Valentina was a pleasure to work with! Price was great!! Communication was excellent and the process was smooth. Ivan gave us details on the work their shop had done on the vehicle and John was helpful too. Be prepared to bring your financing but the price and service are worth arranging that ourselves. Would recommend them!

Not one car lining the street views were for sale at all, wanted to ask about another car on the lot and the lady said it's not for sale either, so if the cars aren't for sale why are they a car lot? Worst customer service ever!!!

I was also sold a bad car that only lasted a month...before needing a new engine..I purchased the car in January of 2021...the car had a little over 140000 miles on it not bad for the year it was...I literally just got the hard plates this week...smh..Yes granted this is a used car dealership however I feel the dealer was not upfront about the car when purchased...when asked has the car been in an accident they said NO....it was clean however when I added it to my insurance...the first thing that pops up is an accident...i made them aware of this...the car was making a strange sound I asked what it was..I was told it was because it hadn't been started in a while...and he replaced the battery...the noise continued and then the car began to shut off on me completely while driving so I decided to take it in and get it checked out by my mechanic and thats when I found out the engine was no good...I called and asked if they could help fix it or even switch cars considering i had only had it for about a month and only drove it to and from work considering what needed to be done to it...he told me no it wasnt his responsibility asked if I had a warranty knowing they did not sell with warranty or even offer extended warranty...but all in the same breath Ivan says "oh i only knew it needed lifters replaced" never once mentioned this during purchase of car when i asked about the odd sound...blaming it on not being started in a while smh...all in all this is a learning experience but also a tough hit for a single mother like myself just trying to make ends meet...if you are buying from a used dealer please take someone who knows about cars or get it checked out BEFORE signing anything because people aren't as honest as you hope they will be....
