Brian really listened to what I wanted in a car and helped me narrow down what it was that I really NEEDED in a vehicle. He was very on top of looking out for a good deal, so when a previously owned Envision came into Snell, he contacted me immediately to get me in to see it and take it for an overnight to see if it really was what I wanted. Had a very nice experience buying our car, no problems, no pressure. I hate it when dealers play price games. James H. And Julio were both very nice we talked about the price and in a few minutes reached a deal. I asked Julio to clean the rims and he did it right away. Also in the financial department, Reid was very helpful and they rustproofed the car and delivered it to within a short distance from my house as I live 4&1/2 hrs from there. Great experience overall and they even threw in a swag bag!

Brian was extremely helpful in the purchase of our Dodge Durango. We weren't expecting to find this in a GM lot, but he went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we were looking for. We've purchased from Snell before, and appreciate the laid back atmosphere, and the fact that the salesmen aren't overly aggressive to "make a sale". We have spent time looking at different brands of pickups over the last several months. We had decided if we got a new pickup, it would be a GMC we were not ready to make the purchase. Drew Dauer was the person we worked with as we evaluated the GMC lines last winter. He was very helpful and when we made our decision, he understood and told us he would call us back in the summer. He did that and also told us there were some great deals to look at. We came in, looked at the deals and bought a new pickup, all the time not feeling pressured by Drew. He just answered any questions we had and it was a very good buying experience. We felt Drew worked with us to accomplish our ownership of the pickup.

Generally disappointing car buying experience. Car is great, but sales/finance personnel very lackluster. Finance guy bordering on downright unfriendly. Seemed to just want to get rid of us.Dealer seemed annoyed when I wanted to test drive a couple cars.Bought a certified pre-owned Cadillac. When I asked about what it meant to be certified, and what warranty came with it, dealer didn't know. Said the finance guy would tell me about it. Told the finance guy what the dealer said, and he kind of just ignored me.Minor, but annoying thing. The dealer at one point says he is giving me 3 months free car washes. I comment that I probably won't use them since I live too far away, and don't make it to Mankato much. Finance guy later tells me I get a choice between car washes and a gift card. Ask the dealer about what the finance guy told me, and he said it was too late. He already gave me the car washes, so there is nothing he can do.About a week after I bought the car, I get a call from the collision department wanting to schedule a visit. No one had told more when I bought it that the vehicle needed repairs, so this was a surprise. Also a pain given how far away we live.Nothing terrible, but nothing great either.

Brain was very helpful answering the questions I had. I found him to be honest. If I asked him a question he didn't know, he Told me so, and then found the answer for me. He did every thing he said he would. He allowed us to have an extended drive with the vehicle and understood when I wanted time to research and crunch numbers. He has followed up with me to make sure I am very happy and satisfied with the purchase. Reid was very knowledgable and thorough in the performance of his duties. The overall experience was excellent, efficient and relatively quick.

He then allowed us to take a test drive and give a time to discuss as a family if we wanted to buy the car. We decided to trade in our Yukon that we had previously bought through Jeff at Snell. I messaged Jeff with a few questions and asked if we could stop in the next day and test drive. He quickly responded and said he was gone til Thursday but would have another sales person help us. We contacted Snell the next morning and got set up to meet Nick. The only issue I have come across was the trade in value I was quoted online was different from the offer I got at the dealer. When I questioned them about it they said the most my trade in would list for was $29.4k. I see they have listed it for $1k more. I just don't think they where fair in the trade in.

My husband and I decided to make Snell Motors are first stop in what we thought was going to be a long day of car shopping. Jason Cole came out to greet us and we let him know what we were looking for in a car. Jason showed us a couple of cars that we had in mind and then he told us about a brand new car that he felt would fit out needs and wants. Jason was right on when he showed us the Buick Verano and after taking it for a test drive we were sold! Jason was very professional and had a great sense of humor which made buying the car fun. All the staff at Snell Motors were very pleasant and easy to deal with. I have been bragging to my friends about all the extras Snell Motors provide when it comes to buying a new car!

