Bought a Used Mazda from this dealership that just came off of a lease. Once I bought the car home from the lot (about a 10 minute ride), I noticed that there were about 4 of small cracks in the windshield. The next day I brought my car to the dealership for them to " fill the cracks" however it made no difference in the look of the windshield. When i had issue with this, I called the dealership with my concerns and with the hopes that they would do the right thing and replace my windshield. When I called, the management (mainly Jon) they were very rude and unhelpful and basically told me that filling the cracks was all they would do and that If I wanted a new windshield I would have to replace the windshield out of my own pocket. They told me it was my fault that i hadn't noticed the cracks on my test drive. Just a word of caution, double- triple check before you buy a used car from any dealership so you are not swindled like i was.Now i will have to spend $500 or more on a New Windshield when i purchased the car less than 24 hours ago.Stay away !

I first met Adam Cevallos a few years back when he was at VW and we leased 3 cars from him. Adam was so helpful. He answered any questions or concerns we may have had. We as a family took a liking to him and knew immediately this was a trustworthy guy. I could text him at any time and I would hear back from him within a few minutes. We then reached out to him when he moved to Mazda inquiring about leasing a Jeep. Once again Adam was quick to respond and referred us to Mike at Smithhaven Jeep. Mike too couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We now have 2 Jeeps that we are thrilled with thanks to Adams recommendation. My rating of 5 stars is spot on. I would highly recommend Adam. He is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and down to earth. He is our "go to car guy".

I went into Smith Haven Mazda Mitsubishi looking to lease a Mazda. I made it abundantly clear that I did not want my credit run unless it was a done deal. Nick ensured me it was, and after running my credit, he came back with the final offer. I had told Nick I was currently under someone else's insurance as a named driver, in which is said is not an issue. However, my insurance company was closed. He brought the car out front and said he would try to get dealer plates for the night & I could finalize everything the next day. He came outside and said he couldn't get the plates but everything would be set for the next day. Well the next day comes & he calls to tell me he couldn't give me the lease for the same price, $28 more a month! I was appalled. A family member called the dealership to speak with a manager and they disclosed due to the insurance not being able to be set up the night prior it caused issues. No one told me that, and if that was an issue I was have gone on my own insurance. I later found out I wouldn't have been able to stay on that insurance anyways! And then I remembered Nick had told me he was tired that night (he even hit the desk and blamed it on his long day). So he must have been tired, wanted to go home and not deal with it. Not only that, but management wouldn't honor the agreement and claimed there was nothing they could do (which is not true). They should probably learn to tell their customers what is going on & work with them.

As a previous customer I went in with my 2014 Mitsubishi lancer looking to trade up to a new outlander sport for my wife. I went in met with Dennis who was my salesman a year and half ago gave me all my options as well as what had best rebates great experience my wife had no clue she was getting a new truck. My wife myself and mother in-law all purchased vehicles Feb 2015 from them the staff hasn't changed says a lot about the dealership. They made the buying experience outstanding and painless they have a customer for life thanks again Dennis and Arthur my wife is still in shock !!!!!

After a bad experience with both Hyundai and Honda I recalled a Mazda 626 ( best car I ever has)), so I drove passed the other dealers,stopped at Mazda and purchase a 2012 Mazda 5... Great car,buying experience and service .Was considering buying a new car or just keeping the 2012. Called Nick, said he had 2 on the lot and since this car won't be produced again, I thought I'd take a look...I bought the same car,even same color,2015. There was no hard sell and Nick really worked with me to get a fair price. He went over every difference with the vehicle and paired my phone to the blue tooth.. Adam was the financial person who went over every aspect of my purchase, He patiently explained warranty coverage and clarified everything..He was upfront and left no question unanswered, also very professional.I love smith haven Mazda and will continue to use their service department

As soon as I got to the dealership they did whatever it took for me to get a good rate and a brand new car for a first time buyer--I wanted to be in the car that day and that's what I got. We showed up with one of those letters that are sent stating "We want your car"...blah, blah, blah...we actually never considered a Lease, nor have we ever considered a Mazda. We were greeted by salesman Chris Weidner. We looked around at the vehicles availiable and we fell in love with the Mazda6 Sport. Although we were still upside down in our current car, we did not think anything would work out, however Chris,Dennis the Sales Manager, and Adam the finance guy were able to work their magic and we ended up with a great lease paying almost $100 less a month than our current vehicle. They were patient with us..we had our infant son with us and decided to take two seperate test drives in order to not move the car seat around. They did everything they could to minimize our time waiting around for everything to work...will definitely return! Love these guys and love the car!

Let's see, where do I start? First, this dealership gave me the experience like no other I have ever been too. In a positive way. From the moment I spoke to the Internet sales, to stepping foot into the dealer and finalizing the sale I was completely satisfied and happy. At no point in this transaction did I ever feel pressured. I did my homework this time around on what to expect and beware of hidden fees but when I was at this dealer I did not encounter any of that. NICK, the sales person that worked with me was a complete gentleman, he broke everything down piece by piece and I didn't feel rushed. Only thing was I had to wait a little to speak to the financial person (which was fine since it was busy) Marian who did the finance was aces. Very very friendly and down to earth that you couldn't help but smile. And she owned an Evo...... hello.... that is rare. But anyhows great dealership and great people. Will highly recommend and go back to a future car.

Jonathan was professional and courteous and made the purchase of my new car a smooth and painless experience. Unlike past experiences with car dealerships, there was no double speak or hidden fees or any shady tactics for that matter. I am always a little apprehensive walking into a dealership when buying a car. You never know if your gonna get that salesman that is just looking to make a quick buck off of you and leave you with an outrages car payment. That is so not the case at Smith Haven Mazda!! From the moment I walked in the door the salesmen were courteous, respectful and helpful. My salesman was Chris Weidner, who was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He walked me through the car buying process with simplicity and ease and was always a true gentleman through the process. I purchased a 2015 Mazda CX-5 in December of 2015 which ended up having a MAJOR issue which resulted in me having to return the vehicle to the dealership. I found the management at this dealership to be very non sympathetic to the problem, unhelpful, uncaring about the inconvenience I suffered ( I was in a loaner car for over a month) and very non communicative about how my problem was going to be solved. In fact everything I was told at the start of the ordeal by the management turned out to be nothing but BS. I commend the following people at this dealership for their integrity, hard work, helpfulness and overall friendly attitude :Jon Frisch, Adam Cevallos, Tyler Munro. If you choose to do business at this dealership I strongly suggest that you work ONLY with these 3 individuals and no one else. If it wasn't for them I would have demanded that my down payment be returned to me and I would have gone to a different dealership. Bottom line - because the 3 gentlemen I mentioned above went out of their way to solve my problem and put forth extra effort to help me I decided to continue a business relationship with this dealership despite my extreme dissatisfaction. I picked up my 2016 CX-5 a week ago. Again, if you visit this dealership only do business with Jon, Adam and Tyler as they are the only ones there that know how to treat a customer right

