J helped me out and is hands down the only reason I made the effort to come almost an hour from my home to drive out to south Houston Nissan. His reach is pretty far, otherwise I would have gone to any other place that would accept me. He worked with my budget and actually spent all day trying to figure out what vehicle would best fit me. He showed me vehicles that I asked for and didn’t convince me to get more than what I could afford. Really nice guy and great service. The only thing I had an issue with was lack of communication with service department. When I went back for my oil change they were confused why I was there and asking why I wanted it for free, i had the paperwork so it was resolved but if I didn’t have that then there would have been nothing they could do. Mario from service helped me out and is also a really good guy, they didn’t make me feel bad for not having knowledge. I’ll be going back to refinance when my first year of payments are up and I’m happy to get the car I got. First vehicle that has A/C and all the windows/doors work. I absolutely love my vehicle and will continue to keep it for as long as I can. Thanks J, and thanks Mario, you guys are great at customer service.

What I love most about Nissan is Justin! He has such a professional vibe when you enter the doors of their dealership. He is very proficient and caring about his consumers. He is understanding and not forceful. No stress when it comes to picking out your perfect dream car! Don’t let the negative reviews about Nissan trick your mind!

Justin was the very best car salesman my mother and I have ever worked with! He was patient, very knowledgeable on all the questions that we had and was so friendly! He definitely made the entire car buying process from start to finish a great one! All of the staff was very polite and cheerful which is a plus considering how busy the market is for car shopping right now! Will recommend Justin and this location to all of my family and friends. Also the finance department was terrific as well! Thank you for helping me find my new car , I love it! :)

Ms. Sanchez is the best Sales Consultant. She made the process extremely easy, and the Finance Manager is a prior veteran who handled everything honest and true. No issues at all. I recommend you ask for Ms Sanchez. She keeps it real. She treated my son and Wife like Family. Always going out the way to make us feel at home.