Just following our purchase of a new 2015 Regal Buick Consumer Report's named it the Number one rated Sport Sedan for 2015. Buick was also noted for it's improved ranking in the reliability category as well. Buick is doing it right. I begin with Jeff Wondra.... When we began searching for a vehicle, Jeff thankfully reviewed a variety of different modelsfrom sport utility vehicles, to autos and even a brief overview of their truck line. The truck purchase will eventually happen but not at the present time. We didn't know what we needed and Jeff directed us through Snell's Inventory.Eventually Liz and I realized we kept going back to the Regal.. The cars interior and exterior was esthetically pleasing..to the point of being unique in it's design. It is truly different from so many of today's automobiles. Quality made inside and out. That was obvious. And then we drove it.....Power to spare, quiet, great visibility, and in response to changing traffic patterns, the drive seemed to move along in effortless fashion. Again, everything about it's production seems tight..It's a beautifully made automobile. And to seal our purchase, Jeff Wondra's assistance could not have been better. This was my first time leading the car buying experience, and the only reason it was stressful was due to myself. From my first contact with Snell it was friendly experience. Once I found the vehicle I was looking for and connected with David it was smooth sailing. I don't live in the area, so wasn't able to check out the vehicle myself. I arranged for my parents to go physically check out the vehicle, and he answered all there questions. David and I then exchanged phone calls to keep the ball rolling, doing what we could until I could make it down. When I was finally able to make it down, the process and experience was nothing but seamless and friendly. David covered everything he had covered with my parents, and made me feel like no question was a dumb question. While taking me on a 'tour' of my new vehicle there was new sound, David immediately said he would have Service look at and remedy before I left the lot. Due to that we spent a good amount of time at the dealership, but at no time was I annoyed by it. Even while we were waiting, David would come and check on us. I would highly recommend Snell, and David especially to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. As I know my Dad would, and he's hard to impress. We bought a used Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer from Justin and we had a great experience working with him. We were never rushed. When we went to test drive it, we had our kids with us so I was planning on test driving it while my wife and kids waited at the dealership and Justin suggested I move the car seats over and take the kids with on the test drive. He even helped me move the car seats. He gave us as much time to test drive it and for my wife and I to talk about it as we wanted. He was always very friendly and easy to talk to. He knew a lot about the vehicle even though it is not one they sell new. He always kept us informed about our options throughout the process. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Justin.

This is the second new vehicle we have bought from Jeff Wondra. We have found Jeff to be very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining thevehicles and what they do and don't do. He is very patient and doesn't push a sale. He let me take my time as to when the time was right and when we bought the Acadia it wouldn't fit in my garage because of the taller antenna so he went above and beyond to see if there wasa shorter one that would work. He found one, ordered it and put it on the vehicle. If we have any questions, he tells us to come in at any time to find out the answers and always answers them for us. David Boyle was extremely helpful in explaining a new Encore to us. I wanted a crossover vehicle and needed it to be user friendly for me as I am the driver in my family as my husband is legally blind. I needed a vehicle I could adjust to my specifications (raise and lower seat, access to outside mirrors, maneuverable, ease of handling, not so much car to handle. He really acted like he cared about our comfort and how we liked the car. I road tested it and he spent a lot of time answering our questions of which there were many. David has been very, very good about follow up after we bought the car. He has called me often and has given me his cell number if I have any questions. We also came back 2 wks after we bought and he came with us again and went over the things I questioned after driving for a couple weeks. Also, showed how to go thru car wash. He even helped the car wash workers dry down the car after the wash. Today he called to wish me a happy birthday, sent a bd card, and gave my husband and me a gift card to eat in Mankato.I would say he has "bent over backwards" to make our experience with Snell a very rewarding experience. Prior to Jeff calling if I wanted to trade vehicles, I was planning on trading. Then I had the oil changed and changed my mind as I had low mileage on it. However after talking to Jeff and finding out all the changes I was very impressed and decided to trade. However, I decided to lease the new 2014 SRX rather than pay cash being I had such low mileage on the 2012 SRX. I like change and this vehicle had alot of changes in the dash. Snell Motors is a great place to do business. It is very clean and has very friendly employees. I would recommend them to all my friends, relatives and neighbors.

This is the second consecutive vehicle we have purchased from Snell Motors. We were happy with the service received on our first purchase, which brought us back again. Jason Cole was the sales rep. we worked with on this purchase. He was a very friendly person, and made us feel at ease. We were able to take the time to make our decision without being overly pressured (we did not make a purchase on our first visit to Snells). We were able to take different vehicles for a test drive, and were very well informed of the vehicle's performance. Our last SUV was a 2007 GMC Acadia; we are now the proud owners of a 2013 Cadillac SRX. After doing some shopping at other dealerships, we felt that the purchase price was very competitive. We will surely visit Jason at Snell Motors again, when we are ready for another trade.

