performed his due diligence with all the different request and quotes that I had requested. We discussed all the different options that went along with final cost and he made sure we were comfortable with the final outcome. Left messages to discuss what this was all about and no one is returning my calls, holding my cash back hostage? I gave the rating of great because Steve was wonderful at assisting my husband and I from when I walked into the showroom just to pass time while I was waiting on an oil change. We have been looking to purchase a new vehicle but did not intend on doing it this soon. Steve was not pushy but very personable and knowledgeable about all the cars in the showroom. I was ready to get another minivan instead I ended up keeping my 05 and purchasing an additional vehicle because of Steve's approach and the pricing was what we were looking for. The entire staff at Smithhaven has been accommodating but Steve went above and beyond making it a comfortable environment for our entire family. Thank you for the excellent customer service!!

Michelle was very friendly and knowledgeable. She went through everything regarding operation of the vehicle and the electronics. The whole process of picking out a car we liked and driving it away was done in an afternoon. Matt in finance went over all aspects of the lease and explained how the payment amount was arrived at. All in all it was a very good experience. All of the staff were friendly and courteous.

Had to go back a second time to adjust our interest rate because they gave us to high of a %, other then that they are a great dealership and i believe they want to make there customers happy. Only other complaint was that they charge 69$ for gas and only gave me a tiny bit above half a tank.

I visited Smith Haven Dodge to get information on the new 2014 Dodge Durango. At first I was dreading going to the dealer because in the past I've had such bad car buying experiences from salesmans that lie and pressure you nonstop to buy one of their cars. I was lucky enough to be helped by Ryan Doheny who was extremely courteous throughout the process, treated me like a friend, and had genuine concern for the questions and issues to get me the best deal possible. Ryan is the prime example of the perfect salesman because he focuses on delivering the best customer service experience which a lot of salesman lack nowadays. I enjoyed the buying experience at Smith Haven Dodge and I look forward to sending all my friends to Smithhaven Dodge and also look forward to buying more cars from them in the foreseeable future.

Test drove many vehicles this past Saturday to try and decide on a new suv. At Smith Haven Jeep, Steve was very friendly and took us out for a test drive in a new Grand Cherokee Limited. We loved the jeep and decided to talk numbers. We worked out a price but were not ready to commit. I returned to the dealership on Monday and after some initial misunderstanding about the price, we were able to work out a very fair price. Everything went well and everyone involved was very professional. I would buy/lease again from this dealer!

I just has a very awful experience hereHere are something I learned after I left the dealer :1: Do not put deposit in cash unless you don't want it back . Even they tell you that you can get the money back right away if you won't take the car . Cause I didn't get it . Then manager will say " oh , no matter who tell you this , that is incorrect ." They probably tell you they will mail a check to your home in 2 to 3 weeks but I don't think they will .2: Check all numbers on all paperwork before you sign any of them . There are a lot of hidden surprises . Extra warranty , accessories fee , destination fee.... Cost like $5500 .3: when you are in buying processing , that are very nice to you . But when they know you won't take the car no matter why , they start to give you pressure then if you still insist that , they start to mock you !They call me " crazy " and make fun of my job !4: Bring some food that you could fill yourself , because thay will let you wait for hours and hours , then you got nothing back .If you still want to go there , it's fine .Just keep in mind that be carefully with " EVERYTHING ! "

BE WARNDED. STAY AWAY. Tried to lease a Jeep from them. Low balled the price then reneged on the price. Be careful they will try to add cap cost into down payment. Rich K tried but back and forth with manager behind counter was torturous. Leased from another dealer and treated with respect at a better price.

