Absolutely 10 stars! We were camping in the U.P. and had a major transmission problem with our Lincoln Aviator. We had it towed in and Sandy was amazing. So caring, understanding , and responsive. We can not say enough! Super service!!! Dave & Kathy

From the second I walked in the door I was treated like an inconvenience. Service department is a mess it seems, no one had answers for any of my questions and neither of the “service techs” sitting at the desk would even think about trying to figure out what I asked. On the other hand their manager Sandy was amazing help and i wish there was 2 more of her helping herself out back there.