I purchased my GMC Terrain from Jeff Wondra. It all started with a quick phone call to Jeff that I was interested in purchasing a certain vehicle. Jeff would then call/text me whenever he found a Terrain that met all of my requests. Once we pinpointed the perfect vehicle for me, it seemed like in a blink of an eye, it was mine. Jeff was very patient with me as I was being very picky with small details. He definitely listens to his clients and their specific wants/needs to make sure that they are 100% satisfied. Dustin Baker assisted me with all of the financial details and was very thorough and answered any questions that I had. Steve Baker installed my heated seats and remote start. During installation, I was provided with a loaner Terrain until my vehicle was done, which only took less than one day. I was very pleased with the results of the new installation and the fact that they washed my car inside and out! The whole process from start to finish was flawless and smooth. Several weeks ago I took my 2014 GMC pickups for my regular service and tire rotation which I always do as required at Snells. They do a great of keeping Me informed when I need to have it done. I do all my service work there on my vehicles. Of course when there I always visit Jeff Wondra who happens to be the Salesman that I have done all my business with since the first vehicle I bought from Snells. The first one was a 2012 Enclave a super vehicle as far as We are concerned and love everything about it and would recommend it for anyone who is looking for that type of vehicle to test drive one and You will love it. Then I purchased 2012 GMC extended Cab pickup and again was real happy with it. Then when visiting with Jeff in October of 2012 I asked him what they had in a car with really good gas economy and He showed Me 3012 Buick Regal econo or hybred I guess and He let Me drive it and I fell in love with it and bought it. We have averaged 35.8 miles per gallon in the 24640 miles since I owned it with the best on a trip to Kansas City last Mar. We got 39.3 for that trip. It rides and drives great and I am a bit over 6 ft tall and 210 lbs. and is real comfortable for Me to ride in it. While there to service My 2012 pickup they had this new 2014 GMC parked in front and as I was looking at it Jeff came out and said You need to go for a ride in it and drive it which We did then and of course that was all it took. I asked Jeff what it would cost Me to trade which He did after a bit of figuring and it was a deal I couldn't pass up. He told I would get a lot better gas mileage with it. I only have 1200 miles on it but on a trip to My Son a trip of 470 miles round trip I got 23.1 driving 2 miles over the posted speed limits. Jeff has never mislead Me and will always do My business with him as long as He is there. I have found that all the personal that work there at Snell's are always helpful and ready to help You. So needless to say I will continue to do my service work at Snell's and course I look for Jeff when in need of a new vehicle. He has always been helpful and treats us great and as a friend should treat people. Thanks for knowing You Jeff and all the help You have been to Me and to Snell's for there service. I came in knowing I needed a new vehicle and knew I wanted a truck and thought I had a price range in mind. I had no idea if there would be any possible way to get what I wanted in the price range I had available. I'll tell you what, Justin and Dustin made that happen for me. These are both great guys who do what they can to help make your "wants" possibilities. There were plenty of times over the course of the 3 days we worked together where Justin could have given up when multiple scenarios weren't working out and sent me on my way to another dealership, but he didn't. He might have been frustrated because he was continuously getting low balled, but he always remained extremely polite and professional and genuinely did everything he could to make both sides happy and close a deal. Then when we got to the finance side, Dustin's job wasn't much easier. I had a rate and payment in mind, and he literally went out of his way to get to where I wanted to be. Dustin recommended the Auto Armor to ensure the upkeep of the vehicle, and I'm extremely happy I decided to go with it. I recently had the Auto Armor process completed and the truck looks better than when I bought it! I can't say enough good things about these two guys and hope everyone is able to experience the service and caring attitudes I was able to at the time you purchase your next vehicle! WOW! that was our experience with Justin Pals at Snell Motors. We were so impressed with the sales process start to finish. Michelle, Justin and Dustin are the team that make it happen! Building relationships is their business!!! It all started with Michelle (internet sales), she responded within minutes after submitting my request online. We than set up our appointment with Justin Pals. We met Just late in the evening....but knew right away we wanted to do business with this dealership. I had been looking at GMC Sierra pickups for the past several months at several dealers in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. Justin and Snell Motors were very good to me. They provided me with information on the 2013 models and then the 2014 models to help me in my decsion and puchase. Justin has a no pressure approach which led to a great relationship between us. I felt very comfortable, imformed, and relaxed working with him. I was looking for that one special truck that was just right for me. I wanted a customized truck; something a little different and special. Justin and Steve Baker in the service / accessories department helped find, and then accessorize the perfect truck for me. I live over 150 miles from Snell Motors, but it has been well worth the time of travel to work with such professionals who truely made me feel great about my new GMC Sierra. I'll be back!