I kept waiting for "the other shoe to drop", so to say...I was more than satisfied with the entire process. I was approached by Joe Collocola my first time in the Dealership. I had just left a competitor Mazda dealer so I sorta new my intended auto. Very quickly Joe gave me a figure that was better than the competition. I told Joe, I wouldl be back when I can show my wife the car and we can go from there. A few days later, I went back to the competitor and was not liking what I was hearing... the sales pitch, trying to steer me to another car in stock, etc...and still a higher price than Joe C. No Thank You, to the competitor, and I called Joe to tell him I would be back in a few days.I went in with my wife, he gave her a test drive, MY CAR, and he still had the original paperwork from the week prior. After the fun test drive... I signed. It was a week to get the car due to the snow storm.When I went in to pay I was still waiting for something to go on with the deal but NO "the other shoe never dropped". No swindling... nothing. NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING. I actually felt bad. I really though the worst and yet Joe made this sale very smooth and professional. The staff in parts, cashier, and service desk associates were all very nice and answered all my questions. Everyone congratulated me on my new purchase. This is my first Mazda, I put over 750k miles on my last 4 Hondas. If this dealership is a reelection of Mazda quality I'm gonna love this car. Thanks a lot Joe Collocola, a real nice honest guy!

I have had two experiences with this dealership. The first was with my father-in-law, he had agreed upon a leas price but when he went down to sign the paper work that had slipped in a bunch of other things. That was a few years ago but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and walked in their a few days ago. I was ready to buy that day and could the attention of anyone in the show room. I walked in the door, no greeted me, i walked around for a few minutes, some of the sales staff looked right at me and then went back to whatever they were doing. Bad way to do business and I will not buy anything from them. Plenty of other Mazda dealerships on the Island.

Wilson Chung actually met us in the lot as we drove in, knew we had an appt and knew our names. He walked us into the office and took care of all the paperwork. Others in the office were also overly friendly to us and our little yorkie. Not having to wait for someone to take care of us was totally unexpected and made for a good experience.

I liked how they got right to the point. We didn't have hours to sit and wait, and although we ended up going home for a short period (we had our 4 month old son with us), the process was pretty quick and painless. Also, although we agreed on a certain price, by the time everything was done, we are paying almost $30 less per month. This is a great help! The guys here really seem to care which is rare.

Buyer beware..don't be fooled by the friendliness. Went in with a guaranteed internet price and after they went over my info I was told I could lease for 350 or buy for over 400/month. Not wanting a crazy car payment, I decided to go with the leasing option. They took the insurance off my trade in right away and sent car to be detailed since it was being used. After being at the dealership for about 4 1/2 hours, until almost closing time, my car was finally back, and now I had to wait for the paperwork to be drawn up. When given the paperwork the "agreed upon" price is now almost 4K more and 2K over sticker price for a car that had over 2000 miles. When I questioned it I was told it doesn't matter, I'm just renting the car. Next time I will be going to Huntington Mazda

Service Advisor Wilson Chung was excellent, patient, and professional. I don't know a lot about what's under the hood and Wilson patiently explained what needed to be done in layman's terms. He even introduced me to the mechanic that would be working on my car and that personal touch added to my confidence about the job to be done. The customer waiting room was spotless and the amenities were perfect. I was extremely pleased with how I was treated and the service I received. I especially give Wilson all tens.

We never once felt pressured into buying something that would be a stretch for us financially. For my first time dealing with a dealer they were excellent. When I finally decided on the 2011 Mazda3s there were no surprises, what they said held true start to finish.They were very very patient with me also, considering I had such a hard time deciding on which car would be the best fit for me. Rich K was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with complete satisfaction. I love my new (used/certified) car!!BTW: my husband brought his 1995 Mazda Protege there 20 years ago, which we traded in for the new Mazda3, I will miss the Protege, but love the Mazda3s!!

Time for a new car for my wife, sat morning start looking at cars,Kia,Ford,Subaru,etc... all day listening to these clowns. Gave up, heading home ,see a mazda dealer (Mazda of smithtown) we pulled in expecting the same old song and dance BS . drove into the back, wife sees a CX5 2015 she loves. with that a salesman (Evan) is moving cars etc... says hell be with us in a little while which he was. very pleasant,respectful, young man. he offers wife a test ride, she loves the car,So we go inside, do the 2 hour BS half assed ritual, and come to an agreement on trade in value,lease payments etc...., Written down in bold black magic marker. Very happy with the deal that we struck. We then told Evan we wanted to look at another brand and if it didnt work out we would be back sunday to purchase the car. Sunday we head back to Mazda of Smithtown to purchase the car,meet up with Evan (who is why we went back) fully expecting to buy a new car for my wife.Evan greets us,we start to do the paperwork, Wife inquires about same car different color that is sitting outside in front of the desk we are sitting at. Evan says "ill be right back Ill ask" we sit and sit and we hear Evan getting yelled at......and Evan trying to quiet this ahole down, but we are not sure why Evan is getting yelled at. Another few minutes go by and Evan comes back to the desk with his "boss" Dennis. Well dennis procedes to yell at me and my wife, that there is no way someone gave you this price for this car yadayada.... all the while pointing at the paper they boldly wrote the deal on the previous day. He halfassed apologized as i was standing to leave and i said dont apologize to me apologize to Evan! Dennis replies " hes got nothin to do with it" really dennis? the salesman that spent three hours with us the previous day has nothing to do with it ? we walked out in utter amazement. What the.....just happened? As we sealed the deal on a brand new 2015 nissan rougue,that same day, and drove it home that same day, I was tempted to pull in the Mazda dealer and tell Evan he should seek employment at a Real car dealership and get away from that place. I called him instead. Good luck Evan get away from that place. And people if you want a Mazda dont waste your time in this place.

