Ronald Jones, my salesperson, was very kind and courteous to me, which meant so very much. From allowing me my first test drive, through negotiation of the sales price and trade-in value (which, in the current market, I considered to be fair), through his prompt communications, and thorough preparation of my vehicle for delivery and orientation, it made the experience that much better for me. Also, Lisa Santoro, from Finance, I feel was very open and informative about the different financing and vehicle protection options and, to me, this transparency was very instrumental in my overall feelings about the entire purchasing process. I feel both Ronald and Lisa went out of their way to give me the best overall deal and experience and make me happy with my purchase. Thank you.

February 13, 2021 was my second encounter with South Shore Hyundai. I must sing the praises of the staff that worked for hours to make sure I was driving off in my new vehicle the next day. They were outstanding!! From the moment I walked in the sales person, Yesenia C. was courteous, knowledgeable and on point! She was my ange!! Robert R., Carlos Z, and Jared V were incredible and making sure the financial aspect was handled. You guys Rocked!!