They had a nice selection of trucks on hand, offered fair prices on trade our trade ins, and ot us a good finance rate. The first time we worked with Jeff Wondra was when we purchased a new 2008 Cadillac DTS. We visited about the DTS features, as well as our trade in. We made an offer, and it was accepted.This time, we traded the DTS for a new Buick Enclave, as our needs have changed. We visited about the Enclave features. I consistenly receive service support from Randy Petersen which exceed my expectations. he's got a tough job - sometimes he has to deliver disapointing news to a customer - and I feel he empathizes and thnks to Snell generosity, he can sometimes make it better. When needing a new car sales representative I was introduced to Justin Pals. I'm pretty demanding as far as buying a new car, but like to operate quickly and to get it right on the first try. Justin knew exactly what I was demanding as far as style of negotiation, respected it, and again, thanks to Snell generosity, we got to a win-win situation for all parties involved in a matter of hours.This is the way to do business.

We did do a fair amount of waiting while the finance manager worked up the offer, but it was evident that they were doing their best to present us with the most fair offer. They presented us with a lease deal and a purchase deal, and we ended up leasing rather than our intention to purchase. This decision was made because they found some really beneficial incentives that fit our intentions for this vehicle purchase and fit our financial situation. They weren't just working with a customer, they were working with US and our personal needs. Finally, the Buick we purchased is top-notch. We stopped in at Snell Motors as our first stop after we decided we were going to buy a new vehicle. We were looking at a GMC Terrain when Derrick asked if he could be of assistance. After showing us the basics of the terrain we looked at a few other examples and he offered us an opportunity to take a test drive. We really liked the first car we drove but decided it was just outside of our price range. We then test drove the first vehicle we had looked at and the offer we got on this one was within our price range. A few days later we picked the vehicle up and Derrick did an awesome job of explaining all the features on our new car. He was very easy to understand and was very patient with us as we are senior citizens and not very "tech" savvy. I returned for a 3rd vehicle purchase. Jeff Wondra told me that they were selling the vehicle for $999 less than advertised. What a wonderful surprise! At first I was not sure I wanted to complete the sales transaction after test driving. However, the General Sales Manager, Ben Borer said he would not refund my $500 deposit, even though I was told it would be if I was not completely satisfied. The exhaust system was custom and very loud! Nevertheless, Jeff said they would replace the exhaust with $400 cost. I decided to keep the exhaust and figure out how I would take care of replacing it later. Jeff assured me that it was not his decision to not refund my deposit. I am grateful for the ability to finance the vehicle and the efficient turnaround time between the finance department and Jeff to get me approved for the vehicle. After I decided to purchase the vehicle because I did not want to lose my deposit, Patrick was very helpful and pleasant when explaining the paperwork. As a result, I am glad I purchased the vehicle. It is a very nice car for a great price. I am getting used to the loud exhaust....In addition, Jeff arranged for a discount on the purchase of new Tires on my first vehicle. I had asked Jeff if he could get me a good price on a 3rd set of tires from Snell on my first vehicle I purchased from the dealership and he was able to get $50 off for me. Overall, I am satisfied and will probably return for another vehicle in the future. Once again, my dog was welcome in the dealership and for that I am appreciative.

Darrick was very helpful, patient and competent while we were shopping for 2 different vehicles. He introduced us to the other employees who would be handling parts of our transaction. He has followed up more than once to see how the vehicle is performing and my satisfaction with the purchase. We purchased a 2013 GMC Terrain in a Grey Green Color. It is a very nice looking vehicle-inside and out! It has many of the desirable features we were looking for. Jerry Netland was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the features in a manner in which we could understand and be able to use them. There was an immediate issue with the radio. The service department, especially Bill Fischer, dealt with the problem and solved the problem for us. We were given a vehicle to drive while the our vehicle was repaired. I purchased my 2nd GMC Terrain from Snell Motors. Love the vehicle, hope the 2013 version takes care of 2 shortcomings present in the 2011 version....excessive road noise and dust infiltration. Best features of the vehicle are great interior room (even my husband and son who are 6'4" have leg room), and the fuel economy. This vehicle is great for my day to day needs when driving our GMC Yukon would far less economical. As usual, my sales person, Tom Buskey, did a great job of providing knowledgeable, efficient service. Always enjoy car shopping at Snell Motors.