Troy welcomed us from the beginning and proved to be very friendly, honest and extremely helpful. He was not your typical salesman that you find at many dealers, but instead was very genuine, down to earth and more than willing to help us out. I have been in and out of dealerships for months and never quite found anybody who made me feel as comfortable as he did. He will be my go to guy for all of my future car buys and working with him was an absolute pleasure. Craig over in the financial dept. was wonderful as well..he worked with us for hours and went out of his way to pull off what I'm sure others would not have been able to. He was very thorough and worked wonders. Troy and Craig are the reason I was able to take my dream car home yesterday and I cannot thank them both enough. Troy has been an excellent salesperson, helpful, and honest. He did not pressure me into making a purchase- he simply showed me a car that had the options I was interested in. He gave me the space to be able to talk to my husband privately about the vehicle. He did his best to rate my trade in and get me the best possible price for it. And, although I found a few minor problems with the vehicle, he was on top of it and had them fixed immediately.When we asked for a book for the car (there was none in the vehicle) he went about on the task of locating one. I am more than satisfied with him and I would definitely recommend him to another person looking to buy a car. I had visited 3 other dealerships within the last year and did not buy from them, for various reasons. I had e-mailed this dealership prior to visiting, as I was tired of visiting dealers and not finding what I wanted- the experience was exhausting. However, after sending an e-mail listing the options I was looking for, Troy waited until he found just the right car and gave me a call. The rest of the crew at Smith haven were friendly and very upbeat also! the gentlemen who handled the financing, was awesome too! It took around 4 hours to purchase the truck. I had filled out the finance paperwork a few days before and have really good credit but that didn't save a second. The vehicle wasn't inspected properly and had a huge dent from side to side across the front of the roof and the molding over the front passenger tire is lifting. My husband found the dent on the roof when he was rewashing the truck after the wash job the dealership did. I called the dealership and was told that they would look at it, but that I had already had the truck for a few days so they didnt know if I did something to the truck. I was furious. Back to purchase day. We were getting ready to drive off the lot to realize the truck that went through a list of checks wasnt even gassed up (was there radiator fluid or brake fluid?). The dealership charges $69 to gas the vehicle and if I didnt catch it while signing the paperwork, they were going to charge me twice for gas (that's the same gas I didnt have in the truck). We lost all confidence in Smith Haven Chrysler Dodge, etc... so we took the truck to our local Dodge dealership and paid to have them check the vehicle so we can feel safe driving it. I hope nothing else goes wrong as the Smith Haven dealership will not stand behind their vehicles.

If you are thinking of shopping at Smith Haven Jeep, I strongly urge you to think twice. Two weeks ago, I looked at a Jeep Grand Cherokee with the intent to trade in my current Grand Cherokee. The salesman offered me a price that was lower than another offer I had. I asked him to meet the offer and he was not able to. This week, he called me to follow up and told me that he was willing to meet my request. We made plans to reconnect tonight. When I phoned him, he told me that the car we had agreed upon had a part missing because they needed it for a car that was in for service. The part was on order and would be ready in a few days. You heard that right; they took a part out of a new car on the lot and used it on a car brought in for service. What's more, they told me that this is routine practice!Perhaps foolishly, I went in to the dealer anyway. I waited for the salesman while he finished working with another customer. After about 45 minutes of waiting he asked me to turn over my keys so the car could be "appraised" again. I thought this was strange but complied. Soon after, Charles Elenterio, came over and introduced himself as the sales manager and then walked away. Again, strange. A few minutes later Charles Elenterio came back and told me that he wanted to go over the deal with me. I explained that I had been working with another salesperson and asked if he would be taking over. He said he would not. I asked to wait until the salesperson was finished. He told me that he would be offering me $2500 less than our agreed upon price for my trade. When I told him that it was not the deal that I had agreed upon with the salesperson and I wanted to wait to speak with him, Charles Elenterio told me that I should "have a good night" and that he "didn't need to do business" with me. So before you do business with Smith Haven, remember the car parts you get might not be the ones installed in the factory and they "don't need to do business" with you.

We only had one weekend to locate and purchase a car and our top priority was PRICE. Although we expected to be treated as "desperate" consumers, that is not what happened at Smith Haven Auto Group. They did everything they could to make the sale happen and ensure that we were happy about it. When we weren't able to find the "perfect match" in their inventory, Adam took us to the Mazda dealership to make sure that we were looking at cars that fit our needs. They accommodated our requests for several items to be included in the price at no extra charge which is what brought us back the next day to finalize our purchase. Adam, Marcel and Greg went out of their way to make sure that we left the car lot as very satisfied customers and we are!! We appreciate the customer service that was given and highly recommend this dealership to any prospective buyers.

We ran out of time the first day there, but came back a few days later where Rich helped us find the jeep that was right for us. We ran out of day light so, he pulled jeep in to garage so we can make a decision on a color. Which I absolutely love !!!! overall experience was excellent and Rich was a big part of that . I went to Smith Haven Automotive Group to buy-out my lease on my Jeep Wrangler. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, each and every person who assisted me was very accommodating and kept be abreast on each and every aspect of the transaction, namely Tony (Salesman) and Craig (Finance Director). Tony was extremely easy to deal with and knew exactly what I wanted to do from the start. He was on top of everything that I needed, which allowed me to purchase the vehicle in one day without having to make another trip down to the dealership. Craig did a great job in obtaining a fantastic loan for me and was able to do so despite the fact that in the past I needed a co-signor. Craig thoroughly explained the terms of my loan and even gave me a tutorial on credit reports, which was an ancillary benefit to the seamless transaction. My son and I were recommended to this dealership because of their finance Director, Graig Lieppe. We were told from another salemans at another dealership that he could get us a good deal for the truck that we were looking for. When we got there we were met by a salesman named Adam Penna. He was so friendly and straight foward. I could tell he was really there to try and help us get the truck we wanted. I told him he reminded me of my nephew who had the same personality. When we finally picked out the truck we wanted i was introduce to the finance director, Graig Lieppe, who was extremely helpful and worked countless hours on our loan. He really new his stuff. I cant say enough about him. He made the deal happened. Overall it was the best experence I ever had buying a car. I will be a steady customer because of their great service.

