Let me just start by saying Vince Harrington!!! (Salesman) what a wonderful guy from start of our car experience to closing, He was a pleasure to have represent your company. He made me and my family feel at home he took his time out and went over everything with my mother-in-law. Staff was very efficient and fast past we was there maybe 3 1/2 hrs and they had us out the door. THANK YOU VINCE HARRINGTON AND THE SPORTS HYUNDAI TEAM FOR ASSISTING ME ANS MY FAMILY ON TODAYS VISIT COME SEE VINCE!!!

I needed to get a part for my truck one of the workers told me to order the part and take it to the dealership and they will fix it . Instead of going to a mechanic.I was told a certain price and I had to make an appointment. When it was time for my appointment one of workers gave me a horrible attitude stated that I didn’t have one and changed the price that I was told. I again went for an oil change and again my appointment wasn’t there. Again I had horrible customer service. I’ve been there several times for my truck.I keep trying to it the benefit of the doubt. I understand people have bad days but every time I go there seems to be a mess up and once again horrible customer service. I recommend you go to another dealership.

I highly recommend the staff at Sport Hyundai. Vince Giansanti is exceptional, he is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time to explain every aspect of the vehicle. He also follows up to make sure all of your questions are answered. Bravo to the team at Sport Hyundai who put the customer back in customer service!!!!!

Brief drop-in trip visit with my sister due to low tire pressure alert on her car. What wonderful service by individual who saw the stress she had given she had just had her car serviced and tires rotated at another dealer two days ago. Had our tires checked and inflated properly and on our way quickly. Kudos to the service dept.!

I went to this Hyundai Sport and Vince Harrington was the man! He helped me trade in my old car, and hooked me up with a sweet new Hyundai Elantra. Vince was very personable and humorous as well as knowledgeable. If anyone is looking to purchase a car Vince is the man you need to see.
