Save your self the headache and AVOID this place at all cost. They will lie to you to sell you a junk car for the price of a new car and within days you'll regret ever setting foot at this place. All their cars have a history; they buy all their cars from salvage lots; cars that either have been flooded or deemed a total loss. They lied to my sister to sell her a junk car and told her the car has never been in an accident. We later found out that the car was actually bought at an auction from a salvage lot and we were even able to see the photos of the car before it was repaired. The damage was significant; the car had major alignment issues as well, every time you drove the car over 50 mph, it felt like you were driving a washing machine during the spinning cycle. My sister didn't noticed this the first time she drove the car because during the test drive, they usually keep their cars with low fuel and will never allow you to take the car to a mechanic, drive it on the freeway, or on a longer drive than necessary for their convenience before you sign the contract. When my sister demanded her money back, they refused and basically told her that that was her problem now. If you threaten them to take the case to court, they will do everything they can to make your life a living hell. Weeks later, they ended up repossessing my sister's car and they are still refusing to give her downpayment back. I don't know how these people are even allow to do business in Texas. They are robbing vulnerable single moms of their hard earned savings in broad daylight without a gun!!!

This place is a scam these people lie to you and sell you terrible deals then try to back out after the deal is over and messed up our old car

Do not ever get close to this place, they sold me floaded cars. All good comments comes from their relatives or friends.

I recently purchase 2009 Lexus GS and my experience was very pleasant. This my second vehicle purchase from here, love this place! excellent customer service! Mr.Reuben Garcia is an amazing and pleasant salesman with the knowledge of vehicles. I'll definitely would recommend Southway Motors to my family and friends.

My biggest regret of the new year was financing a car from these guys They sold me a car with an oil leak and tried to charge me to fix it after I discovered it weeks later claiming the damages were done by me How can I cause a oil leak In barely three weeks I’m never doing business with these guys again and all the good reviews were done by their family members I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THEY ARE ONLY NICE UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY ARE MANIPULATIVE LIARS