Every aspect of our experience at Mazda was wonderful. Our salesman, Johnny "Colorado" Frisch was excellent! He was exactly the type of person we like to deal with, honest, patient, not pushy or overly "salesy. We felt welcomed by the entire staff and enjoyed the general atmosphere that the dealership exuded, respect for each other and other patrons, for example. The manager was available at all times and made sure that our needs were met. The Finance person at the end was very kind and a pleasure to work with. Super friendly staff! Now a great waiting area with TV, vending machine and coffee maker!! I waited for my vehicle during my most recent visit and they took extra care to prioritize the servicing of my car so I could get out of there as soon as possible. Everyone was very friendly. Rich was the dealer that helped me with my purchase. I went to several other dealerships to look around just to get an idea of what i could get and to see what i like. Most of the people who helped me made me feel obligated to purchase a vehicle right then and there or if i left wanted me to put a down payment on the cars that i actually did like and put them on hold. The thing i liked about Rich was that he wasn't pushy at all. He made me feel comfortable. Even offered me coffee. Car shopping can be very stressful and i liked how he explained to me all the options that i had without pushing me to make a decision. He was always asking what i was thinking and if i had any questions or concerns. He was also very personable. I even left and came back the next day, he did not make me feel obligated to get something just because i was looking around. I would definitely recommend to anyone i know looking for a car to go to this dealership and to see Rich. He was a great help and i am very happy with my purchase! After a month battle with all the new & used car dealership, finally bought my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander from this dealer with a piece of mind that they are the man of their word. Initially salesman Ben Ruffo make my life easy to find out my choice of car; he is very good, professional, friendly & knowledgable. Dealt with Johnny Frish - I was working out a deal on a 2014 Mazda3. I told him I got a price from another dealership for the 2015 Mazda3 . He texted me (which I saved on my phone) and called me a liar, saying the 2015 isn't even out yet. He also texted me that I was "bullshitting" him and again said I was lying. In fact the 2015 is out as I sat in it at the other dealership. So not only was he WRONG, he had the nerve to call me a liar !!I called every day for a week after this and left messages for the manager, Dennis, to contact me so I could complain about his salesperson. Dennis has yet to return any of my phone calls! Stay away from these people and this dealership. In my opinion, they are the worst and can't be trusted.

About a week after I bought a certified pre-owned Mazda 3 from Smith Haven, my wife and I noticed an annoying squeaking sound from the back end of the car that their supposedly thorough 150-point certified pre-owned inspection hadn't turned up. I took the car to a dealer that's closer to where I live to get it looked into and they said there was a service bulletin on the issue. They will fix it free of charge, but the mechanic at the second dealership also said he never would have certified the car in the first place given how worn the tires were and that the front seat was loose. When I presented this information to John O'Donnell at Smith Haven, he denied everything and did not make the minimal effort to respond to my concerns about the tires, which were certainly borderline and unevenly worn even if they barely passed muster when his mechanic measured them. As for missing the squeaking sound for which there was a service bulletin, he threw up his hands and said, essentially, "stuff happens."On top of this, it was like pulling teeth getting the dealership to provide the pre-owned warranty or the 150-point CPO checklist.I was also disappointed in their lack of transparency during the financing stage, when I was told that a widely advertised APR of 0.9 percent was unavailable because the car I was buying was 3 years old and that I had to finance all of the car - not part as I wanted to - through the dealership. It was also almost impossible to get a straight answer on the phone from them about the APR they were offering. Finally, watch out for the $800 car-prep fee they try to throw in as part of the sale. I've bought a bunch of cars in my life, new and used, from a number of dealerships. This was certifiably the worst experience.

My son is graduating from college in the spring and needed a new car. He always liked the mazda 6. We went to smith haven first and we loved the car and ths salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. We weren't planning on getting it until the spring but they had the end of the year pricing. We checked out a few more cars and then went to another mazda dealership. Their service was terrible. The salesman was arguing with my husband. He was fighting with the manager in front of us. He bad mouthed other dealerships. We made an excuse to leave and went straight to smith haven and bought the car. They were more money which I didn't like but the service was much better.

My wife and I went to Smithaven auto group looking for a smaller SUV. After some thought we ended up purchasing the Mitsubishi Outlander. I was insistent on the 10yr/100,000 mile warantee. Knowing this they directed us to the Mitsubishi dealership where we eventually bought the Outlander. Our salesperson was Joe Collocola. My wife is more of a "go with the flow" type, I on the other hand couldn't stand the fact that once again I was in a position to buy a new car with the associated payments etc. I can't stand negotiating with the slaes people, the manager who has to approve every dollar off the price, basically the whole car buying experience to me is nauseating. Well, quite frankly the remedy to this is going to Smithaven Auto Group. We dealt with Joe Collocola, who is a nice pleasant NO PRESSURE salesperson, of which I cannot speak more highly of. We also had the pleasure of speaking with the General Manager of the entire group Bill Ballan and Rob the sales manager of the Mitsubishi dealership. It was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience I have EVER HAD PERIOD. Mind you I HATE BUYING CARS ETC. If the rest of the dealership is run like the Mitsubishi part and I'm sure it is after speaking with Mr. Ballan it is the place to go. You may look at other dealerships, but you will but here, 10 out of 10. When my son needs a car in two years, I'll be going back.

I traded my beautiful Civic for a Mazda3 here. I went to service today for a busted horn (i have no idea how it gets busted when my 1989 Toyota Camry still has a perfectly working horn), and they said..."its common when the rain gets in there and rusts the horn". I don't know much about cars, but I'm almost certain that shouldn't be happening. Is it that poorly designed? and why does it cost $110? I've only had this car for less than a year, and I've had more troubles with this car than my past 3 cars combine (Camry, Accent, and Civic) .. I take very good care of my cars and with this one, I took a chance buying a pre-owed from here. I don't know how I will pay for all the "problems" that this car came with. I'm a student, and i don't have much money, and yet when i go to service this car, they milk as much money from me as possible and tell me the number of things wrong with the car. Why didn't they mention this when they sold it to a poor student like me? I still have to pay over 250$ a month for the next 5 years! Yes, its only been with me for less than a year and I'm sure there's more problems to come. What is the coverage/warranty good for? It certainly doesn't help me. Does it help at all? It gets me nauseated just thinking about it. In addition to the mysterious busted horn, the tire pressure gauges is also busted (another thing that I've never heard of. I had my civic for many years and the sensors never got busted). Whats the excuse this time? The snow and weather. Well, that was only for 3 months out of the near full year I've had this car, but here i am again..stuck with trying to find where I'm going to find 400$ to replace the gauges. Today, I didn't get the gauges for financial reasons, and i am now driving with a gauge light on until i can find the funds. I don't know if dealers know this, but as students, we don't have money (or very much of anything really). We do what we do because of passion in helping others, and the prospect of wealth? never gonna happen, never even crossed my mind. I've been a scientist since undergrad, post undergrad, and now grad student. And I dedicate my life to solving problems in cancer, infectious diseases, biological toxins... But instead of going to work, I'm stuck in service for 5 hours dealing with a car (that i just bought from Smith Haven Mazda) full of problems that I cant solve because I made a big mistake of letting my Civic go. Whoever has my Civic, I know you are happy. I took very good care of that beautiful car... and here i am, poorer and unhappy with what i have, and the prospect of having to pay for this car for another 5 years? I really just don't want to think about it. Service people - thanks for the 12$ discount on a $350 service ...no good dinner tonight that's for sure...