I recently went to Smith Haven Chrysler Jeep to trade in my Jeep Liberty for a Town and Country. I worked with Jeff Bell and since I had my Liberty purchased through them he had all of my information pulled up and waiting for me when we got there. He was so helpful in showing us the different models and features available and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. When it was time to drive my new car home he took the time to go over all of the features with me and even helped me program in my phone and radio stations. So when visiting the dealership on Sunday 8/03/13 an awesome RAM 1500 HEMI was on the show room floor , being a FORD owner for years ( but realized the new design and value of this new RAM 1500 ) Scott ran the numbers for me on this truck and by the time my sons jeep was detailed and ready to go and so was the RAM 1500 ( right out of the showroom)Scott is a very hardworking , credible and knowledgeable young man . We arrived at the dealer knowing the VIN number of the Jeep we wanted from their inventory, which we had gotten online, so we were easy customers to begin with. But we were thrilled that we got paired up with Jeff, because in the 6 hours we spent in the dealership, we overheard other conversations with other salesmen that seemed more aggressive or sarcastic. Jeff was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and patient for the entire process. He was upfront about what he could offer us, and did not pressure us to make a decision, or even cut our test drive short. He stood in the rain to explain the vehicle to us, and he made numerous trips around the building and to the building next door to accelerate the buying process for us. We got a surprisingly great price for our trade-in, which basically limped into the parking lot. I would definitely buy my next Chrysler or Jeep from Smith Haven, and I wouldn't deal with anybody other than Jeff.

The general manager and the salesman were great. They brought me through all the details of the sale and the car so I understood everything . They called me at work and at home and kept me in the loop the entire way. The salesman also called me a few days after I bought the car to see if all was going well and if I had any question. Went there looking for a 20/11/2012 Jeep. When discussing the price the salesman said there is a $895.00 "dealer prep fee" and every dealer charges one. When I told him I wouldn't be financing through the dealership he just dismissed me and said thanks for coming in. Did not even try to work out anything with me. I went to Brown's Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Patchogue. Got a better price and they don't charge ANY "dealer prep fee". The prep fee alone saved me $895.00. Rick and Bill at Brown's were wonderful to work with. Did the paperwork on Monday and picked up my Jeep on Tuesday.

Sales Rep Jeff Bell has extensive Product Knowledge, was friendly and very helpful and was able to make things happen for us in no time flat. The same day to be exact. We test drove the vehilce and all the while Jeff was explaining the capabilities and features of the vehicle as the applied to my driving exeperience. He gave me a thorough review of all the model had to offer. Upon having the vehicle ready for me to pick up (same day) he spent considerable time showing me how to work each of the functions the vehicle had and made sure I knew exactly how to use each. This was the best experience at a dealership I have ever had thanks to Jeff.

We had shopped around both online and inperson to find the jeep we were interested in leasing. When we arrived at Smith Haven Jeep, we were greeted courtesly and immediately by the receptionist. Jeff Bell our sales person was wonderful. He took the time and every effort to go over everything with us. He was great , he made our decision of leasing the jeep right then and there. I would go back and recoomend Jeff to any of our friends or whoever i hear interested in purchasing the cars they sell. He even drove the car out to our house since it wasnt fully ready when we went in to sign all the papers - that is service!

I called the dealer with a sales question and instantly got to speak with a sales person. Ken in sales answered all my questions and made time for me to come in the same day. He was very knowledgeable of the product, honest and has a cool mustache. I felt I got the best deal and saved time not having to shop around. I was even able to take my new Jeep home the same day. The whole sales staff is very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to see Ken 1st before going anywhere else.

He was not pushy or aggressive at all which really made me want to by my car from him. I told him that I was looking for a Jeep Liberty and pretty much knew what I want. My brand new Jeep Liberty stopped working. Just wont turn on. I had to have it towed to the nearest dealer which was Smith Haven Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. the Jeep was brought in at 3:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday. We called to confirm it made it there and was assured it was fine. When we called on Thursday morning to see if it was looked at we were told they didnt know who we were. All the information was given again. Since we did not hear back from them we called at 2:30 to see if they looked at the jeep. Apparently not since they did not know who the red Jeep belonged to. We asked for a loaner car and was told they didnt have one. Again we reminded the gentleman that we have the premier insurance plan and was guaranteed a loaner or same. He finally looked our account up and told us yes that the jeep dealer would rent us a car. Just come down and pick it up. I guess we could fly there since we dont have a car. We borrowed our friends car and went to pick the rental. When we got there we were informed (and I love this) that they have people who have appointments and we were considered and emergency so we arent a priority and would be squeezed in at some point. Maybe today, maybe tomorrow, could be next week. Who knows. Oh and the rental they gave us, the door locks do not work, it smells really bad, the seats are stained and of course it needs new breaks. The person at the jeep dealer told me I would be getting a car with 4 wheels. I guess that part is true. Well it is day 3 and they still havent looked at the jeep. Sitting in the same spot. They might be able to look at it today, but no guarantee. Oh yeah, they also do not have technician that evaluate or run diagnostics on cars when they come in. They dont work that way. When the "technician" (apparently calling him a mechanic is insulting) is assigned to the car he works on that car until it is fixed. Which leads me to ask what is that technician doing when they need to order parts?I called the dealer where I bought my Jeep and he couldnt believe this.

