If i could rate 10 stars i would! I 100% will recommend Spriensma Auto to anyone in the market. I recently bought a 2013 Honda CR-v from Tom (at a great price!). We saw it driving by and decided to swing by and test drive, they were super accommodating and answered all our questions. About a week and a half later the AWD light came on and Tom sent me over to a shop to have some fluid changed (he covered the cost!), that didn't fix it, so he sent me to another shop. I was expecting to pay 50/50 per the warranty but he took over the entire bill for me! He even answered my phone calls while on vacation and he always went the extra step! Highly recommend.

The salesman that served us was great! We took a couple cars out for a test drive! Cars were priced a bit out of our budget so we did not make a purchase. We'll definitely consider them next time we're in need of another car!

I called to schedule a test drive on a vehicle I was interested in, they said the car was unavailable because their mechanic drove it home and to call back tomorrow. I call back the next day to schedule a test drive for 6:30pm. I live an hour away and by the time I get there, he has someone else test driving the car and says "I didn't have any money down!" They could've easily let me know on the phone to not bother. Very unprofessional.
