It was my first experience buying a car and it couldn’t have been a more perfect experience. After researching cars for months my husband and I came across South Shore Mitsubishi and I am so glad that we took a chance and visited the dealership. I was impressed that our temps were taken and everyone was spread apart at the dealership. Nicholas greeted us and immediately and was there to find out what I was looking for after showing a couple of cars he showed me a car that literally was the first car that I saw when I entered the dealership. He was so patient and did not rush me into deciding but rather gave me options and wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal and the best reliable car. He showed me a brand new car which I never thought that I would ever be able to get and I loved all the features and any questions I asked he answered. While waiting for my paperwork and application he came every so often and let me know exactly what they were waiting for. He kept us up to date and he made me a owner of a brand new 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross! In a beautiful blue! Not only did he make sure I got the best deal with the best features but went so far as to deliver my brand new car to South Jersey which is a 3 hour drive from the dealership not to mention bridges traffic etc. He met me at my home and made this process so stress free! I can’t thank him enough for bringing me my car and going above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back for a car for my husband!

This experience has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. First time I worked with Anthony he was excellent. My second time worked with Oliver and he was excellent as well. The absolute easiest car buying process. Super pleased. Will recommend all of my friends and family.

I was looking for a car and I had less than favorable credit and I didn't have alot to put down. My sales rep Nicholas was very understanding and empathetic to my situation. Nicholas helped me find a car in my price range and the payment was very affordable. The people at South Shore were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them regardless of your situation they are there to help.

This is the BEST dealership on the south shore. Everyone here makes you feel like family, they went above and beyond to make me happy and get the deal done. Gerald was my sales person and answered my call early in the morning after visiting the shop 3 times lol the manager helped me bring back my rental and made sure the car was detailed to perfection even there finance manager was AMAZING highly recommend getting your car here or at least stopping by to see what they have because they also some luxury sports cars here. OBSESSED would give them 10 stars if I could.