I want to thank Nina Maldonado, we where her first clients early in the morning and with a big hello and smiled we were greeted. I told her i wanted a specific car and she looked around and they didnt have it. But she asked me to drive another car same model, trim. Drove the mazda3 sedan and i fell in love with it. Thanks Nina I love my new sedan. Great Job overall, felt right at home.

As this was my first car leasing in the states, I was very nervous and my mind was full of questions. I did my home work and research with at least 8 other mazda dealers in NY and NJ area, but my dealer Ben nailed it all. He worked with his manager Gina and kept me updated for 1 long week to find the best deal which suits my budget. I made a huge mistake of my life not taking the 1st deal Ben offered me, it was on labor day sale but Ben made sure I get the best deal even after one week of sale, me and my wife are totally happy of his service, he even waited an hour and picked us up from the station. Gina and Bill waited for us to be there at late hours which is after their closing time when we went to get the car delivery. I will definitely go back and recommend any friends to them.

These guys are awesome!! Not pushy at all and Gina even came in on her day off. Well organized sales floor. Process took a little longer due to some delays and Gina recommended a wonderful Italian restaurant right next door while we waited! Would definitely recommend this dealership. Thank you Nina!

After being frustrated by a never ending exercise of negotiation and failure to reach a satisfactory deal in a reasonable period of time my last stop on my car search was Smith Haven Mazda. Rob was knowledgeable and set me up with a solo test drive of the CX 5 AWD almost immediately. The next day I returned armed with invoice and true value pricing and concluded arriving at a price and financing that matched anything out there in the market. I actually drove my new car home that night. This was a great experience and I am sure to consider my next purchase at this Dealership. Rob was a pleasure to work with and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as having a winning personality. He is the antithesis of the negative car salesman stereotype.

I needed a minor replacement part for my late model Mazda, and my email message was efficiently and effectively handled by Mary at Smith Haven Mazda. Mary was very accommodating, though as in most dealerships, she was probably busy with a multitude of work tasks. I really appreciate that responsiveness, and assuming my next car is another Mazda, which is most likely will be, there will be no competitors for my business as far as Smith Haven is concerned. I trust them.

Very pleased with the customer service here. Nothing is worse than indifferent or pushy sales reps at a car dealer. At other locations, I have politely excused myself on occasions of practically being railroaded into a new car I was just looking at for future consideration. Mary at Smith Haven was responsive, efficient, and helpful in a minor parts request issue, and I am confident I will be buying from Smith Haven due to the superior level of customer service.

Just leased a new 2015 Mazda CX-5 and we love it!! Johnny "Colorado" was friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. He did not pressure us at all. Mazda was the first dealership we went to for an SUV. Johnny did not try to force us into any vehicle and was very personable. He was able to get us into the car we wanted at a price we can afford. He was very patient with all of our questions. Bill in finance was very informative and made the process very smooth. During this whole process, my fiance and I did not feel pressured and were very confident in our purchase. We will definitely be back when our lease is up and will recommend Smith Haven Mazda to anyone interested in a quality vehicle with wonderful service!!

I was shown first with an ipad all the features and then given a hands on explanation of how to work everything. Bobbi handled all the paperwork for us. It made everything easy. I went in thinking I wanted a White or red car with black interior. They had a white CX 5 with the two - tone beige and black interior that changed my mind. I had not seen that at any other dealer. I liked the idea that I was taken outside and was able to see all the cars.

Jon jumped right in to help us above and beyond, he checked all over first to find the exact car we wanted, even though it was in another state, and we idn't want to wait for that one. Dealt with one of the newer salespersons, Bobbi Sherridon. She was professional and very helpful. I came in with the intention of trading in my 2008 Mazda3 towards a new CX-9 Sport. Ended up getting a better trade than I had anticipated. Financing was simple and easy. Transferring the registration from the old car to the new as well as the insurance was a breeze thanks to the assistance of the staff at the dealership. Will be recommending to any friends looking to purchase a vehicle.

i find that the car buying at smith haven very easy and friendly. i dealt with john previously and he is a pro and a gentleman and extremely friendly the dealership is fortunate to have a person of his caliber. bobbi is new, however she totally impressed me with her knowledge, friendliness and sales skill she too is an asset. i have been very comfortable coming in to this dealership, particularly the service dept. they are very fair as far a price of service is concerned. the staff is as friendly and no bs starting with dan and everyone else. kudos

Great dealership in my opinion. Went in to buy a Mitsubishi lancer ralliart I couldn't get Financing on it so they helped me pick out another car. No pressure was added they gave me options And I ended up with my 2010 vw jetta, granted it's not a vw dealer I'm still happy . I love my car and the process was quick and simple even for a first time Buyer like me. The service department is great as well. Corrine is always happy to help and she is easy to get along with. So is Matthew, at the service desk. I think that's his name. Either way I'm happy with the overall service I receive

I came in for a Mazda 6 touring with manual transmission and was met by a saleswoman named Bobbi. She was pleasent and helpful, but a little unprofessional with her many personal stories--was she trying to establish trust, who knows. At negotiation time I asked for their best price on the car and Bobbi came back from the sales manager with a very low price. I accepted this price. Bobbi says she's will put the sales agreement together and leaves us. When she comes back, the price is now exactly $1000 higher because the sales manager is so busy that he thought we were negotiating on a sport model instead of a touring model. We were told that there was little room for negotiation because we would not be using dealer financing. Obvious bait and switch, very bush league. We'll, the car is exactly what I want down to every last detail and the price is still ok, so we sign some papers and complete the deal with a cashiers check from our bank. The next day we are contacted by the dealer because we did not endorse the check. When my wife went back to endorse the check she was given a hostile lecture about the nesessity of her endorsing the bank check and how we have inconvenienced the dealer. We use cashiers checks once every five years or so. Why didn't the business manager catch it, was he too busy thinking about how to sell Simonizing or an extended warranty. Overall a typical dealer, probably no better or worse than any other.

