Recently bought a car from Sports Durst Mazda. Our sales person Lawrence was excellent. He spent a lot of time showing us different cars, trims and colors never once making us feel rushed or unimportant. After deciding we wanted to purchase, the entire process and everyone else we talked to were excellent to deal with. Even in this crazy time we felt we got a fair deal (considering the situation). I went to this dealership instead of a closer one (based on Google reviews) and don't regret it one bit. If you are interested in a Mazda I would suggest checking them out and talk to Lawrence.

Be aware!! Never give your car to Sport Durst! They wants to get every dollar out of you. When they feel they don't get enough money out of you or fool you, they will charge you miscellaneous fees (READ your receipt) and claim that it is required by law!! Watch out for Ken.

The sales guys tried very hard to get me in a car. They understood where I was coming from when I expressed my needs in a car and the car payment. I like the new express service. I arrived at 7:25 a.m. for 7:30 a.m. appointment. Your female service representative greeted me and took the information she needed from my vehicle, registered the van, pulled it into the garage; the tech changed the oil, did multi-system check and I left Sport Durst around 8:10 a.m.

My salesperson was very friendly and honest, He is the reason I gave this 4 stars. If it was not for him, I would give you a 2 maybe 3 at best. This is my 3rd car I have purchased from this dealer. My other purchases went great, But this time I had to wait to get my car since none of the speakers worked once I drove it off the lot, had to go back in the morning twice to get it fixed. Brand New Car with a blown fuse in it, and when I picked it up the 2nd morning, still didn't have full tank of gas from the purchase. I honestly don't know if it was 100% cleaned and detailed. It was such a back and forth thing going on it all was a whirlwind, and at that point I just wanted to go. Still not sure if my test drive $50 gift card got put thru also. Up in the air on that I guess!. Like I said my salesperson was awesome and great, need more like him at the dealership you have. As for the comments I heard about customers from other salespeople.. this will be the last car I buy from this dealer. 3rd time def not the charm here.

The sales specialist that I dealt with, Mike Wing, was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the product and very patient with me as I asked numerous questions about the differences among the various Wrangler models. I wasn't that familiar with the Jeep Wrangler, and Mike took the requisite time to guide me through the process and ultimately ended up with a sale the first day I stepped foot on the lot. During the sale discussions, Jeff Bowen was also extremely helpful and made that part of the process easy to navigate with his honest and straightforward approach. He definitely helped solidify my interest/willingness to do business with Sport Durst. Post the sale, Jack Holt has been an awesome resource (in addition to Mike) as I've had numerous questions about the features of my new Wrangler and the different programs associated with the vehicle. All the way around, my experience with Sport Durst has been top notch, and I definitely plan on being a regular customer with all of my future Jeep needs.

Outstanding Service Advisor, Bill Dula. Took my van in with no appointment for a check engine light, and it was taken in and the problem diagnosed by Technician Bryan Jackson within 30 minutes. Took it in the next day and it was repaired in an hour or so at a reasonable cost. Sport Durst Hyundai (and its customers) are very fortunate to have employees like Bill Dula and Bryan Jackson. The service department manager(?), Chad, was friendly and educated me on rotating tires properly. He assessed my driving needs and sold me two quality tires; then, he told me to have the tires rotated with oil changes.There was also a polite, young technician who brought me a bottle of water and offerred a snack. Jon Fleming met with us initially in the rain on Memorial Day weekend (supposed to be his day off) and spent over an hour telling us about and showing us the Pacifica. He then brought out the Town and Country at our request so we could compare and contrast. He was very knowledgeable and did not mind answering all the questions of four senior citizens. Over a month later when I contacted him about buying a car, he remembered us (and where we lived out of state) and then worked for two weeks to find the vehicle of our dreams. When we came in to purchase, he again came in on his day off to patiently demonstrate to the four of us all of the new vans options...HE IS WONDERFUL- and excellent salesman, very patient and very interested that we are happy with our purchase. The assistance provided by Jack and Jeff was note worthy. I am a active duty Marine. I found the Jeep online and called first. Most salesmen would not talk over the phone. It was going to be a 2 hour drive and the business over the phone helped making my decision. They were able to accommodate my personality. They were not pushy or abrasive on how they negotiated. The Service Team was willing to work with me on the change in time of my appointment, as I needed to go to work first before I could come back to Sport Durst Chrysler Service.Also, when my van was ready, one of the service team members allowed me to get in my van in the garage rather than having to enter in the pouring down rain.Even though I had decided to wait, Joe James, the courier, offered to take me to work if my wait became too long.While I was waiting for my van, there was a salesperson who came over to comfort a little girl who's legs had fallen asleep in her car seat and she did not feel well. He offered her family member a cookie.

