The service manager that took care of my vehicle was excellent. He was very attentive, accommodating, and apologetic when things inevitably took a turn for the worse.The problem was the maintenance staff. The radio in my vehicle needed to be replaced. It took more than a week for the maintenance staff to fix this problem.First, they couldn't figure out what the problem was. Once they figured out the radio was faulty, they couldn't replace it because there wasn't one in stock. Next, once they had the radio, they didn't have a specific tool that was needed to actually make the repair, so they ordered one from GM. What happened next is amazing: the maintenance staff LOST THE PART THEY ORDERED FROM GM. I had to wait ANOTHER 4 DAYS before they had the part and could make the repair.All told, my vehicle spent nearly two weeks with your service department for something that shouldn't have taken but a few days at most. That is beyond ridiculous, and honestly, makes me question purchasing my vehicle from you.I'm afraid that if I have to bring the vehicle in for service again for a mechanical issue that these types of issues will happen again.The problem seems to be crappy service techs, not enough service techs, or both of these things.I'd highly recommend fixing this. Your reputation is at stake.

The salesman Joe was first rate, would buy from him where ever he was. The following paper work in the business office was the worst I have ever been thru in my 70 plus years. Was there for over 5 hours the first day, more than 3 the next. Then they tried to over charge me by more than 2600 dollars, and still are not right on my plate charges.

I would give a 10 but this is the second time that I have to tell the technician to lube the chassis when it is suppose to be included in the oil change. They need to give better instructions or retrain them.

I was initially disappointed that no one called to let me know the part for my car had arrived, so it was three weeks rather than one to schedule my service.That notwithstanding, though, I was very pleased with the service. I was offered a vehicle to drive while mine was being repaired, and I am very thankful for that courtesy.Carlos was great! He kept me abreast of the progress on my car and offered to pay for the parking sticker the glass company neglected to remove from the original windshield. THAT is Service!My friend recommended South Texas Buick-GMC when I bought my car, and they have never disappointed. :)

You need more customer service representatives. There were only three employees up front helping customers. I believe you should have all desks open so it can be quicker. I had an 8am appointment but was not attended till 8:20am. Poor guys were doing tthe best they could.

My Verano didn't want to start, so I called Carlos in service. He gave me the roadside serv. phone no. & they were also very courteous. My battery was started by the tow service & taken in for evaluation of the problem. Carlos called me by noon time & told me it was a bad battery that they had already replaced. I was very satisfied with the one day service & was able to pick up my car by that evening.

The employees of the dealership should be more helpful and motivated to help customers. When I walked in to leave my vehicle nobody asked me what I needed help me, instead a man pretended as if he didn't see me standing there and was looking at papers, a lady had to yell at me across the hallway and asked how can she help me. Also, when I called to make the appointment for my oil change I called about 5 times all off which I was placed on hold very rudely or transferred until I finally got tired of waiting and hung up. My experience this time was better than the first time I had my oil changed where they took 2+ hours with an appointment which is probably due to the fact that I complained. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

The only reason you did not recieve 5 stars and a 10 is that upon arrival at my appointment time, the service rep could not remember making an appointment for me. He seemed distracted, but after realizing that I had made an appointment he was friendly and helpful. I too come from the service industry and we have to remember that we only make the sale occasionally, but the service is where we make our recurring income between those sales. The customer needs to be treated like king or they will seek service, and possibly the next buy, elsewhere.

I gave a high rating on question #1 because the work that was completed was good. I would recommend the GMC vehicle to anyone but the service department needs some work. I don't mean all employee but some. I maybe a female customer but on the day I took my vehicle in both I and the dept manager/supervisor inspected the part to be replaced as well as the surrounding area. Neither he, by his own admission had seen any further damage to the dashboard as well as myself. Yet a called was placed later stating that there was another area that was broken and it had to be replaced equally extra money. He and I went back and forth with this exchange about how we had both inspected the area and only the part that was to be replaced was broken and nothing else was noted to be replaced at the time of the inspection. I left from there very upset and he knew it. I went in at the request of corporate because I had an issue with the crack on the dash and was afraid it could cause a problem with the airbag. Corporate had actually spoken to someone at the dealership to let them know of my concern with the airbag. I was so very displeased with how I was made to feel as though the other part was broken when I took it in.