I went in to test drive a Mazda 6 and walked out a few hours later with a brand new car that I absolutely love. Jonny was an amazing salesman who went out of his way to make my car leasing experience painless and enjoyable. He answered all my questions and set me up with my dream car. I would recommend the Mazda 6 to anyone looking to buy a mid-sized sedan with great performance, great gas mileage and loaded with extras for total comfort while driving. I have leased and bought many cars in my life and this was by far the best experience. I would recommend this dealership and Jonny to any of my friends looking to buy a new car.

This place is a joke. They use a friendly demeanor to try and rip you off. My representative was Jonny "Colorado." Nice guy, but awfully pushy. Especially when he's trying to push a bad deal on you. Went looking for a Mazda 6 Grand Touring (either 2014/15). They had one in stock which I would have liked to lease, but when it came to pricing, here comes the bait and switch. The owner undervalued my trade-in by about $2000 and kept telling me the condition of my car was "severe" even though KBB and Edmund's both rated it in good quality, well above the price they were giving me. Their response: "They don't sign checks." Heard this zinger a bunch of times. They may not give me money, but they're established independent third parties who know something about the value of cars, unlike this place. Even though the showroom model of the car I wanted had an attractive pricing plan, these guys try and sell me a leasing option $100/month more than that, for the same exact car, with an even larger down payment on my part. There's no negotiating with these guys. If you try and give them options other than what they initially give you, you're met with smugness as if they're doing you a favor. Guess what? You know who did me a favor? Huntington Mazda, about 15 mins away, on the very same day. After the owner told me that we had no deal when I told him he was undervaluing my trade in, I immediately drove to Huntington Mazda where they valued my car exactly what I thought it should be. Courteous, patient and ready to explain each and every detail, Huntington Mazda made you feel welcome as a person, rather than welcoming your wallet. They gave me a very competitive price for the car I wanted and we got the deal done in about 30 mins. Rather than wasting your day at Smith Haven Mazda (where the only person saving money is the owner himself) go ANYWHERE ELSE. Don't trust the initial Google Rating. Much better dealerships out there with infinitely better customer service.

Buying my first car was a great experience. When I arrived to the dealership with my family, we were greeted right away by Joe C. and he was very friendly. We explained to him what I wanted and he came up with the idea of a Mitsubishi Lancer and said he had one in the back, and he pulled it right up. Once outside, he went over the car and asked if I wanted to test drive it. Joe was very helpful and filled with information and knowledge about this car. He was able to get me a great deal for my car and even arranged to stay later then his regular hours for me the next day so that I could pick it up when I was finished with work. The day of the pick up, Joe sat in the car with me and went over how to do everything, showed me where everything was, and even set up my phone so that it was connected to my car through bluetooth. He told me how happy he was for me that I was able to get such a nice car for such a great deal, and I can not thank him enough for doing this for me and being so determined to help me find the perfect car for me that I would love. I have never had such an easy experience like this. I went in to the dealership just looking at cars, and walked out with a purchased car. I love the car itself so much but if it was not for Joe being so helpful, friendly, caring and knowledgable about the car, I would not have made the decision right on the spot to lease the car. Joe really made the experience of having my first car a great one and something that I will never forget.

I Just leased a new Mazda 3 at Smithhaven Mazda. Jonny was my salesman and he was just terrific. The process was quick (as far as car sales go) and very pleasant. He worked very hard to get me the car I wanted with all the upgrades for the price I was comfortable with. He was not pushy at all which is usually what turns me off to most salesmen, he made my boyfriend and I feel taken care of without pushing anything on us. Throughout the whole process I kept thinking that it was too easy, even now a week later I am still waiting for the catch. I am so happy with my new car! I'm very glad I went to Smithhaven Mazda and highly, highly recommend Jonny "Colorado".

It has been 14 years since my last New Car Purchase so I did a lot of research and comparisons. The Mazda 3 was selected as the best in All Vehicle Classes. I used many websites and review sites and comparison sites to make my decision. I visited and test drove the vehicle at different Mazda Dealerships and the Smith Haven Dealership was the best in Courtesy - Non Confrontational - Non Aggressive sales approach which is something I value. My Sales Agent Jonny "Colorado" Frisch was patient and informative and listened to all my questions. I purchased my Mazda and drove out the same day which was a great time saver Jonny handled the insurance - financing - prep - plates and helped me clear out my currently owned vehicle. I definitely RECOMMEND the Smith Haven Dealership and ask for Jonny "Colorado" you will have a great purchasing/leasing experience!

Arthur was very attentive to our needs, we went into the dealership with a defensive mentality but he made us feel very relaxed. He was patient, understanding, and did not try to push us into huge payments or an overly expensive vehicle. Arthur went out of his way to provide excellent customer service, and constantly reiterated that he wanted us to feel comfortable not only with him, the dealership but also the car we will be driving. At the end we were very satisfied with everything especially the experience, and will definitely be back to deal with Arthur.

My son and I came in to look at a car he was eyeing during the last month and we decided to take a trip to look at it. We needed up leasing a beautiful Mazda 6 M6 stickshift with leather seats and other great features. She treated us like we were family. I was actually looking to lease a 2014 Mazda CX-5 for my wife. Upon dealing with the sales personnel and the sales managers, I found them to be very friendly and very "down to earth" which made me feel comfortable with any possible future purchase. While in the dealership, they were advertising a bunch of vehicles on the showroom floor with special lease and buy out pricing. I discussed trading in my Mazda 3i Touring, we put together some numbers and I decided to lease a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I was very pleased with their quickness in making this deal happen and received the exact numbers which were discussed over the phone. Upon delivery, the truck was in perfect condition just as promised. I certainly look forward to dealing with the same personnel in purchasing or leasing (that is to be determined) the Mazda for my wife.

Joe was very respectful of what I could afford and didn't just pressure me to buy a car that I would be stuggling with in the long run, like other dealerships that I've been to. He recommended the Mazda 6 touring in meteor gray that they had on the lot and with no hesitation he pulled it up front for me to look at. Every single staff member had nothing but smiles on their faces and loads of energy which made the environment much more comfortable rather than stressful. After keeping in contact with Joe I purchased the vehicle within a week and couldn't be any happier.

