If you are looking for an enjoyable sales experience then go no further. I always cringe at the thought of even stepping foot on a car lot. Springdale Ford is different, they didn't hound me with phone calls and they treated me with respect. They worked around my schedule and stayed late for me to check out their vehicle and then for the sale.

Very impressed with the experience we had while purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. The sales manager, Brandon Moss went above and beyond to ensure we received a good deal. I needed service on my Ford Fusion Hybrid and the dealer i purchased the car from was busy the day I needed service. They are partnered with Springdale Ford so they transferred me to the Springdale Ford service department and they were able to get me in when I needed the service performed. The service was performed quickly and the personnel were very friendly and polite.

Although I didn't purchase a vehicle from this dealer, I would highly suggest doing so. I had tracked a vehicle down to the Springdale branch of this dealership and unfortunately it was traded to another dealer. Luckily for me the dealer that had the car I wanted, was much closer to where I lived and I purchased from them.The customer service of the people that I met there was outstanding. They even called the other dealership and advised they were sending me over to them to purchase the vehicle.I have no experience of the quality of work or the pricing since those were never encountered. But wanted to reward the dealership for a job well done.I consider that excellent customer service. Good Job
