Purchased a Subaru from them for my daughter. It was in great shape and they really listened and helped us. They had the car shipped to NY at such a wonderful price. Mark was simply amazing. He was not a hard pressed sales person and allowed me to take my time to look at the car I came to purchase with no haggling. Marc is very courteous and very knowledgeable of the products on his car lot. Before finalizing the purchase Mark gave us a free Carfax report on the car so that I was fully aware of any maintenance issues and service records before I purchased. And although the car did not have any issues I found his honesty to be very refreshing. When purchasing a foreign car, especially a used car, you have to be very careful and I advised Marc that I had read his reviews and that was one of the reasons that I drove two hours to his car lot. When I advised Marc of my credit score and my concern with him running it through several banks he acknowledged my concerns and made one phone call to a trusted lender in which it was immediately approved with no hassle. And all without ruining my credit score with a bunch of unnecessary inquiries on my credit report. He even had the car detailed and followed me to the gas station to fill it up; and we all know premium gas isn’t cheap. It’s truly refreshing to find an honest and upfront used car salesman. Not only was my experience worth the drive but I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Purchased a low mileage car for Southwest Florida auto and was happy with the whole experience. The people are friendly, the facilities are inviting and clean, the car was as described. We had one issue and they went out of there way to fix it right away! Very professional and would highly reccomend!!!

It's a small dealership, and they seem to really care about their business. It was very easy to work with these guys. Their mechanic seemed very knowledgeable too.

My experience with Southwest Florida Auto was not a good one! After negotiating a deal with a salesman there and agreeing on a price ( we even arranged for a locksmith to install a keyless entry ) the car was sold for a higher price to someone else just hours before I got there. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

I'm very happy with my experience. They were super accommodating and worked with me and my budget to make sure I got the car I wanted. The location is in a weird spot, I got lost trying to find it because it's behind a Taco Bell, but otherwise it's all good. They have a great selection of cars. The dude who helped me, Dave, was really friendly and wiling to help out

Purchased an Audi A6 about a week ago and couldn't be happier. The car is clean, runs perfect! I had a 3rd party specialist look it over and they said the car was nearly perfect. The staff was friendly and patient and helpful. Not pushy. they have a nice selection of clean cars. Highly recommend them! Got a great deal !

Just bought a car for my daughter. I was impressed by the variety of clean low mileage cars and there friendly staff. A bit hard to find and a little disorganized but easy to deal with and they seem very honest.

Great experience working with Chauncey. Found a truck they had listed on craigslist. They posted a bunch of pics and video. Truck was just as nice and just as described in person...rarely ever happens dealing with craigslist ads. Bought it for less than private party book value, they handled all of the paperwork, didn't have to deal with the dmv or anything. Paid them cash, had a new plate put on the truck and I haven't had an issue since. Very straight forward guys there which I really liked. Didn't get a bunch of sales pitched thrown at me. Will buy from these guys again
