I bought my first car from here last week. My sales rep. Josue was awesome and friendly. From test drive to negotiation to completion of purchase, he was super nice. I liked their service and quality of the cars. I previously visited two other dealerships and this was by far the best experience I had. I would highly recommend Southern States Pre-owned to anyone looking for a quality pre-owned car.

Let me start by saying that I hate car dealerships and having to deal with a salesman. My experience at Southern States Pre-Owned was second to none. From the moment I inquired about the vehicle I was going to purchase until then end of the ink is dry on the finance paperwork was just awesome, to say the least. Barry Wellman who was my salesperson didn't seem like a salesperson at all, but more like a personal friend who listened to my needs and was just a great guy to talk to. I brought my son along with me during the buying experience and we also went to another dealership to look at another vehicle. Let me tell you that it was a different experience with that dealership and I told my son this is the difference between great customer service and really bad customer service. Let me just say that I will never buy a car from that location. Barry and the staff were so pleasant and easy to work with that I didn't dread talking to them about price. If you're looking for a preowned vehicle, I would recommend checking out Southern States Pre-Owned. These guys are top-notch. Thanks again, Barry!

Bought a 2013 Outback for my wife. They worked with me on the trade and gave me a great deal. They even made sure the two dings on the car were repaired to my satisfaction. Very happy.

I searched few web and a 100 mile radius looking for the specific vehicle that I needed. Southern States had it and their $500 off coupon on their web page made their vehicle the best buy. Then they would not honor the coupon.
