*WARNING!! WARRANTY WARNING!* We bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara brand new at South Pointe Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We did not care to get the extended warranty but the guy in financing told us that if we never used the warranty we would get all of our money back (not a prorated amount). He even highlighted in the paperwork where it said that. So, we paid $2700 for the extended warranty that we didn't want in the first place. Flash forward to this year. We traded in the Jeep to buy a truck. We had never used the warranty. We called South Pointe Chrysler Jeep Dodge to get our money back for the warranty. Julia Matulis told us that since we didn't keep the warranty for the whole time we would only get 27% of what we paid back. The warranty was for 6 years, 72,000 miles. We had it for 5 years, 50,000 miles. WE WERE NEVER TOLD WE HAD TO KEEP THE WARRANTY UNTIL IT EXPIRED TO GET 100% OF THE MONEY BACK. We were told if we never used the warranty, we would get 100% of what we paid back. I drove there to talk to Julia Matilus in person. I showed her where the finance guy had highlighted saying we were getting 100% back. She told us that if it were their other finance guy she would believe that he lied and she would do something about it but not the one we had because she had known him for 5 years and he would never mislead us. She said its a he-said/she-said matter and she believes him, not us. He told us we would get 100% of the money we paid back. He skipped over the fine print saying we had to keep it for the life of the warranty to get the 100% back and purposefully mislead us. Now they refuse to help us in rectifying this matter. We will NEVER purchase from company's who hide things in small print, blatantly lie to us, and treat us with such disrespect. We would have gladly referred all friends and family to buy from South Pointe Chrysler Jeep Dodge but now I will never. Julia Matilus and everyone else we talked to about this matter have been extremely rude and unhelpful.

One of the reasons we chose this dealership was because the paperwork process was organized and flowed smoothly. We definitely would consider buying from them again, but we plan to keep this new truck for a very long time!. Once we found the truck we knew we wanted to buy, they made the process easy and we felt like we got a good/fair price. The salesperson, & sales office was friendly, knowledgeable and not-pushy. Well I wrote the review about them scratching in my car around radio when repaired well they reached out and fixed it just left different scratches I just don't understand how a place that deals with new car can be so careless its unbelievable I am never going back there for my auto needs and customer service is horrible they act like I'm the crazy one because I care about my car and don't want them scratching it. So I guess I will find another dodge dealer to get fixed what they scratched and take a hit in my pocket because seriously if I do go back to them it's gonna be a never ending scratch my whole car up everytime they fix something thing!!!!!!!

It all started in November 2014 I had a problem left my car they couldn't make it duplicate so I got it back and what do you know did every other day so went back and they said if you leave it again and it doesn't do it we can't do anything so I didn't leave it that time as I needed my car. Tried to get help from where I bought it at but since it was still under warranty they couldn't touch it. So I went back to south point they had my car for a 5 days got it back it did it again brought it back they had it for 6 days got it back they didn't connect the antenna back when they put it back together and they managed to scratch the dash right under radio brought it back so they could fix that well got it back antenna is hooked back up but the SCRATCH is still there lighter but still there looks like they tried to buff it out!!!!!! Ridiculous

I bought a brand new Dodge Durango from South Pointe CJD in 2011 and I always used their service department for the regular maintenance of the vehicle. I really like my Durango and will keep it until the wheels fall off... so far it has 25000 miles on it. December 23rd: I brought the vehicle to the service dept for the TIPM recall. I also asked them to investigate an issue with a strange sound that occurred when I shifted the gear to drive or reverse. I left the vehicle in their shop and asked the service advisor to call me with any update. Did not receive any call, so I went there to check. The service advisor told me that the vehicle was not ready so they gave me a rental car since the vehicle is still under warranty. December 24th: Did received a call from the service advisor that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. The advisor said that they could not find anything wrong regarding the strange sound. December 26th: In the morning I brought the vehicle back to the service dept and showed the strange sound to a technician. He said he never saw this kind of issue before and suggested that another tech (a transmission tech) look at it. So I left the vehicle with them and I asked the service advisor to call me with any update. Did not receive any call, so at 6 pm I went there to check. The service advisor said that the tech was busy so he suggested what if I leave the vehicle at the shop and tomorrow a more experienced tech would look at it. I okayed. December 27th (Saturday): Did not receive any call from them, so at 3:45 pm I went there to check. The service advisor who took care of the paperwork was not in. Another service advisor told me that he did not have anything to tell me; he told me that the more experienced tech was not in that day. He said it would be next Monday. So, they did not do what they said they would do; in fact they did not do anything at all with the vehicle. The vehicle just sat in the parking lot covered with snow (it was snowing that day). I kept calm though I was very disappointed with what happened. I decided to take the vehicle back in my possession. I am not an idiot therefore I will NOT come back to South Pointe CJD service department for my vehicle services. And... my next vehicle purchase surely will NOT be from South Pointe!

I have recently brought my jeep to your service center. I was excited to get it up and running. They called me a couple days later and told me how much it would be to fix everything. I told them to fix it and I'd be in there the 30th to pay. The person told me it would be around $800 to fix everything and that's when I gave him the okay to fix. But when I actually went to pick it up, they had not fixed everything and my price jumped from $800 to about $1900! They miscommunicate A lot. I have heard nothing but good things about them, but my Experience wasn't that great.

Their Eprice I was told was the price out the door. They stated in emails and on the phone they had no add ons like several other dealerships in the Oklahoma city area. That is a lie. They add on a document fee just like the other guys. The only difference is that the other guys tell you up front they are doing it.

Brought my jeep in for service with an appointment and first off they dont have loaners so you have to wait or take the shuttle and that took 40 minute for him to come get me. So if you jave no whereto be for an hour and want to waste your time sitting in the waiting room go here

Jean Pierre was friendly with a good sense of humor and not only low pressure but no pressure. He took a considerable amount of time showing us different models of both Dodge and Grand Cherokee. He worked to find us a vehicle from another dealer at a price we were willing to pay. Overall, a good experience considering I would normally take a beating then deal with a car salesman.

I have been shopping online for months for a new Jeep. I went to south Pointe because their online selection was great! I had never driven a Jeep before and knew little about the differences in them. My salesman Vic explained the differences and guided me to exactly what I wanted! the finance manager was extremely helpful in explaining the many finance options I had.
