My car was 12 years old and I have kept it due to the fact I hate negotiating and haggeling! I went looking on a Sunday afternoon thinking the dealer was closed.....nope, out came Patrick. He is so cool and calm, no pressure! made me feel comfortable and he was able to answer all questions on every car. All the men in there introduced theirselves and were so nice. Paul, the manager , was sure to make everything right for me....probably the easiest car I have bought! Mr Kaminsky even called to be sure it all went well! I would STRONGLY recommend stopping bySouther Motors!!!

Everyone at Southern Motors Honda was extremely helpful and friendly. My sales associate was Ronald Barnes, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. Seeing as how it was my first time purchasing a car, Ronald really took the time to explain every detail about the process and did everything he could to make sure I received the best service possible. Elaine, our salesperson, was very nice and not a typical car salesman. Frank, the "money guy" was also awesome and easy to work with. Overall, I thought it was a great experience and I walked away very happy with my new car, it just took FOREVER at the dealership with a little bit of "hardball" which I wasn't really into. I would buy a car here again, very laid-back experience.

We just bought our third vehicle from Ronald Barnes at Southern Motors Honda. Last year we purchased a 2014 Civic for my son and a 2012 Accord EX-L for me. This September we bought a 2012 Odyssey EX-L to replace my wife's van. Why Ronald as your salesperson? He listens for what you need and want in your car. We wanted the 2016 Pilot, but it became obvious to us that it wouldn't fit our needs. Ronald was ready with alternatives that made sense, meeting both what we needed and what we wanted. Ronald also makes the process efficient...who wants to sit in a dealership forever waiting for the paperwork? He is constantly in motion working to get the deal done and us/you out the door in a new vehicle.

I recently scheduled an appt. to get an emission light checked set up by Billie Kearsey. I called her direct number several times and left a message to cancel the appt. and she never returned the call. I finally sent an e-mail. Poor customer service.

I bought a Pilot and it was due for it's first service - oil change etc. What a fabulous service department! Billie Kersey was my agent and she made everything SO easy. The place is spotless and everyone is so pleasant and professional. Way to go Southern Motors!

I just purchased a brand new Honda Civic from Southern Motors. Initially, I was shopping for a later model used car, and was definitely on a budget. Ronald Caceres was the salesman who helped me. When there weren't any used cars that met my criteria, he told me he still wanted my business and began talking about a new car. I did not think that was an option for me, but I told him the parameters of my budget and if he could get it within that ballpark, I would buy that car today. I will admit it took a while, and I declined a few offers, but in the end, I left with a new car. I was a little over my budget, but when I thought about the fact that I got a new car, I was still happy. I purchased my car on a Saturday. The following Monday, I received a call from Jeff, the person who handled all of my paperwork, advising he had gotten me an incredible deal, better than my first, lowering my interest rate, my term and my monthly payment. I had been told they would try to get me a better interest rate, but I figured that was just something they told everybody. Needless, to say, I am ecstatic! Ronald was so friendly, and although persistent, not pushy at all. I got the feeling he really wanted to help me, give me what I wanted. I was extremely impressed that even after the deal was done and I had signed the papers, Jeff at Southern Motors worked to get me a significantly better interest rate. That is really going the extra mile. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I been to 8 major dealer in savannah, not one of them can help me . i had one day to look for a car or lost my job that i had for 10 years . i pray to God that some one can help me and he sent me to Honda where they give me Warren as my sales man .. he a was positive that he was going to get me in a car .. after 24 hour he i drive off in a jeep liberty ... he save me my family and my job... thank you warren you a God sent ..

My daughter had a safety recall on her Honda Accord. We went in to get it taken care of, then they called me and said that none of her brake lights were working and something was wrong with the piece that held her car battery in and needed to be replaced. Well I had just followed my daughter into town to drop off her car at this dealership, and her brakes were working just fine all the way into Savannah from Richmond Hill. I had them replace the piece holding the car battery but I wonder now if I was lied to about that as well. When we went to pick up her car I was once again told that none of her brake lights were working We picked up her car that afternoon and her brake lights were working just fine all the way home, in fact I watched them come on as she drove out of the dealership's parking lot. We then took her car to Savannah Tire here in Richmond Hill, and they said here brake lights were working perfectly! So none of her brake lights worked, really? Yet they worked all the way into the dealership that morning, worked all the way back home, and have been working perfectly ever since. The one and only place that they haven't worked is when they were at this dealership.

These guys are crooks, and will try any trick to sell you a vehicle. My numbers were changed at the last minute and i was told (once i noticed) that the manager had made a mistake! Oldest trick in the book...clowns!
