This was without a doubt , the best car buying experience I have ever had . (and believe me , I've bought a lot of cars at other dealerships). Andrew (our salesman)was pleasant , efficient , and really knew the product. From the buying to the signing of the paperwork, everything went smoothly and very fast. Not to mention the great deal ! Jon McGinnis was my salesman and he was awesome! Jon knows the product inside and out which it easy to make a decision. There was absolutely no pressure and the deal was the best around. It was also the fastest I have ever bought a car, 2 hours from sit down to driving off the lot.

The best service I have had in years. I was rethinking about going back to a General Motors product once my lease was up due to the mediocre service I experienced at another Kia dealership. The professionalism and friendliness extended by the entire staff especially Jerald Kopelic service advisor and Andy Mulheren sales associate was above and beyond my expectations. I will be returning to lease another Kia and it will be with south hills Kia. Thanks again for a great experience!

Eddie was my sales guy. We spent hours together test driving cars until I found the perfect model for my taste. Never felt pushed into getting one model over another and I felt like he did more listening to what I wanted then selling me on anything. Great people person. Got my mother a shuttle home since the process was taking long and did his best to not only relate to me but to her even knowing she had nothing to do with the purchase. I take nothing bad away from the experience and would recommend South hills KIA to anybody interested in buying a new car

I am driving my new KIA Sportage and love, love, love it! Only 300 miles registered; but I am confident that I will continue to be happy for another $100,000 +. South Hills Kia had an abundance of makes and models to choose from....it was hard to decide....A special shout-out to Eddie Aguirre in the sales department. He was very informative on the options on all KIA models and put me in the vehicle that best suits my driving needs. Financing was painless. Free car washes for my Sportage any day, any time, is an awesome perk, too!I hope that when its time for servicing, I find the same reasonable prices and high level of customer service that I received when purchasing the vehicle.

The salesman, Andrew, did a fine job of explaining the vehicle and completing the sale w/o any tricks or "cheap sales talk". The pickup process was also great as the finance person, Lou, had a lot of patience in explaining the paperwork. All in all a "10" and a fine experience!

My wife and I have purchased four Kia automobiles (2 Cadenzas and 2 Sorentos) from Eddie and the folks at South Hills Kia. The sales process could not be more informative nor more considerate of our needs. We have had the opportunity to utilize the service department (both at the old facility and at the newly renovated facility). The service folks are very considerate and knowledgeable. Many items have been covered under basic warranties (oil changes, car washes and inspection costs). We are now "expecting" a new arrival in about a month. I'm not certain whether another Sorento will be chosen or, maybe, a Sportage. In either case, I am sure we will be treated with courtesy and consideration. This is the best dealership experience I have had in my young (68) life.

After visiting other dealerships using time wasting tactics I was surprised at the low pressure, customer centered experience at this dealership. After much research I found their prices to be very competitive and their sales and management staff well informed making the purchase actually enjoyable. I would recommend our salesperson Jared to anyone as he was friendly, knowledgeable and upfront which is all that I could ask. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I just leased a new car from Eddie Aguirre. I purchased a Sorento from him in 2011 so this is the second car we have gone to South Hills Kia for. Eddie is a very professional salesperson and he is truly an asset to South Hills Kia. This was the first time we leased a car and he made us feel very confident that we had made the right decision and he explained every detail of the process. He also spent a lot of time explaining all of the new features on the Sorento and invited me back if I had additional questions. Great job Eddie - thank you!

Tried to return a KIA leased vehicle that was due for turn in and they refused it. Due to the fact that it was not bought there. They will not accept any vehicle but their own. Any leased vehicle can go back to any dealership of that brand. Sales manager Patrick Winter (owners brother imagine that) boldly stated to leave the lot or he would call the police. We waited for them to arrive explained the story and was told to report them to KIA under a civil matter.......

Ryan was friendly and attentive, and patiently and respectfully answered all of our questions. We knew what we wanted and he didn't attempt to pull us from that path, but did work out the best deal we could ask for on a very clean used car. Even when we got a surprise in finance, the manager, Patrick, kept his word. Also, maintenance was prompt and courteous. Finally, we were invited to take advantage of a couple of little perks for buying from the dealership - niceties I thought reserved for bigger spenders. Kia South Hills will get a repeat customer when the time comes.
