I knew since last winter I needed a new vehicle before this winter. A friend of mine had a Jeep Grand Cherokee which I loved to drive. She has been with Sorg for as long as I've known her. She told me they just gave her a awesome deal for a new 2015 Grand Cherokee and said she would take me to meet her salesman. On Thursday August 13th she picked me up and headed for Sorg's. Upon arriving we found out her salesman was out to lunch, but Rick Ryder asked if he could help. I asked if I could test drive a Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Mr. Ryder set me up with one so my friend and I went for drive. After getting back I told them what I was looking for. I wanted a 4X4 and the V-6 engine which they did not have in stock. By this time my friends salesman Ryan Klase had returned and told me, if could be a little patient he would get me exactly what I wanted. I gave him the OK to get one. After that I was introduced to Kevin Keene, Sorg's Finance manager. He went through everything I needed to do and what was needed to Finance the vehicle. I left very satisfied. The same day I was informed by phone that I could pick up the new vehicle Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. I already had plans for Friday so I told them I would be there Saturday. Upon arriving my new Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4X4 was sitting right beside the office entrance door all shined up really looking good. We did the paperwork, then Mr. Klase went through the entire vehicle with me showing all the features and how to control them. Of both days being there, including the test drive, it didn't take three hours to get the exact vehicle I had been looking for. I have only put a little over 100 miles on the vehicle but am very pleased with it. Great experience Thanks All

My husband was in search for a Chevy HHR panel wagon which are hard to come by. Sorg had a 2008 in stock and it was my husband's favorite color, RED. We live in Chicago so it was a bit of a trek out to Indiana. John Whalen assisted us over the phone with multiple calls and questions prior to us making the 2.5 hour trip. When we got there John already had the car parked by the front door waiting for us. It was spotless and looked like a brand new vehicle! John came out and met us and gave a full overveiw. The inside of the vehicle looked just as shiny and new as the outside. John answered all of our questions. No hassles. No pushing. No hard sale. He let us take it for a test drive and my husband fell in love with it and we made the purchase! Even with the drive, I would not hesitate to buy another car from Sorg. Thanks John!!!

Our salesperson was Patrick and he was knowledgeable about the 2 cars we test drove and was patient while we decided which car we were going to take home that day. The whole process from time we got there until we drove the car off the lot was less than 2 hours. We will definitely go back to Sorg and to Patrick for our next car.

Our family had been looking for a vehicle for our 16 year son for 3 months. We saw that Sorg had a used Jeep Grand Cherokee that was in the range of age, mileage, condition we were looking for. We worked with sales consultant John Whalen to put the deal together. This was the first time we have ever worked with Sorg. I left with the impression that they are a good ethical dealership. During the process there was a few opportunities for Sorg to cut corners or not honor their word. In all situations they made all the right decisions. I would not have any hesitation working with Sorg / John Whalen again in the future.

Patrick was great! My fiance was in the market for Dodge truck and found just what he wanted at Sorg. Patrick gave him the information he needed and made the process of buying a vehicle quick and easy. We have bought vehicles before from other dealers and spent forever at the dealership, this was not the case at Sorg.

Patrick beck is the guy we had. He was awesome. He was straight up with us told us everything we ask for. Never told us a lie. He is the reason that we are happy with the choose we made. Patrick Beck helped us select the Mini Van that best met our objectives. He was helpful every step of the way. Did not badger us but was always available. When picking up the car he was exceedingly helpful in understanding the electronic features that were not on my previous vehicles. I wish that Patrick could have handles all the steps - including talking to us about the extended warranty. We were not prepared to get hit up with the dire warning that something would surely go wrong with something in the electronic systems and we would not be smart to not purchase the warranty. The tone and pressure on this was not in keeping with my work with Patrick.

We came to the dealership at 4:15 on a Monday and drove our new Dart home at 7:15! Great promotional pricing and the salesman was very open about showing us the dealer invoice for our vehicle and explaining the deal pricing. Our sales consultant, Patrick Beck, gave us exactly the right amount of information without being " over the top." The dealership business manager, Rob Snodgrass, went above and beyond in finding us the right financing and expediting the entire process.

I had talked to Patrick Beck about a specific vehicle. We set up a time to test drive it. He had it ready and waiting for me. He was very friendly , courteous and helpful. We discussed the price of the vehicle and the amount I could expect for my trade in. I feel that everything was very fair. The financing process was fast and easy. Thanks, Rob. I had been to this dealership previously for repairs on another vehicle. They kept me informed every step of the way as to time needed for repairs and cost. They went above and beyond, by loaning me a car to use while mine was being repaired.

Would not buy another used vehicle at Sorg ,salesman doesnt want to deal with customer on price, tells you his shop has checked vehicle and it is in A-1 condition and before i even got home with my jeep wrangler the speedo had quit working,the radiator had to be replaced because upper tank was leaking coolant,and the supposedly new brakes still make grinding noise.But of course no warranty,but top dollar for unit.
