I spent months studying Miatas planning on our summer. I came across Sovereign Auto and started tracking their web inventory. Of all the dealers, their philosophy and pricing convinced me first I was buying my Miata from them. Anne was helpful and set up my test drive. I was stumped for a moment when Anne told me the car I was looking at was to pristine with low mileage for me to test drive. What? Who does that? Anne set me up with same year and model Miata to drive. Of course we fell in love with it. My mechanic review Carfax history and found the maintenance exemplary. Financing a unique purchase as this can be a challenge. Anne took care of that. One stop shop and I drove out with the 15 year old car with 14.5K miles. This was a phenomenal experience.

Cannot recommend Sovereign Auto enough! The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable! We are very happy with our new car!! We were just amazed at the inventory that they have on hand --- both the number of low mileage older muscle cars and the quality! Most fun I've had buying a car!

I had been looking for a '79 corvette for quite some time. Had resigned to needing to travel out of state to find one. Found car (and great pictures) on web site. Phone call to Matt Klump and visit to dealership to "just have a look". Ended up setting appointment to road test following week. Test drive went well and now I own it! Very pleased with everyone I met at dealership from owner to Matt the sales guy and the nice guy (sorry can't remember name) who keeps them looking good at warehouse. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to others.

John, my sales rep, was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and low key with no false pressures to buy. I would have walked if I heard "buy know it will be gone tomorrow" or "other buyers are interested". Minor issues were taken care of promptly and the 91 corvette was detailed beautifully... good job Sovereign. My only complaint was they couldn't tell me if they changed the oil or not. I found out later they didn't, but they should have and they should have known. A bit puzzling.. I still highly recommend them and will be looking their way for my next classic car.

I had an outstanding sales experience working with Matt at Sovereign Auto. I had seen an unmolested original 1972 Toronado, the car my Dad always wanted, on their website. I worked with a Salesman named Matt, no push back and easy to do business with, making the sales process as smooth as ever. Thank you Matt. I am especially grateful of this since everything had to be done over the internet, 2,200 miles from Michigan. The car arrived today and is much better in person than the photos represented, so I am more than pleased. Purchased a 2012 Cadillac SRX Feb 20, 2015. Matt and Nigel were very accommodating in listing the options the car had and later in explaining how to use. Very knowledgeable of this product and others. Paid cash so I cannot comment on their financing accommodations. Car was prepped for delivery: minor scratches were repaired. car was polished. gas tank filled. the washer fluid wasn't. They got the product to me at a very fair price. Their facilities are fine; I didn't need any cappuccino nor a gift shop. I would recommend visiting when shopping. Their Corvette building is like visiting the Museum without the sinkhole. I am going back in the spring to checkout a 91 convertible.

The only thing is that I don't remember getting any calls from the owner of the 73 vette I was looking at. I was hoping that an email would be sent that way I know I would not miss the message. I stopped at Sovereign Auto after hours to look at one of the vehicles they had for sale on their lot. One of the sales men, John C. Ledesma, had coincidentally passed by with his family and took the time out of his day to pull in and assist me. I am more then impressed with the dedication Mr. Ledesma demonstrated and look forward to working with him in the future.

Recently a friend of mine bought her car at Sovereign Auto in Flushing, MI. and she told me over and over again "you gotta go see Tony at Sovereign Auto, he is awesome and will take great care of you." So my wife and I went to see Tony and she was right. He was polite, very knowledgeable and took great care of us. He told us "if they don't have the exact car we are looking for they would get it for us for a great price and would be great quality. We were a little hesitate at first because we had never trusted a dealership to "order" us a pre-owned car before. But we did and we couldn't be more happy. He exceeded our expectations, got us exactly what we wanted and them at an even better price than we discussed. I was referred to Tony and Nigel from a few friends. As a single Mom I didn't know exactly what my 16 year old son wanted except it was a convertible. After spending a lot of time with Tony he help me realize that the car my 16 year old son wanted was maybe not the right choice at this particular time in his life. Tony informed me that the insurance rates would be quite high, the price of the car was over my budget, and most importantly that a 16 year old with very little driving experience might not be the best idea to put him into a fast rear wheel drive vehicle living in Michigan. After much consideration and talking over with my friends Tony was 100% right and I am very thankful that he took the time to discuss all of my options and I am 100% satisfied with the purchase I made. most importantly my son loves his new car. I just bought a 85 Buick Rivera & found this dealer very helpful during the whole process. Car was just as decribed, great pictures, and had it shipped to Nebraska for me. Everyone was so friendly & helpful. I bought this car sight unseen.Scarey to send money to them when you haven't seen the car.They helped feel secure doing this. I would buy another car from them. Everyone worked hard to answer all the questions I had about the Buick Rivera I bought. It was very hard for me to buy a car on the internet. It was hard to trust , when you couldn't see the car , and you were sending so much money to someone that you haven't meet.They did not pressure me in any way. They are very patient people.I bought my car without ever seeing it, except through all the excellant pictures that they put on their site. My car was just what they described to me. I would buy another car from them. Great experience.

I purchased a 2011 Malibu that I found online. The car was what they had described. Everyone was very friendly. I love my new car!!! They even found a better interest rate than the one my bank had quoted me. I would do business with them again!

Purchased a 2010 BMW 525i xDrive from Sovereign after shopping around for a long time. The car was in good shape, and asking a fair price. They facilitated an inspection at a local BMW dealer and even arranged to drop off the BMW and pick up my old car. All in all a good experience. I will likely check their available vehicles next time I am in the market for a vehicle.

The owner Nigel is terrible! STAY AWAY from this dealership! I called and asked about trading my car in and buying one of theirs, my car is driven less than 2k miles a year, it is a muscle car and barely driven, they tell me a number that they can give me on a trade since the car is in brand new condition so I go there and the owner tells me a number $4k lower! I then say well I drove all the way over here because you told me a different number and you said it might be more once you see it, and now I feel like I'm wasting my time he then goes well have a great day and walks away laughing!! I have never been treated like this before, i was ready to spend over 40K on a 750 BMW little did he know i was going to buy if he gave me what i was told he was going to. Absolutely terrible experience and this was the OWNER too!!! i will personally make sure that everyone i know finds out about this, what he doesn't realize is that my whole family lives in the city the dealership is located in and they are all very connected so i am hoping his business goes to crap!

when i was on line and found the car i was looking for i was not sure i wanted to drive 3 hrs. to find it was not what they said. but am i glad i did ,not only was the car i was looking for ,but everything they told me over the phone was true,they made it more that worth the drive, would do it all over again, and will call on them when we are in the market for another,have told many people about them,KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU DO