I am a survivor of a stroke with right arm and hand paralysis. I wanted a telephone that was hands free - but 2014 Grand Cherokee Larado (the car I bought 5 days earlier) had a problem - the phone wouldn't work and Jeep/Chrysler told me they HOPE to have a fix in 3 to 4 WEEKS. I could not be without a hands free phone that long.Brian Bishop in Service saw no help in the waiting for me, took me to Dave Damsker the manager of sales, explained my dire situation and after listening, Dave said,"What color do you want?" That's all it took. Although I spent $50 more a month I got a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited with leather, remote start, automatic tailgate, and a whole lot more. Also, the phone synced with the radio and surprise! THE HANDS FREE PHONE WORKED!!!!This was the BEST EXPERIENCE in car buying. My thanks to Brian Bishop, Dave Damsker, Dave Fernandez (Sales person extraordinaire) & Vito Ilardi in Finance & Insurance. They were all up front, honest, warm with the highest integrity and sincere!

The dealer ship was recommended by a friend who purchased a Town and Country. He stated that he got the best price there. I originally went there on a Sunday morning and met Mr. Musantry. We hit it off right away and he showed me the model Durango I was interested in. As with all (I assume based on past experience), he wanted to close the sale at that time, I still wanted to shop around. During the whole time he was nothing but courteous and polite. We finally settled on a tentative price for the vehicle. He and the sales manager assured me that this would be the best price as I was purchasing the vehicle through a discount based on my volunteer work with the Red Cross. After checking with another dealership, which was much more conveniently located, I discovered that they did give me the best price by several hundred dollars. When called and announced that I would return to put a deposit down, I received a bit of a surprise as the vehicle was waiting for me. In the past I was used to waiting several days for this service, even if the model was on the lot. So instead of leaving a deposit, after some quick shifting around of plates and getting a ride from a friend, I drove home in my new vehicle. My thanks to Dave and the crew (No pun intended as the model Durango was the "crew") for being so efficient.In addition, the show room was rather crowded at the times I went to pay the deposit and when I went to pick up the vehicle. In both times, I showed up earlier than I stated. Event though Dave was busy with another customer, I never felt he was ignoring me or.To summorize, the purchasing experience was nothing short of terrific EXCEPT- hitting that gong once I got the vehicle was kind of corny.Kudos to Dave and the staffBob Pollack

Craig Lieppe in fiance was amazing with out him,Who gave me the time of day! I would have no car no loan and that's sad i just had a baby girl that's only 3 weeks..He took more to my story then just a car YES i got the loan but not only a loan the foundation to my baby girls life!! Worked with the salesman JeffGreat dealership to work with. Being that we test drove the desired vehicle at a previous dealer, we decided to use TrueCar to get the best price. The buying process was much faster than typical because the negotiation was done up front over the phone based on the structure of the lease. Didn't have to deal with the hassle of sales tactics used by other dealers. Jeff did a great job in establishing confidence that the specific vehicle we wanted was available and would be prepped even before we went to the dealer, hence speeding up the process even more.

This was my first time buying a new car and I didn't know what to expect. I was lucky that Jeff Bell was my salesman. He was patient, very informative and tried very hard to make sure I got the exact vehicle that I wanted. I felt that he really went out of his way for me, because the dealership didn't have what I wanted on the lot. In the end he found the Jeep I wanted and explained all the features to me which was very helpful. It's also comforting to know that I can call him anytime with questions. I have already recommended this dealership and salesman to a friend.

Love love love my Jeep Liberty! After just looking around in the pre-owned lot, the salesman there had suggested I look at the new showroom next door for my want list. He personally walked me over where he introduced me to Jeff Bell. Jeff was friendly and most of all...not pushy. He introduced me to the Jeep Liberty in the showroom and all the incentives being offered. I fell in love and ended up taking the showroom Liberty home with me that day. I received a fair trade on my van and worked out payments to fit my budget. All in all a very positive experience and will recommend Jeff and the SmithHaven dealership to anyone interested in a new automobile.