Joe was very respectful of what I could afford and didn't just pressure me to buy a car that I would be struggling with in the long run, like other dealerships that I've been to. He recommended the Mazda 6 touring in meteor gray that they had on the lot and with no hesitation he pulled it up front for me to look at. Every single staff member had nothing but smiles on their faces and loads of energy which made the environment much more comfortable rather than stressful. After keeping in contact with Joe I purchased the vehicle within a week and couldn't be any happier.

I have to say that I truly did not expect to walk into Smith Haven Mazda, and leave with a car. My credit isn't the best and I didn't have a lot to put down. I entered my information into a website that specialized in car loans for people with less then great credit. I soon received a phone call from Mr. Arthur Maldonado. He asked for some information and invited me down to the dealership, initially I was hesitant. After a week or so, I made the trip to the dealership. I met Mr. Maldonado and I told him what I was looking for. Mr. John Metrinko showed me the car I was interested in. After submitting paper work for a loan, I got back some offers that weren't great. Mr. Maldonado did not like the offers the banks were giving me and fought hard to get me a better rate. Well to my surprise he did. I was ecstatic to say the least. Mr. Metrinko did the paper work, called my insurance company, made sure the car was clean and filled with gas. Both these gentleman were a pleasure to deal with. Now I'm the proud owner of a new 2013 mazda 2. Hope this was helpfully to perspective buyers.

Smith Haven Mazda and Joe Collocola, the salesman were extremely accommodating. Setting up more the one test drive of the Mazda6 and taking the time to explain the vehicle on more than one occasion. After we leased the car we were surprise to find that gas mileage estimates we were given were actually much lower that what we experienced on the road. Did a little highway driving into NYC and averaged 42 miles per gallon all the way into Manhattan and on to 2nd Avenue. This car is one of the best sedans on the market today.

I went to Smith Haven on the word of my uncle who just last month bought a new Mazda 3, and I am glad I did!. My guy Joe was very helpful. He listened to what I wanted and he helped me to find a brand new Mitsubishi Lancer SE awd and I couldn't be happier! I got everything extra that I wanted and at the price I wanted to pay. They were fast and quick and very nice. I recommended the dealer to my parents and now when their lease is up at the end of the year their going to Smith Haven too! And by doing so if they get a car I'll get $100 just like my uncle did.

I was pretty much forced into putting a deposit on a Nissan Altima I almost bought. I was interested in this car but not sure how interested really. I ended up putting a deposit of $300 on this car because I wanted to hold it until I could have a mechanic check out for me. I paid in full cash on the spot that day. They were pressuring me into getting this car before I had time to think about if I liked it enough to buy it. I have been waiting two weeks now for my refund back because I did not buy the car. I decided it was not for me, and I have still to get my money back. I'm a college student and I can't afford this loss of $300, I need my money back soon. Good dealer besides that. Friendly sales people just a little shovey.

Having been to a few other dealers in the area, I thought my mind was made up about what car I wanted and where I should purchase it. I like to give my business to the places that are doing the best job. So I shopped around, and stumbled upon Smith Haven Mazda. I called before hand and had a chat with Joe; whose knowledge of the cars blew away anyone I had spoken to at other dealerships. I made my way in and purchased the car that day. My experience at Smith Haven Mazda was a rewarding one. I had been shopping for a small SUV for weeks at various dealerships, including other Mazdas. I came into Smith Haven Mazda one night not expecting much, but within an hour i was filling out sales paper work, and I picked up my CX5 the very next day. Customer service was exceptional. If you live in Suffolk County and you're looking for a Mazda go to Smith Haven Mazda.

I have looked at so many different dealerships in town and walked around talked to the employees and not one of them made me feel comfortable buying a car from them. I found that they either could not answer all my questions or just didn't care to give me the time of day. I had a very positive experience at this dealership. The service I received was absolutely the best. The only negative thing is that even though I had a cosigner, I still had to pay extra for not having anything backing my credit. I had a very strong cosigner who has an absolute perfect credit score and I still had to pay extra because they had not had open credit in a while. I was a student so, I had a weak credit score because all i had was student loans. Other than this, the sales representative Doreen Sanders was extremely nice and considerate and listened to what I was saying and put me in the right car at the right price. I would recommend this dealership and even more so Doreen to anyone interested in looking for a car.

I was very happy with the level of respect that I was treated with as I went to purchase a used car. I have had other dealerships not care much about my process because I was not a big ticket client, but Smith Haven Mazda did not act that way at all. They let me take as long as I needed and ask as much as I needed. I ended up purchasing a used car that I am thrilled with. Awesome staff here.

The initial process went well. We thought the customer service was great at first and we thought we were getting a great deal on a used car. I wanted to write a nice review. The story of the car was awesome but I'm frustrated by this dealership so kiss the good review goodbye...anyway back to the true experience here.Turns out that the price I shook on wasn't the price on the invoice. They padded it by $699.00 and they never applied the $500.00 deposit to the invoice. I caught the deposit scheme but failed to overlook the purchase price. I shook the General Manager's hand on a car that was on a truck going to auction (now that you know who I am Smith Haven Mazda - Side Note: Entire dealershp was buzzing about the story of my car being on a truck going to auction and having it brought back; blah, blah blah)...so you'd think that I wouldn't get screwed by them. Not much I could do about the price difference, so I went down there with my wife about the deposit.My wife and I figured it would be a quick process to get the money refunded. After many hours of waiting for the finance guy, Billy, we decided to leave. We left because he had the xxxxx to walk past us to go outside and smoke...time after time. He wasn't busy or in with customers, like we were told. He brushed us off like we were nothing. I was furious...on our way out I told someone that I'll just have my credit card company dispute this. That person said, "No, don't do that. Give me a copy of the invoice and we'll have someone in finance look into it. They'll call you shortly." No one called. I called back a day or two later and spoke to our finance guy. "I was going to call you." he said. Lol - That's some BS I thought. He said that I should be getting a refund but I have yet to see the transaction...so maybe my credit card company will have better luck getting the money back.The morale of my story: Please look over any and all paperwork you get from them before you sign it. Make sure your deposit is either refunded or applied at the time of your sale. Adequately research the dealerships first before going or buying. Lastly, if it's too good to be true...let it go as something is not right.P.S. They will charge you for gas if the vehicle you're purchasing requires fueling. That's the icing on the cake. I mean seriously...that should be a courtesy...they also padded that price as well, mind you.

