Horrible service, damaged the interior of my car during a regular service and refusing to be held accountable for this. Not even an apology. I need to live with a huge scratch on the steering wheel leather that is soon going start ripping out. Never taking my car back to this place and would recommend staying away from this service center. The responses to any negative reviews are arrogant and condescending (read for yourself). The management of this place needs to realize that this is not a platform for to force or intimidate customers into agreement. UPDATE AFTER response from Springfield Acura: Thanks for sharing the email, I have sent you the pictures of the damage. I understand you don't directly use the steering wheel to perform an oil change, but your team entered the car and drove it away from the valet drop-off, and all I know is I got it after the damage had been done . Also check your records, it was not just an oil change but $500 worth of services including change of wipers and battery. You are and should be responsible for the car while it is being serviced. Try to understand the situation before posting such arrogant responses that only serve to aggravate an unhappy customer. Whoever is posting these responses on behalf of Springfield Acura needs a lesson in humility. Customer feedback is an instrument of improving satisfaction and your service, if you don't like criticism take your profile off google or don't respond.

I've always highly recommended Springfield Acura to everyone I know and will continue to do so. This is my third car from them and as always it was a great experience.
