I have been looking for a 4 door Jeep Wrangler for 6 months and haven’t had any luck at all! I ran across this place and stopped in to check out a Jeep they had and they literally bent over backwards for me and had me approved the next day! 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a place that’s not pushy and willing to help this is your place!!

Recently bought a vehicle from this car lot. Both my wife and I specifically asked if there were any outstanding issues with the car we should know about. Adam, the salesperson we were working with, assured us there was nothing wrong. We bought the car and before we even left Johnson City, the check engine light came on. I let Adam know about the issue, but he just continued to repeat that the car was sold AS IS (legally speaking, selling a vehicle AS IS does not preclude the seller to lie about any outstanding issues). I was able to get in touch with the auto shop that Specialty Cars took this vehicle to prior to selling it. They advised they attempted a fix for the check engine light that was not successful, so they advised Specialty Cars to take it to a BMW dealership. I took it to a dealership to diagnose the issue and there were a number of old recalls never completed on the vehicle, showing that Specialty Cars never took it to a dealership as advised. So far, it seems the recalls were able to fix the issue. TL;DR We were sold a vehicle and were lied to about known pre-existing issues. When confronted about it, the salesperson Adam refused to take ownership of the situatio. Do not trust the sales staff at Specialty Cars.
