We bought our daughter a PT Cruiser from Mike at Southtown Motors over the weekend and our experience was 100% positive! We had been searching for several days for a replacement PT Cruiser and discovered that Southtown had one. We contacted Mike and he provided great details and answered all of our questions. We traveled from the Memphis, TN area to Pelham on Saturday to look at the car. It was everything that Mike said it was and more. Mike and everyone at Southtown made the buying experience painless and were very pleasant to work with. When we are in the market again for another used car we will be sure to contact Mike!

I recently purchased a CPO'd BMW 335i from Cameron. I found the listing on cars.com and filled out the form to contact the dealer. Cameron called me about 2 hours later. I was in a meeting at that time, so I could not speak to him then, so he left me a voicemail. I forgot to call him back that day. I called him back the next morning, and he answered my questions about the prior service records on the vehicle. I lived and still live in Atlanta and was looking for a 3-series with the specific features this car had, including a CPO warranty. I told Cameron that I live in Atlanta, so I went out that Saturday to test drive the vehicle. Cameron was great in answering all of my questions and didn't pressure me into buying the vehicle. He took my license and insurance card, made copies, and gave me the keys to test drive the car. He let me take the car off the lot without him. I didn't expect this from a used car dealer. They are usually on you like white on rice, breathing down your neck constantly. I took the car for a spin around Birmingham's interstates, through downtown, pushing it to its limits. I stayed in Birmingham that night at my in-laws' house and brought it to a mechanic the next morning (I picked my off of Yelp). I had the mechanic check over the car and did point out some issues, but the CPO warranty should have covered everything. I let Cameron know about the issues, and he said he would take the car to the dealership to have the repairs made under warranty. This sucked because I wanted to purchase the vehicle and drive it back home to Atlanta, but ultimately was to my advantage because I was having the repairs made before purchase! I left Birmingham that weekend without a new (used) car, but Cameron was able to have the dealer repair the leaks over the next week! I drove back to Birmingham the next weekend to do the paperwork and take possession of the car. I told Cameron what I was willing to pay for the vehicle based on my research, and he fiddled with his computer for a few seconds said that he could make that work! They had the car detailed, and I drove it home Sunday! While it was unfortunate I had to drive back and forth to Birmingham twice, Cameron did everything he could to make the purchase as smooth as possible. He took care of the car, and never pressured me into talking numbers. I just told him I was ready to make an offer. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Southtown Motors thanks to Cameron, and would highly recommend you give him a call! I will definitely be purchasing my next car from Southtown!

I just purchased an Infinity G35 from Southtown motors in Pelham. My salesman was Lee, but everyone I dealt with in the process was great! The overall experience was a pleasure! I got a great deal! My car has met, and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend including this location to be one of your stops when shopping for a vehicle! I'll be in the market for my oldest son a vehicle next year, and they will definitely be the 1st place on my list!

I had been looking for a car for over a month when I found Southtown Motors. I had been to several dealerships in Birmingham, Cullman, Jasper all over, with nothing but a big headache and still no car. Im telling you I was put through the ringer with these places. So by the time I got to Southtown I was a bit hostle to say the least. Scott and Adam took great care of me. They treated me like family, and put me at ease right away. I got an amazing 2006 Ford Explorer fully loaded and I love my car. They got everything done for me that day, and took a load of worry off of me. I was very impressed with these guys I would recommend anyone to buy a car from them.THANKS GUYS!!

I was very pleased with the service I received at Southtown Motors, Pelham, AL. I was driving past the dealership and I saw a car that caught my eye. I called on Friday evening and spoke with a salesman (very friendly). I received a prompt return call from their Financing Dept. An appointment was made to come and test drive the vehicle on Saturday. Upon entering the building, I was met by a smiling face directing me to the appropriate person. After test driving the vehicle, I met with their finance department and that p.m., I was driving home in my dream vehicle. The purchase went very smoothly as the staff was very efficient. There were no hidden charges, everything we discussed was placed in writing. I would highly recommend Southtown Motors to thers with zero hesitation.

I was looking to buy a car in feburary so I shopped around and went to different dealers to see which was best for me. I originally went to buy a car from "Jim Burke Nissan" and they were absolutely HORRIBLE, I refused to buy a car from them. I came into Southtown and was greeted by a very friendly salesman named Adam. I had the best shopping experience here and would most definitely recommend them to someone I knew interested in buying a car. I needed a few repairs on my car which was ok because the car was used. They handled it awesomely I went in explained to them what it was I needed fixed and viola all done. Thanks Adam for being so awesome!

I visited dealership upon request from one of the salesman that responded to my online app. Drive in the the dealership, test drove the vehicle and was told I would be contacted on a Monday. Monday came and no one contacted me. I called the dealership all day and left message but no one returned my call. Finally got someone on the phone Monday evening and was told the vehicle I was interested in was probably sold. to this day I have not heard from anyone there at all. Not about financing I requested, vehicles that match what I wanted, nothing. Needless to say I have purchased a brand new vehicle from a dealership that i was able to go to get everything done over the phone and all I had to do was go test drive and pick up the car..... all in ONE day!!

THIS DEALERSHIP RIPPED ME OFF. I DO NO REFER ANYONE TO BUY WITH THEM. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE INTERESTED IN HELPING ME WITH FINDIND A CAR, BUT LITTLE DID I KNOW IT WAS JUST A SCAM!!!! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NOT SHOP WITH RHIS COMPANY.

I was looking for a used car in 2003.A friend told me about Jeff,she called him told him what I needed he brought the car to me to look at. What a very nice guy I bought the car and would still be driving it except someone totaled it out.Now I am looking for another car and guess who my first thought was. I wish all salesmen were like Jeff.
