What A great place to buy a car! I recommended my cousin to the dealership and they took such good care of her. She is 80 years old and needed a place that she knew she could get good service and trust them. Not only did they find her a great car at a great price , but treated her with respect & dignity. A year after it was purchased, the car needed some work & a service garage quoted about $3,000.00 for repairs so I recommend she take it back to Springs Aotomotive where they did all the necessary work for only $461.00!!!! And in just one afternoon!!!!

I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Monte Kline. Monte asked detailed questions to understand exactly what I was looking for. He promptly responded to my inquiries and sent me the information I requested but didnt pester or pressure me. Monte worked hard to find the perfect vehicle to meet my needs including the miles, features, and payment options I sought. Monte followed through with everything that was promised to me even after the vehicle was purchased. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him.

Springs has been a very helpful and accommodating dealer to work with. My friend had told me about them and he got some $$ for doing so through their referral program--pretty sweet for sure. They have a nice selection of inventory ranging from "starter cars" ($3k Buicks, etc) to BMW Ms and lifted trucks. DJ and Dave took great care of me and worked hard to get me a good deal even though I have poor credit, including a recent repo. I was ready to pull the trigger on a loaded Lincoln when a Civic Hybrid just arrived in as I was signing the paperwork. DJ knew this was a better fit for me, and even though I was sold on the Lincoln, he had me check out the Civic. Instantly loved the Honda and the idea of using literally half the gas of the larger car. The whole team, including the owner and finance manager, happily worked for hours to unwind the previous deal with the lender which had already been submitted for processing with the state and bank. They even managed to get me a better interest rate the second time around. Love my new ride and Springs Automotive Group in Denver really went above and beyond to hook me up with my new, used car!

These guys are LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS. They will SAY ANYTHING TO MAKE A SALE. Then proceed to not deliver on the majority of their promises.For instance, KEVIN THE OWNER IS DISHONEST.Wanted some cash in his hands. Then allocated it as the states dealer handling of $300. (WHY WAS THE OWNER ITCHING FOR CASH?)Guess what showed up in my loan paperwork, a dealer handling charge. Essentially HE POCKETED THE REQUESTED CASH AND THEN ADDED IT BACK INTO THE LOAN. Equivalent of THEFT.Stated verbally that he would sell the car at $X price then placed $Y price in the written loan paperwork.Promised to fix the few found defects with the car on the 'WARRANTY'. .... WHAT WARRANTY? Actually Fixed the door lock and then scratched the car in the process... TOTAL OF UNDELIVERED WARRANTY PROMISES = over $1500Waited until after the nice verbal sales pitch to say I was unable to drive off in the car if I didn't get insurance immediately, then while I was on the phone with insurance pushed all sorts of paperwork in my face and demanded it couldn't wait. He was pushy because he was lying.That's was "Kevin" the owner.How about Dave the sales guy.Initially seemed nice but you can tell something is a bit off about the guy. Kept talking about the low price (that I was screwed out of)Promised the marks on the hood were just leftover car wax. If they weren't the NON EXISTING Warranty would cover it and the couple other noticeable things.BLEW UP ON ME IN THE STORE WHEN I STATED I WOULD BE WRITING A BAD REVIEW BECAUSE THEY LIED!Just emailed me a happy 1 year anniversary of being screwed over. Yea, happy happy, joy joy.

I have always bought new cars, and at age 54 bought a used car for the first time. I visited two other dealerships where my experience was the typical "used car" high-pressure salesman pushing sub-standard vehicles. With some reluctance I visited Dave Prezant at Springs Automotive Group, but much to my relief the experience I had working with Dave and his staff was excellent. He was professional, pleasant, very easy to work with, and was not high pressure at all. I highly recommend Dave and his staff at Springs Automotive Group, and am confident you will find everyone as pleasant to work with as I did.

I worked with David he helped me when no one else would. He called me to make sure I enjoyed my new car and gave me the best sales experience I have had in a very long time. Will buy again from david and recommend him to my friends and family thanks david. The fiance office was also was great Shana was awesome getting me financed she stop at nothing to get me in to my new cat she is great thank you.

Bought the car in Denver but with contingencies it have new tires, chip in windshield fixed, and keyless entry remote provided. The staff was extra friendly, patient and courteous. They gave us a great deal on our GMC Yukon and trade in, without the pressure. They suggested we have the added work done in the Springs as this would be more convenient for us, since we live there. After about a week and a half I contacted the dealer in Colorado Springs. I have to admit I was not too friendly. I had this feeling in the back of my mind that, now that the deal was done, the dealership would just forget about us and we would be stuck with all kinds of litigation issues, to get them to finalize our deal in a satisfactory manner. Regardless of my harsh manner of addressing them, they remained were very professional and courteous. They informed me they had only gotten the paperwork the night before. Dale got the needed information from us as far as the correct tire size and the next day, by noon,.all the additions had been done and my fears were put to rest. Being senior citizens we have experienced some very shady dealers in our day, but I have to give Springs Automotive the best rating we have ever received as far as friendliness, courtesy, and reliability. It's sad to say but now-a-days a lot of dealers will tell you what you want to hear and when it comes down to delivering they forget you all together. Springs Automotive restored my faith in the old form of customer service. I felt so bad I had to call and apologize for my abrasive manners.
