Just bought a 2020 GMC, these guys were great!! In and out! Nico was my sales rep he was very helpful and super efficient. Essence in after market sales was very helpful and informative providing me with any extra protection warranties I needed, and last but not least Michael in finance was amazing getting me financed and providing me with all the information to get me on the road!!! My mother recently had to bring her vehicle for service and I just want to commend Kendra Farmer. She was so very helpful with my mother. She was very patient and kind to my mother and I appreciate that so much. She listened to my mother’s needs and concerns and didn’t just rush her off like other service places normally does. Kendra is the definition of excellent customer service. I don’t normally service my vehicle with this company but she’s made such the impression on my mother, I will be sure to bring my vehicle to Kendra the next time I need service completed ! We recently purchased a new Yukon and have been very pleased with our experience. We had previously purchased another vehicle from the sales manager, Brett, and he was awesome to work with again. He even brought another vehicle in from VB location so that we could compare the two and help us to feel confident in our decision (all within about an hour). Our sales person, Jesse Bell, was equally as awesome. He moved us through the process as quickly as possible and has been very helpful in getting us some assistance with setting up our rear media system, even giving us the direct phone number to a trainer with GMC. Will definitely go back when we need another vehicle in the future!

Adam was amazing to work with! We went to several other dealerships the day we purchased our truck last week and Adam was by far the easiest, most comfortable, and trustworthy to work with.