We have given the review we did because from the moment we picked up our brand new car we felt like that we were on candid camera. The price that we were told the car was changed when we went to sign the papers. The car had scratches on it and someone just tried to buff them out and paint over them. When we brought the car back to be fixed the rental car that was suppose to be waiting for me didn't show up till an hour later thus causing me to have to take a full day off from work myself. I learned more about the features in the car after picking it up from repairs in five minutes with the saleswoman then I did the day we picked it up. She was great very friendly and helpful and only got to talk to her because she happened to be walking outside.

I was in to look at a used 05 Mazda. It wasn't on the lot. Randy asked if I thought about a lease. I told him I had no money down except my trade and my credit was less than great. He told me he could get me in a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander. Well I am now leasing a New Outlander, he was right, and I do love the SUV. Thank You Randy. But the one thing that still bothers me was my trade. I was told $1000 for my trade, and in the finance office is where I noticed I only got $500 for it, during the signing of the papers. I asked about it and finance guy said "what's the difference?" Um the difference is One Months Payment AND my Insurance Payment!!Look I understand they were helping me to get a loan on my credit and no cosigner, and I'm greatful....But if you tell a person you're going to give them an amount for their trade after you appraised it, don't go changing the appraisel amount during the financing/paper signing. I keep thinking about loosing $500 dollars. Maybe it's not a lot of money to that finance guy, but it is to me. I had just bought new tires on that trade that were $500. I should've just brought the tires in for my trade, and kept the car!

My husband and I decided to purchase a New Outlander, and after doing research with Consumer Reports decided to contact Smith Haven Mitsubishi. We took the drive out to St James, & passed many Mitsitubushi dealers on the way (we live in Massapequa - Nassau Co). We are so thrilled that we chose to deal with Smith Haven. The new car selection was way above their competition and our expectations. We were treated fairly, with respect, and most of all they listened to what we told them we were looking for. I wanted a good deal for my money. The other dealerships we spoke with during our car search would pitch their warranty, and give 'benefits' to the cars that they thought were important. I was happy to finally work with people that understood I wasn't going in there to negotiate a monthly payment, and listen to a rehearsed pitch about how great their vehicles were... Ben and Joe listened to what my husband and I wanted, and then they gave us what we wanted.We walked into Smith Haven at 11am and were driving home in our new GT by the afternoon! We will continue to visit Smith haven for our next purchases, and I intend to recommend my family and friends to their staff without hesitation.

I recently leased a second time with Smith Haven Mazda, because their offers are superior, and I find the staff members to be knowledgeable and professional. I went back to John Metrinko in sales, as he offered me the best deal a few years ago on my 2010 Mazda6 (which turned out to be my favorite car yet). John is a pleasure to do business with, professional, courteous, an overall gentleman. He also beat pricing offered by other dealerships for the same trim package on my newly leased Mazda CX-5, which I am loving in this snowy weather. Also helpful at the dealership were Bill Ballan, Joe Hauff, Jay Sarasky, and Bill Didonato in Finance. Everything about the lease was explained to me, and I felt no pressure to add on options. Another reason for going back is how well Danny Matuza manages the service department. I am confident that my experiences will continue to be positive.

This was my first experience buying a car. I had visited many dealerships that were in the area, and Mazda was my favorite. The entire staff, especially the employees that worked with me, we very nice and friendly. They were not pushy whatsoever and never pressured me into making a decision I didn't want to make. They also gave me a great price for the car and worked to get me the payments that I wanted. I told them my maximum would be $250 per month and they made that happen. When I was working with Adam and Richie, I was very comfortable with them when compared to the other dealerships I visited. They seemed willing to make me happy in whatever way they could, and they greatly succeeded. Part of the reason I chose the car I did had to do with the staff at the dealership. I am extremely happy with the overall experience and with the car that I bought. I would gladly recommend this dealership to others.

Both Mary and Randy were completely instrumental in helping us get the right car for our family, at the right price. They really cared and worked so hard to get the numbers to work in our favor it seemed as if they were buying the car for themselves! They did this without pressuring us into anything and they took their time to get to know us and our situation. They also "went to bat" for us to help us obtain financing. In the end, it resulted in us feeling completely comfortable with the outcome of the car we bought and we had a great experience at Smith Haven Mazda. Bought a used 2010 Mazda 3 S Sport for top dollar with 30k miles on it...dealer was friendly all around...some highs and lows in making the deal but I pulled the trigger as the car had all the specs I wanted...upon delivery car had an overpowering perfume smell from a bomb deodorizer they used which I guess they used to freshen up the car...I was wrong...a month later the perfume smell went away and the car now smells like cigarettes...stinks like xxxx of cigarette smoke...Smith Haven Mazda masked the cigarette smell to dump the car on me...just wanted to warn others...if you smell a heavy dose of perfume smell in their used cars, run away if you are a nonsmoker like me......they did nothing to help me but ignore me...buyer beware and thank you...

I had a pleasant experience getting a new car at Smith Haven Mazda. I was in a tight situation to get a new car same-day, after selling my old one in a private sale. I had spoken to Sales Representative, Jim, on the phone, whom I asked if they had the car type and color I wanted available. Within 10 minutes, I received a call back that they did have it available. Upon arriving, Jim had the car already parked at the front, ready to let me test drive it, and thoroughly explained the car's features. Upon deciding to go ahead with the purchase, Jim, and the rest of the crew at Smith Haven Mazda were very patient, friendly, and constantly kept me updated on the status of the car, and my applications for credit and insurance needs. Within a couple of hours, I was off driving my new 2013 Mazda3 i Sport! Overall, I was very impressed with the customer service at Smith Haven Mazda and would highly recommend associate Jim for his friendliness and outstanding customer service. I look forward to returning for my future service needs!

We first test drove the CX5 about a year ago when it first came out. We were not a fan at the time. We just found it lacked the power we were used to with our 2003 Mazda Tribute. After several months of searching for a new car, and visiting numerous dealerships in our area, we decided to return to Smith Haven Mazda as we saw that the CX5 had an upgrade in the engine. Long story short, on 2/17/13, we traded in our 2003 Mazda Tribute and purchased a 2014 CX5. The service from John Metrinko and General Manager Jay Sarasky exceeded our expectations. John was professional, friendly and extremely accomodating. Such a pleasure to work with, along with every one else in your staff. Jay was great and although we didn't get quite what we had hoped for our trade in, well, he went the extra distance to accomodate us. (He also makes a mean cup of coffee! went in to have brakes checked on my 2010 Galant less then 20K miles(they squeked). Service department claimed I needed new brakes and rotars. Had work done brakes still squeaked! Three days later I heard a grinding noise coming from front tire. I looked and found the entire brake assembly came undone and was resting on the inside of my rim, damaging the rim. I called dealership and they insisted I drive the vehicle over or have it towed at MY expense. I brought the vehicle over and they reassembled the detached caliper/ brake harness and handed me my keys. When I complained about the rim being ruined they claimed "the damage can't be seen" and refused to replace it. Only after I insisted did they reluctantly replace the rim. The brakes continue to squeak leading me to suspect that the brakes never needed to be replaced in the first place.

