same thing different situation, they don't have real techs ( assumption) I am not a an R&R tech and diagnosed the problem and had another friend same same results he work for Chevrolet found the same issue as I did, took it into Acura and I paid the fee cause had confirmed with another ASE cert tech, Acura said they have no problem and that my vehicle was awesome and drives smooth. not what I wanted to hear so took their word and drove it for a couple days. I come back problem is clearly there, one of the tech take a ride with me and acknowledges the issue that vehicle parts are failing but cant do anything. response has to leave you stranded or not turn on. Car is still under warranty drove home bought the parts on Acura warehouse and installed them car performing better, after i did repair they were willing to change failed shock in the rear and still say front are not blown but jump more than the blown shocks on my friends beater in SPORT. COMFORT IM SCARED FOR THAT BUTTON!

Update: Looking to purchase an MDX. Came in requesting to see a specific trim I was interested in. Girl brought a car out that was not the trim model I requested and said to me, "Do you know anything about the MDX?" then proceeded to talk to my husband about how that's not the model HE should get...poor choice since HE wasn't in the market for a vehicle... She continued to ignore me, the person buying the car, and speaking to my husband. Guess you're not interested in MY business. 3 yrs ago: Service went out of their way to ensure all problems were taken care of with high quality workmanship. This dealership has proven to us that they are dedicated to making sure we are satisfied.

Excellent service. Dropping off took 10 min. Picking up took 5 min. Service personnel are excellent. Plus the cost of service was very reasonable. Very pleased.
