Bought a car here around a year and a half ago. The shopping experience was great. Simple and easy. The salesman was nice and communicated well with me. I work all day and prefer to text and he was more than happy to oblige. I just recently had an issue where something was miscommunicated at the time of purchase and I contacted them. An hour later the owner personally called me, apologized and stood behind their end of the deal a year and a half later. Extremely satisfied with this level of customer service.

Buying our new-to-us car at Smith’s Auto Sales was a very smooth and hassle free experience. Everyone in the office was kind, helpful, and made every aspect of our purchase experience better than expected. We would not hesitate to buy from Dustin again as he had exactly the car we wanted for an amazing price! They even called five days later to see how the car was running for us. My wife and I just purchased a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan from Smith’s Auto Sales of Clarion a few months ago. This vehicle was for my wife and she just absolutely loves it! I can't say enough about Dustin, Bob, and Rob at Smith's Auto Sales. They were absolutely great to work with and made the process of buying my 2016 GMC Sierra an absolute breeze.