I was interested in a Dodge Challenger and Smith Haven Mazda had a few on their lot. Adam came outside and had me take a test ride in one of their cars. After the ride, he asked me how I liked the car and I told him I was intersted in a white RT. He brought me over to the Smith Haven Dodge used car lot where they had a low mileage white RT. I drove that car and after the test drive Adam spent at least another 45 mins. answering my questions. I made an appointment with him to come back and see the car with my son and Adam was very helpful! I paid a very fair price and Adam went out of his way to make sure that my requests were met. I woud recommend Adam Penna as he is very concerned about making his customers happy and will go the extra mile for them!

They were busy when my boyfriend and I walked in but the manager Marcel was running around looking for a free sales person. He made us tea while we waited. Poor Adam our sales person was sick and even so he was so helpful. We had gone to a few dealers before we went here but it was our last stop we brought a used Jeep. It was a little out of our price range but Marcel brought the payments down to within our range. I was very happy with the experience and would defiantly buy here again. Also a side note my boyfriend brought his Mazda New from the same place 2 years prior.

The salesman we worked with was very friendly. The Manager named Joe was extremely rude cutting me off in mid sentence, he was unwilling negotiate with us. We had previously received a quote on our car as a trade in and he insulted us by offering us $2500.00 less. We ended up going to another Mazda dealership and received what we were looking for.

The service department at Smithhaven is superb! Bill the service consultant always recommends what is right for my car and never over charges me for work. He is honest and just overall a good person. I just needed to mention that because he does such a great job every time I'm there I needed to get a new vehicle since my old one was pretty badly broken mechanically, and I figured I would talk to the sales department. Craig was more then happy to show me the car I was looking for and, the let me test drive a couple models. Best thing is I didn't have to ask for details, he explained everything about the cars and answered all my questions. He even came down on his day off to help finalize everything with finance and my insurance company. He followed through with the entire sale. My father who was with me told me that he had never had a more pleasant experience. He always told me that he hates dealing with new cars and dealerships but was completely taken off guard by how excellently we were treated here at Smithhaven.Before I knew it I was all set to drive off in my beautiful new Lancer Evolution! I was greeted by Ryan at the dealership while I was looking for a used SUV. I think that Ryan went above and beyond in helping me try and find a vehicle that fit my needs financially and functionally. He is very knowledgable about his brand (mitsubishi) and if I stumped him on a question with an SUV outside of his brand, he didn't try and lie to me. He tirelessly would get the 'expert' on that manufacturer until my questions were all answered. Ryan was patient as I had my three young children in tow and even came in on his day off to accomodate me. In the end we did not find the perfect fit and for the first time ever, I actually felt bad for the car salesman as I wanted to buy a car from him just to give him the commission that he deserved. In addition to Ryan's professionalism and straight forward approach, I had the pleasure of dealing with two managers, Jessica and Vinny. Both were straight shooters and understood my needs and limitations and tried to accomodate me the best way they could. I was even happy to deal with the finance department as we were trying to see what numbers would work for me and they were also upfront and to the point without trying to pressure me into something I told them I couldn't afford. Overall, the experience was good and although in the end we did not do business I was quite pleased with my experience with those employees.

I was very impressed with the sales consultants knowledge with regard to safety features. This was a car for my daughter and he knew that was important to us. He was persuasive without being over bearing, an excellent sales person.

I felt like part of the family. Courtesy, kind, informative, respectful and quick! Everything was explained to us thoroughly: TWICE! Once to myself and once to my husband. This is the most accommodating dealership I have ever dealt with! Dan is WONDERFUL!

This place was a nightmare. We were treated to unprofessional service and a faulty carfax. The salesman (if you could call him that) who helped us was named Ryan and he was as unprofessional as they come. He provided us with a carfax that was missing much information and when we followed up on it, we had found that our car had been in a terrible accident and was overpriced. When we called him out on it after putting in a deposit he did the right thing and offered us a more expensive, identical model that we hadn't looked at, thinking it was a better deal, we jumped on it because we already left a hefty deposit. He promised to get back to us ASAP and we wound up waiting around 3 days in total. It was ridiculous. When we would call, we would get, "Ryan isn't here right now," or "Ryan is out to lunch," and we would never get a call back. When we did manage to get a hold of him he never had a straight answer as to what our interest rate was or any financial information. He said we weren't authorized to ask that information. Isn't it my information since I'm purchasing the car? It finally went on too long and after too many empty suggestions like, "You can come get the car right now if you want it," we finally said we'll be there in 10 min and they flipped out saying they needed more time to clean the car and he told us to be there in an hour. As we pulled up Ryan was pullng out of the parking lot in his own vehicle. We waited in the lobby for about 30 min until he got back. When he arrived he wanted to put the plates on and sign paperwork without ever telling me my interest rate or monthly payment. I said I wanted to see the car so he lead us out to the parking lot. WHAT A MESS. The more expensive model had a giant scratch in the windshield and it was missing the front grill! The interior was heavily stained and the dashboard literally looked like someone keyed it Freddy Kruger style. It was horrible and when I said I didn't want this car he screamed, "BUT THIS IS THE SAME CAR I SHOWED YOU 3 DAYS AGO!" Meanwhile it was the same model but not this car in particular and there was no way I was paying good money for a car that was missing pieces. When I declined to go any further Ryan and the Manager were terrible to me. Instead of trying to show me anymore cars they were rude and snotty. I was reluctantly given my deposit back and after I signed the reciept Ryan threw it at me and walked away. It was completely unprofessional. There was no, "i'm sorry, it was nice doing business with you.," no handshake. Nothing. I didn't even know everything was done until I asked the manager, "Is there anything else I need to do?" and he said, "Did you sign your recipt?" and I said, "Yes." He replied, "Nope, See Ya. Have a nice day." It was so childish and obnoxious. I hope no one ever buys another car from these greasy clowns.
