Jeremy and Steve were amazing with my used car purchase! Both gentlemen were very kind, honest, and helpful. I was able to take my daughter in for a test drive and later take the vehicle to my mechanic for an inspection with no problem. After purchasing the car for an extremely reasonable price; we noticed a funny noise, and called them back. Steve was very helpful on the phone and asked me to bring it in immediately they were able to fix all of the issues at no charge to me, but the best part was the customer care they showed in purchasing my daughter’s first car. There is always a risk in purchasing a used car, but Springs auto sales is where I will go from now on!

These Guys are GREAT! Jeremy was so helpful from the first question to signing. This car was for my daughter going to college. He cared about that. Had a minor issue with the car a couple days later and he promptly took care of it. Will absolutely return for my next vehicle purchase. Thank you!

Called to get a price quote for a VIN verification for the state DMV. The response? "Well, it depends on how much we like you, and if you like us." EXTREMELY creepy, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Under NO circumstances should prices be dependant on an employee's attraction to a customer. If you are a woman, this is NOT the dealership for you. Lock your doors, grab your pepper spray, and keep driving.

Looking at their cars and then dealing with who was in charge today was disappointing. I don't know if the guy was the owner or just someone working there. He didn't come out and introduce himself, didn't ask my name, or if he could help me. I inquired about one vehicle and test drove it. Did some research on it and found out it was 25% overpriced from the blue book value. Also found out the car had been in 2 accidents. I brought a mechanic with me to look at it and he pointed out that it needed atleast 1000 dollars in work. The guy wanted to argue about it and said he didn't see how it could need work. There were rust spots on the car that had been badly painted over and it needed struts and brakes. Other than that the car drove good but when i told the guy i would offer him the blue book value he told me he wouldn't go down on the price at all. Obviously this place is for people that have nowhere else to go. I wont be going back since i can find a much better deal somewhere else and have a good credit score and cash if i need it. Do your research on any vehicle you buy from here. The guy doesn't volunteer any info.
