Most of my experience was very good. They pulled up my information when I called for the appointment without me having to provide a bunch of info, Everyone I talked to was very personable and friendly, A recall I was not aware of was brought to my attention and handled. The only 2 negatives were that the defective part took overnight to get, but it was not a hardship for me to leave the truck overnight and I was charged for the recall part in addition to the defective part. However, I was issued a credit for the recall part charge. And in the end the bill came to much less than I was quoted, so overall I'm happy and the truck is fixed.

Absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. If you are within a two hour drive I would recommend you try these guys out. My salesman was Nicholas Moran and I will tell you it was not the typical manipulative pleading sales pitch that normally happens. He was very knowledgeable on all the cars and catered my deal to me and what I need. Thanks again

Everyone at the dealership were very kind and helpful! For my first time buying a vehicle at a dealership I was blown away of how courteous they were with not being all over me and giving me my space unlike how everyone says car sales man/woman are. I would most definitely return to purchase another vehicle and recommend others to visit Spitzer Chevrolet in North Canton!!
