I spoke with a sales person and agreed upon a price for a 2014 ram 3500. It was a 6hr one way trip to purchase this vehicle. I paid a $500 deposit and talked to the sales person before I started the trip. I'm from Birmingham, AL so when I get 30 minutes 4 hrs into this trip the sales manager (Rudy) decided to sell the truck to another customer because he was willing to pay more money (more commission for Rudy). So if you from out of town be warned that money is the name of the game with this bunch. That's gas money and time I can't get back because of greed.

Great experience! Everything was smooth and easy. Kevin Barrow in sales was great, also the sales manager and finance were friendly and helpful. There was no “sales pressure” and they showed interest in helping me make sure that I had the vehicle for me. Would highly recommend and will definitely buy from again!

The saleswoman Deonica Mckeel was very friendly and made my first experience with dodge very pleasant. Mike (I think that’s his name) also bent over backwards to make a deal that was favorable to me. They were able to place me in the truck I wanted, not having to settle for something else.