The reason I returned to purchase a 2nd vehicle is because of the excellent performance I have received from the 1st vehicle I purchased. The 1st car has been extremely reliable. I felt very confident after knowing the meticulous inspection the vehicles undergo from the service department. When I arrived to purchase the 2nd vehicle, I was greeted and assured my sales person, Jeff would be with me once he finished with his current customer. I was able to take the vehicle for a test drive while he finished. After I noticed an issue with the vehicle, Jeff immediately had the car taken back to service to confirm the issue and have it repaired. I was also able to take my dog into the dealership, have her ride in the car when I test drove it and she even went up on the hoist when the car was being repaired. My 'family' was very welcome at the dealership. That was important and I appreciated it. I am extremely happy with my 2nd purchase, the service, and the overall experience. I recommended a friend to the service department and she had new tires put on her vehicle. My 1st car had new tires and they lasted over 80,000 miles. I went back and purchased a 2nd set for my 1st car. The quality of every aspect of the dealership is top-notch!

Our experience with Snell Motors was exceptional, primarily due to Dave's personal, friendly, and very knowledgeable assistance. His patience and ability to meet a customer's personal needs surpassed any salesman, of any kind, that I have ever dealt with. The only negative experience we had was making the mistake of dealing at month's end and ended up waiting more than an hour to talk with the finance department. Not necessarily Dave's fault or Snell's, but perhaps if they know the last week of the month is the busiest, they should add more finance staff. Overall, I will go out on a limb and recommend that Dave, though a new employee, could potentially be your best salesman. I have bought cars at Snell in the past, but this time was different, from the very beginning Justin was very helpful, we looked at a couple different cars and the financing was not quite working out for the vehichles that i was looking at. Then Justin suggested a lease, i was so pleased when they came back and said i qualified for a lease on a brand new Buick Verrano. I have been driving for 30 years now, have only had one other brand new car, that was a 1989 Chevy Beretta. I had been driving a 1995 Chevy Blazer for the last year or so with no air, no CD player, needless to say i was blown away by all of the options and Justin helped me set up my Bluetooth to the radio and getting the Onstar activated. Everyone at Snell was great!! I even gave them some Angie's Kettle Corn, as I am the Warehouse Supervisor there. I would recommend Snell Motors to everyone I know.

I am writing you to thank you for the great experience that I have had purchasing my 2005 GMC Serra from Tom Buskey. When I arrived at you dealer ship I was not looking forward to purchasing a new vehicle because of the last two dealer ships that I had experience with. I was at Mankato Ford before I arrived at your dealership and was not impressed with the sales person that helped me. She was very pushy and wanted to make the sale more than anything and did not care if I was not comfortable with it. Needless to say I left the dealership and was not impressed with the quality of vehicle in the lot and the sales person.When I arrived in the Snell lot, I was amazed at the quality of used vehicle that you had on your lot at a great price. A short time after my wife and I were looking at the vehicle Tom Buskey came to assist me. He opened a vehicle and had great information on the vehicle and was great on the approximate price of the payment a month. Ultimately I found the great deal you had on the 2005 GMC Serra. The truck had everything that I wanted in a truck. It was nice to be able to take the vehicle for a test drive without the sales person in the vehicle. It gave me and my wife a chance to discuss the purchase and weather the vehicle was a good fit for us. Upon our arrival back at the dealership, Tom again was able to give me great information on the truck and approximate payment, which fit in my price range. I also appreciate that Snell Motors gave me a great price on my trade in (I did not feel that I was ripped off). The total experience with Snell Motors and Tom was GREAT.From my past vehicle purchases, once the deal was done and you drove off the lot the dealership was done with you. I found this to be very different with Snell Motors, Tom Busky and Asst. Service Manager Eric Hazelton. A short time after I purchased the truck, I noticed the transmission coolant lines were leaking, which was covered under the limited warranty. However when the temp actuator was malfunctioning, I was told that Snell Motors would cover the labor but the price of the part was going to be my cost. Eric was at least willing to work with me on the price of the part due to me only purchasing the truck 2 or so weeks earlier and only putting about 500 miles on it. When Tom saw me, he actually remembered me and asked how everything was going. When he found out about the problem, he met with his boss and then met with me and told me not to worry about it. He told me that Snell Motors will take care of it. This is the part that made me a Snell Motors Customer for life. Your Staff made me feel like they cared about what they sell and will stand behind it. It also made me feel that I didnt have to spend $60,000.00 to feel important to you. I will be telling all my friends and family to come see you on any vehicle needs. I just wanted to write you and say thank you for the great service that I had and say it is nice to see that a company like Snell Motors still cares for their customers after the sale. We knew exactly the vehicle we wanted to test drive. John was extremely helpful, straight forward and honest with us. Five days after purchasing the vehicle it started missing and the checking engine light came on. I contacted John.He set up an appointment for me on the next morning. I was looking to trade my Volvo XC90 for a USA made vehicle. Mike Coombe took the time to review all SUV options at Snell and even lined up SUVs next to my Volvo so I could compare size. I was undecided and went home to research the Enclave website. I found a 2011 Enclave AWD with the options I wanted at a different dealership and asked Mike if they could get it. i thought the overall Snell experience was amazing! it was a very nice facilty with a lot of options and Justin was willing to let me test drive whatever i wanted! i live about 90 miles away, so to make it an easier process, justin sent me several emails with pictures and info about cars that i might possibly be interested inm weeks in advance. when i first got to Snell i was greeted by an eager salesman, we then got into the car that i wanted to test drive(and ended up buying), went to a local mexican restaraunt for a treated lunch, went for a drive in the country, and then back to the dealership to discuss more options to make sure i would be satisfied. The overall experience was impressive, and it takes a lot to impress me! I would,and have, reccomend Snell to everybody!!

