SOUTH BAY MINI was the last stop for the day in car hunting, as all the other dealerships were a bust or especially the one that lost their worker & the keys to car.🙃 My friend referred me to this place as every experience he had with them, was exceptional. Moe Ali, Michael Nguyen and Nicole, definitely the hardest people working in the room, as they are willing to work with you if you’re ready to buy a car. They give it to you straight without sugar coating anything. It’s black & white on what’s expected. And they are more than willing to answer any questions and address any requests without attitude. I didn’t rush even though they were closing in an hour. I wanted to make sure everything checks out, especially vehicle service record. Asked about the tires, battery, regular maintenance, discoloration of the paint and more. They will truly work with you and treat you with respect no matter who you are, what you look like, and how much you can put down. The great thing about their used cars, is they’re picky on what they receive, because they only want the best of the best. Overall, I would definitely return to South Bay next time, to purchase the next whip! Thank you for your service & commitment to the customers & not the $$$$.

I was coming in to purchase a new electric vehicle and I was greeted by Michael Nguyen. He was very kind and an enthusiastic salesman. He was very prepared and even took me for a test drive that was able to show off all the vehicles capabilities. He expertly explained the difference between the signature plus and base model. I left with enough knowledge to feel confident in my purchase. This ordeal was an easy decision for me and a deal was made in only 3 days!! Impressive considering I felt I was getting the run around with other non-mini dealerships. Michael and Mo even went above and beyond and assisted me after hours. Michaels expertise and professionalism was top notch, I will definitely be a return customer.

Took my mini in for an oil change and battery replacement on Thursday morning 8AM and was told that the service would be completed on Friday afternoon at the latest. Now being told that the service will be completed on Monday at the earliest. How long does it really take physically to perform an oil change? 1 hour at most? also they were out of loaner vehicles Thursday, Friday, and Saturday so I'm stuck without a vehicle to drive over the weekend. What sort of repair shop takes more than 3 business days for an oil change. You might have a 5 star sales experience but what happens when your vehicle needs service? Is it still a 5 star experience to wait 3 business days for an oil change? Service and maintenance is the larger portion of the vehicle ownership and definitely something to consider when shopping for a new vehicle.

Had the best experience buying a new Mini here! Mario is a wonderful salesperson and Mo treats you like he’s selling to a friend. They cared about finding exactly what I wanted and really delivered. Super informative, friendly, and easygoing experience. Can’t recommend this dealership enough!

I have got to say that Mo Ali at South Bay MINI was one of the best and kindest salesman I have ever met. From my first call he was taking the time to not just sell me on a car but help me find the right car for me. He worked to make sure that he could get me the one that I wanted and made sure that I got a great trade in value of my own car. Even though we arrived late to the dealership he still took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered and we didn't feel rushed. I would only ever work with this man for future cars in the area and can easily recommend him and his team.
