After searching for a Ram Cummins for many months, I found Smiths online and drove there approx 400 miles from upstate NY. The first truck we saw was not quite what we were looking for, nice vehicle but not what we had in mind. We took a second trip about 3 months later to see another that seemed to be in line with what we wanted. We drove it home that day. We were very satisfied with the entire process. We’ve had the truck now for 3+ months and have driven it about 5,000 miles. It does everything we had hoped and more, could not be more pleased with it. I would highly recommend Josh & his team if you’re in the market for a clean used truck and don’t want to play the games so many other dealers are known for.

We were interested in a truck from Smith’s and got the financial paperwork completed. We live in Juniata County and weren’t able to come down until the middle of the week. Although the truck was wanted by other people they waited for us to come. They weren’t in a hurry to just make a sale and we were thankful that they kept it for us. Such an easy buying process and they were friendly and knowledgeable on our purchase. We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

I understand first come first serve but they definitely screwed me over on this one. Went to purchase a car from them but the vehicle wasn’t working properly so they told me to come back a few days later after they fix the issues. I called to follow up and they let me know the car was fixed so I told them I’d be there in just a few hours for the car. About 2 hours later while I was on the way to buy the car they called back to inform me they sold it to someone else. If you’re interested in a vehicle from this company make sure you treat it like a race because they won’t show any respect for your time. Smiths made it beyond clear that they couldn’t care less about the customer, they just want the sale so don’t expect to feel special.
