At first it started off rocky when i first arrived, a salesman mentioned that I was quoted the wrong price and that I would have to pay an additional $100. Then I was sent to the correct salesman Jim and he verified that the price quoted was correct and the process was perfect. Jim was very professional and communication was excellent! I would recommend this location for your service needs!!

The dealership is fine. My problem is with the quality and value of the vehicle purchase from the dealership. My Tahoe is a 2019 and it’s already having engine and transmission issues. I bought it in April of 2020. It was in the shop for two months at the start of October. It has to go back in the shop for more issues this month. This is disappointing! I’m paying on a vehicle I can not enjoy. It will be hard for me to refer anyone to purchase a Chevy at this time.

Great experience! Always try and schedule with William Warren. He is thorough explaining everything and even checked my tires for me because I thought I was due for new ones. Turns out I have about 10k miles left on these. I love feeling like I can get an honest and fair assessment when I drop my Yukon off!

Charles Ogletree was wonderful. He listened, gave information, was honest and made me feel very comfortable. I would choose him again for my next purchase. Kenny, Ken and the management team were also easy to get along with. They worked hard to make my pricing something I could live with and answered all my questions. My finance person was Roy. He knew his stuff! He gave good details, but didnt make me feel pressured to do/buy something I didnt want. I will definitely buy from this team again. There was even some fun and laughter mixed in by all parties, which was very refreshing.

It was a really good experience. From finding the vehicle to getting our credit scores and signing the papers, the process was quick and easy. Tyler was the salesman, and he was really helpful, friendly, and helpful. The best part of the deal is the warranty, which added quite a bit to the price, but was worth it for the peace of mind. The car was well kept and we received it in excellent condition, "certified pre-owned" done right, is how I would classify it. I'd definitely recommend Southtowne to those in the market for a new or used vehicle!.
