Very welcoming, friendly staff. They were not pushy, they didn't try to add on extra items to ramp up the cost. Our salesperson, Doug, is great. He's friendly knowledgeable and an awesome salesman. He really worked with us to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. We were more interested in price than payment and they worked numbers with us and added incentives but never tried to coerce or push. They gave us a good price and a fair trade-in value for our old vehicle. . Everyone we met was helpful and friendly. Shout out to Bud in finance, he was super helpful and an all-around nice guy. Would definitely recommend them. Great team for service too.

Decent experience, you still have to "play the game" when it comes to price but their service center is great. They send you a summary video of everything the techs do and what they think when they work on the cars. Very transparent way to communicate with customers. If they find something else wrong while working on the car they will include it in the video and actually show you the issue. Very cool

Nothing but the highest ratings for Pedro and Charles. They were both willing to work with me and come to a mutual agreement on a price that was better than at least three other Subaru dealers in the Orlando area. They were honest and didn’t have the pressure sales pitch. Honest from first meeting to post signature. Highly recommend making the trip to this Subaru dealer over others.

The entire experience was wonderful from our very first contact with Jordan to the moment we drove away in our new car. Jordan was extremely responsive and made us feel like we were his most important customers. There was never any pressure and we appreciate how everyone involved was committed to our satisfaction, including the managers. Even though it was at the end of the process, it's worth noting that Angie, the Finance Manager, was just terrific and also made us feel like our business was very much appreciated. Thanks to everyone for a great experience!!

This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership and I was not disappointed. I worked with Giovanni from the moment I stepped foot onto the dealership and he was great to work with. He was willing to listen to me and help me find the car I was looking for and made it very easy. Has a very fun personality and gave me plenty of great advice as well. Angie was also a pleasure to work with in finance she was also willing to listen to me and look out for my best interest. I 100% recommend this dealership as well as these two individuals.