I have never enjoyed the car buying/leasing process. However, David fernandez was very pleasant to work with he was friendly, professional, and tried to make the car leasing process go as smoothly as possible. The only neagtive was his manager seemed difficult about certain aspectes of our agreed deal and it turned out to be a long day. All in all we got the car we wanted at a great price, i highly recommend working with David.

Mike Horan, our salesman, was wonderful to deal with not only for his knowledge of the cars but his "no pressure" approach. He followed up with phone calls and made the whole experience as stress free as possible. Let me start by saying THANK YOU to both Charlie and Vito. You both went above and beyond working a deal for me on a new 2013 Ram 1500. You now have a customer for life, never once did I feel pressured into anything. All my options were clearly laid out for me and your relationships with the many banks I got me the best rate. Charlie was very knowledgeable on the Ram and showed me everything about the truck. He even came in on his day off to shake my hand as I drove off in my new truck. Vito- this man is very good at what he does, he found me a rate that I did not believe I would get. He was in contact with me every step of the way. We have been considering purchasing a new car for several months. A friend recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and we like the look and ride. When we entered the Smith Haven Dealership, we were greeted almost immediately by Jeffrey Bell. After discussing our "wish/want list" he suggested we go out to the lot and look for something we might like. Long Island was hit with a large snowstorm a week ago (Nemo). Although the car lot was cleared, there was still some snow in between each of the cars. Mr. Bell, without reservation or hesitation, walked through snow drifts looking for the exact car for us. He went over and above, as far as we are concerned. Once back inside, Mr. Bell ran all the numbers for purchase vs lease and fully explained the benefits of each option. The price for our trade-in was extremely fair and that helped make our decision. Although we would have liked our monthly payment to be lower, (who wouldn't ...), we feel we got a fair deal. The personal service was outstanding and we will recommend this dealership, and in particular, Mr. Jeffrey Bell, to anyone looking to buy a new car.

I had a catastrophic tire failure when the tip of the valve stem cracked off completely into my hand while just simply filling the tire. I shared with Bob that I felt this part was defective. When I asked Bob, he cordially gave me Chrysler's direct number for me to call as he wasn't authorized for that item to do anything. Which I understood. I wanted to talk with Chrysler because in times past they were helpful and fair. I shared the story with Chrysler, my being an engineer and having taken metallurgy I knew the material they used(the part was made for Chrysler by an outside vendor) was the cheapest metal there is that always fatigues under simple stress. Chrysler gave me the usual procedure speech but suggested I talk with the service manager who would be their eyes in the case anyway and that he was empowered in these cases to make the decision for Chrysler. So rather than days the situation mighty be resolved in minutes. The service manager, Ron, came back from his meeting (offsite) and immediately was informed of things. Kudos to Bob for that. I shared with Ron who listened politely so that I could say all I felt I needed to share. How many dealers are know-it-alls, cut you off etc, not Ron. He asked me to wait while he checked with Chrysler etc. He came back very quickly, no game playing making me wait etc, and said they would replace the valve stem and integral TPMS sensor and that they were glad to do it!I gladly had them do the oil, maintenance check and recall problem as well. When I got the car I saw they not only fixed sensor for the tire which I had in the trunk but they took off the spare that I mounted on the car and remounted it under the car and put the regular tire back on. They didn't have to do that. That was a nice touch. With all the snow everywhere, that was really a nice touch. There was no raised voices, no game playing just professional courtesy.

I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted. I was pretty sure I wanted to purchase a Wrangler, but not sure which model.. Matt took the time to help me to understand the different models and their various options and to ultimately reach a great selection that I could not be happier with. Additionally, Matt went over multiple lease vs buy scenarios with me until we came to the best financing decision for my personal budget and driving needs. Everything went so smoothly and well with Matt, that when it came time to "seal the deal" in the Finance Managers office, I prepared myself for the dreaded upsell and higher rate that all to often happens when buying or leasing a new car. Bryant Quintanna, Finance Manager is a true professional. Bryant went the extra mile to make sure that I received the very best rate available for my lease. He did not bog me down or speak in confusing terms as many finance managers have in the past...There were no surprises or upsell tactics with Bryant. He explained everything I needed to know and the process was fast and painless. Both Matt and Bryant are top-notch professionals and a pleasure to deal with. I did not spend much time with others at the dealership, but everyone there was very friendly and helpful. This was the best car buying experience we (my wife and I) have ever had. Dan Goggin, our salesman, was a delight to deal with. He worked hard to understand our needs and our limitations. He recommendation a Chrysler 200. We found during the test drive that the 200 was a great running car and the features it offered was a great fit for us. The final lease price that Dan and Sales Manger Vincent Ortolani offered was in the range we wanted. Both Dan and Vincent were sincere and professional every step of the way. We left the dealership glad that we lease the 200 from Smith Haven.