The techs Drew and Justin were very helpful explaining what the issue was with my car - there was a bolt loose by the passenger rear tire on my Chrysler 300 causing alot of issues with the car driving out of control. They got it fixed and showed me where it was located as well. Drew also drove the car with me before and after the service to make sure the problem was resolved. These guys were excellent!

Staff very friendly and courteous. Informed me that fan motor that I thought would have to be replaced was only making a bad noise because a leaf had somehow made it's way into the fan motor. They removed it and it was fixed at no cost. Would like for wait time to be less when an appointment is made ahead of time. Everytime I go in for an oi lchange it takes about 2 hours.

I bought my car at Sports Durst and I get all of routine maintenance done there. Customer service is awesome. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous. I also appreciate the thoroughness of the technicians. I came in for an oil change and they noticed another issue which they repaired immediately and there was no charge because it was covered under warranty. Staff offered transportation to home or work because of the additional time. Anthony made sure I had coffee, snacks, and WIFI access. Enjoyed having Anthony play bingo with the customers for gift cards!The staff always takes good care of me and my vehicle. Customer service is outstanding! Rodney was fantastic. He went out of his way to make our experience a positive one. He never got over-aggressive trying to make the sale, but made sure we had all the information we needed and made it clear that he wanted to make the sale. Lady that serviced me was friendly & not pushy. She told me when my car was almost ready so that I could get out in a timely fashion. Gave me a heads up that my tires would soon need to be replaced.

Had a interior door handle replaced, serpentine belt replaced, a fuel body cleaning, and an oil change. Angela took car of my Veracruz with professionalism and dealt with the extended warranty insurance. The service was excellent.

Sport Durst Truck Center people are terrific. James Guile, Bubba, and Rufus Greene bend over backwards to take care of the customer, without being high pressure or making you jump through unnecessary hoops or dealer sales games. I could have bought my truck from another dealer, but I had the Sport Durst team transfer the truck I wanted to their site because I preferred dealing with the Sport Durst sales team. They genuinely try to get you what you want and make you happy with your purchase, and give you a good deal that works for everyone. This was by far the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience I have had.

We arrived to buy a 4x4 in a snow storm because I had a 2x2 truck. The salesman James asked me what I was looking for, showed me the 2 vehicles in the show room. talked to me about numbers to make sure I would be able to afford a truck then went out and cleaned the snow off a beautiful 4x4 truck that I could afford. He drove it carefully out of the lot onto a clear road then let me take the wheel. I bought it. and used the 4x4 to get home. thanks

I was running about 8-10 minutes late for my 8:00 a.m. appointment. A young gentleman offered to let me go on inside the service area while he pulled my van in the garage. A female service writer asked if she could help me, and she offered to get my oil changed and take care of my fobik recall as well while I waited in the waiting room. The same young man who offered to drive my car in the garage came around to the customers who were waiting for their vehicles to be serviced, and offered bottled water, nabs, etc. from a tray at least twice while I was waiting. I knew it was going to take over an hour for the fobiks to be replaced and reprogrammed and the oil change, and I was all finished by 9:30, I was able to get both fobiks without having to bring in my husband's old fobik, so it was a very pleasant experience. Rodney Hearndon is absolutely amazing. He went over the purchasing process step by step. Once my loan was approved, he went over all the features of my car hands on. He is such an asset to your company. The sales/ finance manager ( sorry cant remember his name) was fabulous also. He was so up beat and kept me abreast of what was going on with the loan process. He went over each piece of paper work. I had heard about Sport Durst from an ad on the radio and how they have helped people with low credit scores. The experience was amazing and I am not only happy with my new car but impressed with the dealership as a whole.

I always enjoyed watching the Sports Durst commercial and thought I would go there when I decided to get a car. Well, I did and I will never look at another SD commercial again. The process it totally confusing and at this point I still do not know whether I own the car. I had to go back the first time because the had the wrong vin number on the papers. Went back to find they still had the wrong vin number on the papers, and yet a 3RD TIME and the papers were not ready. But that is not the worst, the oil change date had expired. There was a dent on the underside of the car on the passenger side, they called themselves washing it and it was still dirty. Now I am thinking, if they can't even take care of the small stuff, what else can I expect down the line? So disappointed. I really expected a lot more after watching the commercials.