I was in the market for a different car and contacted Jeff Wondra at Snell Motors and set up a meeting with him. I told him exactly what I wanted and the next saturday I was driving my new car home! We had a great experience with our sales rep John Wilhelm! It was Christmas eve day and found the car my husband has been wanting since they came out in July 2011, the all new Buick Lacrosse E-Assist at their dealership. We couldn't get delivery that day obviously due to the holidays, but John went out of his way to create a video and send it via email so on Christmas morning my husband would have it to view. It was awesome! Picked up the car on Monday Dec 26th and they were completely thorough on all the ins and outs of everything functional on the vehicle. Husband is a Very happy camper! Thanks John

Jeff Wondra is a very down-to-earth, easy-to-talk-to guy. We are always skeptical of salesmen; we never know if we are getting a line or the truth. I recently bought a buick regal at snell. My salesmen who was john wilhelm greeted my daughter and i when we got there and took his time to get to know us! He was very helpfull in helping us select a vehicle and showing us the buick regal. We shopped 3 other dealers and decided to buy from snell because the way were trated and the top level of staff that we dealt with!

Jeff made my car buying experience so fun. I was introduced to my used Yukon XL by an unveiling. Yes, a used purchase and I felt like the most important customer in the world! He took me seriously when I asked for what I wanted and hunted and hunted until he found the perfect vehicle. We will definitely go back for all our GMC needs.

I bought a used car from Snell in Oct. '11. Buying the car from Snell was like any typical dealership but as soon as I signed the papers they could careless about customer service. I had a vibration issue with the car that was brought to their attention and I was made to feel stupid for bringing it in to them. The car was still within their 30 day/1000 mile coverage warranty. The assistant service manager didn't want to waste the technicians time diagnosing the issue so he had a low level service employee rebalance all four tires. One day later I noticed that the service employee took a big chip of paint off my rim. I brought the car back to them the next day to show them and they said they didn't do it but they will get me some touch-up paint to cover it up. I waited two weeks and no call or paint. I went back to Snell and talked to the service department they told me to talk to parts to find this paint. Parts department had no clue where this paint was located. They took my name and number and said someone will call me later that day. It has now been almost two months and I haven't received a call or the paint. My girlfriend bought a car from Snell and they told her if she refers anyone to snell and they buy a car she would get $50. Well It has been almost two months and she has yet to receive the $50. We have been there twice asking them where her gift is and they say oh when the paper work must have been lost and we'll get that out to you ASAP! They have not.If they have a problem getting me touch-up paint and shelling out $50, I would not want to deal with them if I had a bigger issue. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone!Nick

This dealership is not good for their word, even if it's in writing. They are out to rip you off so beware!! When you think of Snell, think of deceptive sales practices.

First of all, the facilities are gorgeous. Spacious and comfortable. Now for the rest of the story. The salesman was helpful enough but was way too pushy. When we got to the table, the negotiation process was an absolute nightmare. I really had my numbers straight and I kept feeling like I was being talked down to. It was tense and not a good experience. I also felt like the car should be repaired a little bit and I was told that they could do nothing for me. Quite disappointing.