I would definitely recommend this dealership. From beginning to end it was a positive experience. We are currently looking to purchase another vehicle and would consider going to this dealership. Our salesman Mike Horan was friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get the car that my daughter wanted. We also dealt with Craig the financial director and he was pleasant and very professional to deal with. So overall, we had a wonderful experience. I Purchased a 2013 2 Door Jeep Wrangler last week, wanting one for a while. I shopped around at other local dealers and was pretty much told "come back when you know what your looking for" after telling them exactly what I was looking for. At smith haven Jeff immediately took me to the lot showed me around and said that if anything sparks my eye take it for a test drive. I left home that evening driving a brand new Jeep Wrangler Sahara and couldn't be happier. At first I was originally intending to purchase the sport. But now the few other luxury items are totally worth the extra few bucks a month. I definitely recommend shopping around but I feel that you'll end up coming back to Smith Haven.Thanks Jeff

I was quite impressed with the way the purchase of my new Chrysler 300 went. I had read some of the past reviews and decided to see for myself. I contacted Vinny and he invited me to come down and from the moment I arrived my son and I were treated with respect and a very pleasant buying experience. The sales process was informative and definitely not high pressure at all. Our salesman Scott was knowledgeable about the 300 and he along with the General Sales Mgr Vinny worked very hard to gain my trust and my business. I have to say that the entire sales team was very nice to deal with and worked as a team to ensure all our questions, concerns etc.. were addressed. I would like to mention that I drove over 50 miles from my home to purchase this vehicle so that in itself should give you an indication as to why you should pay them a visit. Even though the other managers technically were not involved in my sale Mike K. and Dave were always at the ready to assist in any way they could, thus showed the true team spirit. I went to this dealership to purchase a new car and trade in an older model. Salesperson told me I would get the best deal on a lease. Ended up taking an extra 4k from me. I figured it out a week later, my mistake. I went back to the dealer and was told that this should not have happened and apologized. Also was told that if I come back for another car, they will make it up to me. I went back because they offered me a special deal to buy a new Town & Country and get me out of the lease a year early. The value of the lease vs. current market value was exactly 4k against me. Told me they would make up for the last time and eat the difference. Worked out the deal to purchase and gave me a competitive rate, but the payment seemed a little high. I checked with my bank and they beat the rate by a half of a percent but their payment amount per month was much less than what Smithaven was offering me, and not adding up. Checked into it further and found that they hid the 4k in my new purchase, figuring I would not notice. Went back to the dealership and spoke the the GM, with the owner behind him. He told me that couldn't be true but was embarassed when I presented the dealer price work up sheet (the salesperson forgot to take it from me because he got involved with another customer) and it showed that I was correct. The owner said nothing and needless to say, I walked out. I would never go there again, there are better dealerships on Long Island to buy from if you want a Chrysler product.

My wife and I felt very comfortable with our sales rep, Jeff. He took his time and listened to us. We didn't feel pressured at all. He explained vehicle options and was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle we were interested in. He was able to answer our questions throughly. All the staff at Smith Haven Automotive Group were very pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned with assisting us in our vehicle purchase. I would definately recommend Smith Haven and I would purchase another vehicle from them again.

Do not waster your time shopping around if your looking for a new Chrysler or jeep, go directly to Smithaven! I shopped for weeks and had many "typical" car salesman pitches used and the feeling of being forced to make a deal, not at Smithaven. I was at the point that I was going to give up but from the moment I walked in Scott, in sales, made me feel like a customer and not a deal. My credit is not good and they got me in a 2012 Liberty with more then I could ask for at a price that was under where I wanted to be. I then had a 2nd vehicle that I owed $8000 more than it was worth, I had shopped and had tried in vein to unload this truck and get something with a lower payment and something that was new! I went to 5 different dealerships for this and was told by all of them, including a jeep/dodge dealership that no deals were possible. After the purchase of my new Jeep I discussed my scenario with Vito who was handling the paperwork end of the deal. He literally LEPT into action with Scott, and within mintues had a deal to get me in a brand new Chrysler Town and Country while LOWERING my payements!!! I left that night and the next day they called to set up a time for me to come in and to let me know that Vito continued to work and got my payments lowered by another $70.00!!!!!! They had my deal already but continued to work and fight for the best deal for me. I can assure you and everyone that Smithaven has a customer for life, I will NEVER go anywhere else, they have earned my complete trust. The entire team is warm and welcomes you like family, I had 4 kids running around that place!Scott in sales and Vito in finance are two amazing employees who not only care about their dealership but take pride in their job and treat their customers the way they would treat a friend or family. Traded in my 2006 Town and Country and bought a 2013 Town and Country. I was extremely happy with the amount of my trade in and the amount I paid for my new car. I was also given an excellent finance rate. After all said and done they even gave me 6 free oil changes. I should be buying another car in approximately 6 months and I will return to this dealership.

