Purchased a vehicle from here in May. I have had nothing but issues with this dealer from the beginning. The purchase price listed online was inflated by $2,000 when I went to purchase the vehicle, even though I confirmed the price with them the day before when I submitted my deposit to hold it.They then failed to return my $300 deposit at the time of closing, I had to request it afterwards.Then, after 3 months I called to inquire about my plate. I was told that my plate was ready to be picked up (and had been ready for at least a month) so I drove 45 mins to the dealership JUST for it to not be there. I was told to wait 20 minutes. After 45 minutes, I was told to come back the next day. I did. No plate. The next week I called and they confirmed again that the plate was there. So I drive out for the third time and still NO plate. They had lost it. No one knew where it was. After them failing to return my calls, they finally told me that I would have to apply for a plate myself before eventually correcting the issue (long after my paper tag expired). Most recently, I needed to take my car to the mechanic. So I checked the warranty. The WRONG vehicle and VIN was listed on the application. Apparently my warranty ONLY covers a vehicle I literally never purchased. So now I have to wait, again, for them to correct another issue before I can even have my car fixed. Also, when I was checking the warranty info, I noticed that my address was incorrect on the form. So I double checked my registration. ALSO the wrong address. This place is terrible. One issue I can understand, but literally everything they could f*ck up, they did. If I could give them no stars, I would. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere more organized.

I would not recommend anyone to do business with this dealership! We purchased a vehicle from SOHO Motors cars June 7th 2021 & we have not received our license plates/registration! More than 3 months later we still have nothing! We have contacted the dealership multiple times. Sells lady says she will look into it and give us a call back which of course we never receive. We have texted her & called dealership as well and still no answer! This has been going on since August 9th when the temporary plates went out. I’m so close to filling a complaint again this dealership with the Texas department of motor vehicles if they do not do what is right.! And fix this! So save yourself a headache & go purchase from somewhere else!

Ask for Ixel! She went above and beyond for me. I needed the car for our anniversary and she did everything in her power to get me financed even with no credit history. The service took longer than expected but she was very proactive in keeping me updated on the status. Extremely professional. I would recommend her especially.

Spoke with the owner about buying and shipping vehicle, I place a 1k hold on vehicle and the day after told me the vehicle was sold. Wolf in sheep’s clothing. Just happy I was about to recover my original deposit.
