I would recommend the gentleman that we worked with, hands down. Being a woman I can feel “on guard” when making certain purchases, BUT I have never had such incredible service. I stopped by on a whim and Zach actually took his time, and bless his heart, I know that man has been blessed with patience:) My husband and I appreciated feeling welcomed and not at all rushed. My husband has plans to purchase a new truck from him for our small business. We look forward to working with Zach Monks again and will gladly recommend him to anyone that will listen.

Josh Boom is absolutely the BEST!!! We have purchased 5 vehicles from South Point but the last 3 Josh has been our sales guy - I even sent my daughter there for her 1st car purchase and he took care of her and made her 1st dealership purchase a pleasant and hassle free experience! I can't recommend him enough - he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and makes sure YOU are happy with your purchase! Josh goes above and beyond and is more than just a sales guy!!

I called and made an appointment with South Pointe Dodge to repair a dash on my daughter’s Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. I arrived at the dealership two hours before the appointment to drop the SUV off. I assumed that since I had an appointment with the dealership, the Jeep would be completed by the end of the day. I received a phone call about 3:45, the day of the appointment, to let me know the cost of the repair and that the technician that could repair the dash was not there. Frank said that he would get to it on Monday. On Monday, I called Frank, the service consultant, to touch base about the Jeep. Frank called me back in a bit to let me know that the Jeep was being worked on and that it would be finished that day. Early that afternoon I had not heard from Frank, so I called and left him a message asking him to let me know the progress. He called me back around 4:00 to let me know that the Jeep was finished. When I arrived and paid $1100, I noticed that the Jeep was not completely repaired. I went back into the Service Department and Frank said that the tech didn’t tell him until he brought the Jeep around and he forgot to tell me because he was busy. He then proceeded to tell me that the part, which was a damaged portion of the old dash that was set on top of the new dash, would be around $180 and it would be an additional 3-5 days before the new part could come in due to the fact that it was back ordered. This is all incredibly frustrating because if the vehicle was looked at during my initial appointment 3 days prior, then they could’ve ordered the part and had the dash completely fixed. They also never let me know that an additional part was damaged in the first place, and would’ve probably never mentioned it if I didn’t make sure that it was repaired completely prior to leaving the dealership. My daughter’s SUV is still not completely fixed, despite the fact that the sole purpose of the vehicle’s being there was to fix the damaged dash COMPLETELY. Why would you put a broken part back on a new dash that was $1100 to fix? Why would you not call someone if you found that an additional piece of the dash needed to be replaced? Why would you not tell someone that the technician wasn’t there as soon as we dropped it off? If a vehicle is scheduled for an appointment, it’s their job to make sure that the concern can be attended to. It’s a dealership that apparently cannot fix the very vehicles it sells, quite embarrassing if you ask me. You would’ve thought that all of the above questions, and more, would be common sense, but no one at this establishment cares enough to inform me of any of these issues. I feel as if the ball was completely dropped since the moment we dropped off the vehicle. The customer service was aggressively below the lowest standards that should be set by an establishment. If you’re going to take your vehicle there, don’t. Use the gas, and your time, wisely and drive to the other Jeep dealership in Tulsa. If I could give this experience a true rating, it would be a 0, or a -1100. Frank, do better.