We drove 1 1/2 hours to purchase a '13 Grand Cherokee from KIM SCARPINATO at Smith Haven Jeep. She quoted a SPECIFIC price in Black & White via e-mail. She never showed up for our appointment and another sales representative took over. When we told the Sales Representative the final sales number his face dropped to the floor and started to sweat...NO JOKE!!!! He stated that Kim made a mistake and that she must have been confused. To say the least Smith Haven Jeep is the WORST dealership for PROFESSIONALISM and KEEPING TO THEIR WORD. Do not walk but RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM SMITH HAVEN JEEP!!!!!! THEY ARE BOTTOM FEEDERS!!!!!

This dealership is by far the worst dealership I have ever encountered. I've never been more compelled to write a review then after visiting this place. I have purchased and leased many vehicles over the years and this by far has been the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. They have no problem taking your deposit when you walk through the door but when you leave forget about trying to get someone on the phone. They are completely unresponsive and lack the professionalism that they so need. Every time you call to speak with a manager, your salesperson or a finance manager they are always on the phone and you NEVER receive a call back. Trust me when I say this place is in no way doing that much business that everyone in the entire place is on the phone. Buyer beware if you are looking to work with a company who has no clue what's going on,then well, Smithaven Jeep Chrysler Dodge is your place! Don't forget it takes 5 days to get them to return your deposit. Still waiting on that!

Worst dealership ever created. Walked out on them a few times, told myself not to go back, but like an idiot I did. Scammers top to bottom. Try bait and switch, do not prep cars properly, try to add money to price of the car, did not properly transfer registration to car purchased. I drove for 2 months almost with technically no registration because they did not file the paperwork with DMV. Also did not pay off balance on loan of my trade in, even after many phone calls. Had to call bank to explain what these morons were doing. I could write a book on this place. No one in their right mind would deal with this place. Their "under new mamnagement" signs are a complete joke! Beware, there are a whole host of Smithaven dealerships in the area, do yourself a favor and avoid like the plague. They also go on these review sites and create fake positive reviews. Just look at the few in a row, which I have reported them all. Look up the BBB rating, that site does not lie!

THIS DEALERSHIP IS THE WORST OF THE WORST. I ATTEMPTED TO PURCAHSE A USED VEHICLE THERE AND THEY LOW BALLED ME ON MY TRADE, AND HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT LOW BALLED ME ON MY TRADE SINCE THEY WERE TRYING TO "GET RID OF ME" BECASUE THEY HAD ME DRIVE 2 HOURS TO LOOK AT A CAR THAT WAS SOLD. THEY THEN TOOK A 2ND DEPOSIT FROM ME AND I HAD TO CHASE THEM DOWN TO GET MY MONEY BACK. THEY ALSO TOLD ME THEY TRIED TO LOW BALL THE OTHER BUYER ON HER TRADE TO "GET RID OF HER" SO THAT THEY COULD SELL ME THE CAR. TO TOP OFF THIS TERRIBLE SITUATION THE MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND NASTY, HUNG UP ON ME AS WELL AS REFUSING TO FURNISH ME WITH A RECEIPT FOR PROOF THAT THEY REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT. I WAS TOLD CHECK MY STATEMENT NEXT MONTH AND SEE IF THE MONEY IS RETURNED. DESPITE THE CAR BEING SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE AS WELL AS MYSELF, THEY WERE STILL CALLING ME, NOT REALIZING THAT I HAD A DEPOSIT ON THE VEHICLE TRYING TO GET ME TO COME INTO THE DEALERSHIP TO SEE THE CAR BECAUSE IT WAS STILL AVAILABLE. AFTER THEY CONFIRMED THE VEHICLE WAS AVAILABLE, I TOLD THEM IT WAS SOLD AND I HAD A DEPOSIT ON THE VEHICLE ALREADY. THEY APOLOGIZED AND CLAIMED THEY WERE NOT AWARE OF THE SOLD SITUATION. WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF HANGING UP THE PHONE WITH ME I RECEIVE A CALL FROM THE SAME PERSON THINKING I WAS SOMEONE ELSE NAMED "RICHARD" I ASKED WHAT NUMBER HE CALLED AND HE RATTLED OFF A (919) ARE CODE I LOOKED IT UP IT IS NORTH CAROLINA. HE HAD MIXED UP MY NUMBER WITH SOMEONE ELSE'S NUMBER AND CALLED REGARDING THE SAME CAR, AND WAS TRYING TO GET ME TO COME IN TO SEE THE CAR CLAIMING IT WAS STILL AVAILABLE. I JUST HUNG UP AT THAT POINT. THEY WOULD HAVE MADE SOMEONE COME FROM NORTH CAROLINA TO SEE A SOLD CAR.

I signed a lease for a Chrysler Town and Country for 3 years. I made the full downpayment, deposits and other fees and I added the car to my insurance for next day pick up. I was waiting for a call next day. But, when I did not get a call -- I headed towards the dealership and called. The sales manager told me that he cannot do the deal without extra $1179.00. I said I signed a deal and will not pay extra money. He said that the contract is void then. Later that day I tried to make another deal with better offer and could not do it as the fund was already taken out of my account. I lost the other deal and I am not sure what will happen to my cresit line because they tried to pull the money and checcking account had insufficient fund. The dealership was closed and I called next day to inquire why they withdrew the money if contract is void. I could not go to the dealership because I was at work. After reading this rating page I knew they will treat my wife worse and I did not want my kids and wife to get into a confrontation situation.I think Chrysler corporation should do something about this. Their reputation is already affected by this dealership. We decided to go with Chrysler instead of Honda because Chrysler has an assembly site in US that is creating job for our fellow citizens. I think with their newer minivan they are coming very close to other elite minivans like Honda Oddyssey or Toyota Sienna. I am proud of Chrysler but I think Chrysler Finance and/or Chrysler corporation should put a shorter leash on some of these dealerships. If they want to compete and become industry leader -- they need to go beyond industry leaders. When you are playing catch up -- you need to be better than the team you are catching up to.

When I enquired about the price of a used car, they would never tell me how they came to the advertised figures on their website. In other words, I asked them how much down on the monthly price they are quoting on the internet. They never gave me an answer. So I told them I wasn't interested, and they kept on calling and I kept asking the same question. And again, no response on their part. If you want people to do business with you, then you have to give some more feedback.

In short - I purchased a vehicle from this dealer (I was a repeat customer also)on a Sunday and was scheduled to pick up this vehicle on the following Wednesday. I was in a horrible car accident that Tuesday. The delaership sent their salesperson to the hospital for me to sign papers. Those papers had an additional $4k in warranty and other charges that I did not ask for, nor did I want. Unfortunately, I signed the papers- trusting that they were an honest dealership- without reading all the fine print especially since I was heavily medicated with Morphine for the injuries I sustained in the accident. After returning home from the hospital I noticed that thousands of dollars were added to the agreement. Sure that it was a mistake, I called the dealership, explained that I was heavily medicated and was not in any condition to scrutinize the papers, but I mistakenly signed the agreement that had charges I did not agree to. Needless to say, they refused to refund me for these charges which I find to be completely unethical, sleezy and just plain despicable for these people to take advantage of a person that was suffering from serious injuries and heavily medicated - ESPECIALLY A REPEAT CUSTOMER. I now have a loan that I can not afford in addition to lost wages due to an accident that was not my fault or under my control - THANK YOU FOR THIS SMITHHAVEN DODGE - ENJOY THE EXTRA $4K THAT I GAVE YOU FOR NOTHING.`

One of the worse experiences of my new car buying history. Everything that could have gone wrong did because of the lack of customer care and knowledge. They do know one thing that is how to con and B.S people. You would think after having gone through this horrific experience the owner, who mind you over heard my frustrations with the sales team, come out of his cave and apologize to me personally. After buying a $45k car you would think they would want to make me somewhat happy so I can buy another car from them in the future. Of course not, they only cared about how they can milk me for more money. Be warned, stay away from this dealer. Find one that cares about the people who want to buy American made cars. Weather youre spending $10k or $100K on a car treat your customers like gold. It goes a long way.

Went to have my Dodge Ram 1500 inspected was told that the vehicle needed Breaks. They replaced the Breaks but the next day after they replaced the breakes when i tryed to stop at a red light the breakes would not stop my vehicle . WHEN I SPOKE TO THE SERVICE MANAGER HE STATED THAT THEY BUT AFTER MARKET BREAKS ON NOT OEM BREAKES I WHENT TO THE DEALER THINKING THAT THEY WOULD USE OEM BREAKS NOT AFTER MARKET BREAKS . THE SERVICE MANAGER HAD THE BREAKES REPLACED WITH OEM BUT STATED I HAD TO BE GENTILE WITH MY BREAKING FOR 500 MILES SO THE WOULD BREAK IN PROPERLY . I HAVE NEVER HAD A BREAK JOB ON ANY AUTO I HAVE EVER OWNED THAT NEED THE BREAKES TO BE BROKEN IN . I CHECKED WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AFTER THE FACT ABOUT THIS DEALER THE HAVE " F " RATING THE LOWEST YOU CAN GET FOR REPAIRS
