I bought a fantastic Jeep Grand Cherokee in excellent condition from S&R Motors. Chris in sales is excellent, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor! No pressure and a painless sales experience. Jerry the owner, went out of his way to help with logistics (allowing my rental car to remain in the garage while I drove my Jeep home; Jerry then picked me up a BART the next day so I could collect my rental car). Jerry is a great guy! Carlos in Finance knows his stuff. He quickly got me through all the paperwork with grace and style. He even helped with follow up registration customer service. I would recommend S&R as a trustworthy operation. White glove treatment! Thank you guys!

Clean showroom, friendly service, just watch out for the sales tactics of "something's wrong with your car, so it's actually worth nothing now". Walk in knowing the true value of your car, and don't stray from the range. They will try to devalue your car, but don't fall for it.

If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the car buying experience. This isn't my first rodeo when it comes to buying a car and they were up front and made it hassle free unlike some other places I have been to in the past. If you're considering purchasing a car any time soon, you should definitely visit S&R Motors. Good prices and they put your mind at ease.

I would not shop here if you are a first time buyer. They advertise that they are first time buyer friendly but I felt the exact opposite from Jerry. I called ahead of time to make sure the vehicle I was looking for was still available and he said it was. I asked if I could do a test drive and he said that would be fine. I drove 1.5 hours away to this dealership and Jerry gave me the keys to check out the vehicle. All seemed well until I asked if I could test drive the vehicle. He then began asking me about finances, how much down payment I would put and monthly income I made. He then asked if I was a first time buyer. I felt uneasy because I wanted to test drive to see if I’d like how it ran before I began talking about finances so I told him this and I would be going through my credit union for financing. Jerry then said the price was nonnegotiable and that he couldn’t let me test drive for liable reasons. He wanted me to finance everything first before I got to test drive. He then told me the price of the vehicle and that most first time buyers don’t spend more than $15,000 on a vehicle. The vehicle I wanted to purchase would be $26,000~ after taxes. This where I just left because I felt discriminated for being younger. I’ve saved 3 years from the military to be able to put a bigger down payment of vehicle but I never disclosed this to Jerry because of how strong he came on. As I was leaving, I saw a female older customer test driving one of their vehicles. This of course led me to believe that my speculations of being discriminated were true. Wasted 3 hours driving and my time for this experience.

My experience with S&R was above and beyond of what I expected. Bobbi's knowledge, expertise, work ethic and honestly will make his business very successful. He totally is the complete opposite of these other dealerships where all they do is try to hustle you. He broke down every detail about my trade-in, finance and purchasing my infiniti. Along with Bobbi, his sister Nicole also went above and beyond! Her customer service made my experience very comfortable and pleasant. She was also very accommodating with any questions and concerns during the process. I definitely will refer any friends and family if they ask or recommend for any good dealership because of the quality of cars they have here in the lot and the because of Bobbi and Nicole passion for there customers!!!!

I financed my car for the first time by myself and bought it through S & R! From start to finish it was a wonderful experience! I bought my 2011 ford fiesta a week ago and im so in love. Bobby and Andy and all the guys are so great. I obviously recommend them to any of my friends and family, and if you are on the fence about where to get a car from, look no further... this is the place for you. I will surely be back as soon as my sister needs a car soon!

I am so grateful to have such a knowledgeable team help me so much through the complex journey of a car purchase . Last month I purchased my first financed car. I started off super skeptical due to all the horror stories I've read online . We happened to be driving by on my way to another dealership when came upon S&R. We thought we'd just stop by to look. When we first walked onto the lot Karina greeted us with a smile and showed us what we asked to see. She didn't pressure us or try to impose their more expensive cars . She was patient and answered all our questions. Then came the mountains of paperwork . Luckily Bobby was there to help us navigate through it. Took us through the process step by step and addressed all of our concerns. He helped me get a manageable monthly rate and a great payout time for my financed Nissan Altima. He even avoided me the trip to the DMV !! Truly amazing people at a truly amazing business ; I will be back !

We got a used 2010 Nissan Versa here last month. We found a great deal on their online inventory with much better prices than any of the dealers that we checked out. Hamid was real nice and helpful and he didn't pressure us into buying. He even held the car without any down payment until I was cleared for my loan. After everything was finalized they wanted to take a picture of me and my new car. I thought that was pretty corny but a small price to pay to help a small business. I'm a first time buyer and I was really nervous about what to expect for my car shopping experience. When I got to S&R it was close to closing time but Hamid and Ray encouraged me to take my time and didn't rush me at all. Once I found the car that I loved, I was worried that it would be a little out of my price range but Hamid was so patient and really took the time to explain financing options that could fit my budget. Bobby is by far the most humble, honest, and caring dealer i have EVER come across. We walked into the lot just because my Dad saw the dealership as we drove by. It was the BEST decision we could have made. I had been looking for a used Honda for some time now. Bobby kindly greeted us and showed us a Honda Accord. When we started doing the paper work he was super friendly and informative. He gave me advice that not ANY dealer would give me (even on how to improve my credit score!). I could tell he was not trying to just take my money. Bobby wanted to make my first car buying experience the least painful and most informative. He gave me so much advice, I am thankful for it. After taking the car, I started having some problems. I contacted Bobby and he immediately helped me fix the problem. He went above and beyond what any other dealer would have done. I am sure if I would have gone to another dealer they would have sent me my way saying the car was now mine to deal with. Bobby, however, made it his priority to have a satisfied customer and did all he could to make sure it happened. Today, I went in for my registration and he even helped me put the plates on my car. That's just the kind of dealer Bobby is. He cares for the smallest detail, wants to give you a good price where he and the customer are satisfied, and makes sure to walk you along the process till the very end. Its so nice to know there are good people out there, being fair and not trying to steal from you. I definitely recommend S&R Motors to EVERYONE. First time buyers make this your stop! I'm Nate. My wife and I are pictured purchasing a 2007 Hyundai Sonata. We purchased the car from Bobby and his father in July 2014. We had an incredible buying experience working with S&R Motors. Really, I can't say enough good about the service and treatment we received from S&R Motors while shopping for a car. Bobby was so considerate, patient, and understanding. He answered all our questions, never pressured us, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable during the whole process. In the end, we got a great car- very clean (immaculate), low miles, and a great price. We couldn't have been happier driving our Sonata off the lot. Bobby made sure the repair work was a priority, and he offered to help cover some of the expense. My car buying experience with S&R motors was one of the best. When I met Bobby right away I felt very at easy with him. I told him what I was looking for. He showed me what I asked for without deviating unless I specifically asked. I never felt so in charge of my own auto buying experience. He was always willing to promptly answer my questions about the vehicles in a no nonsense and non pressured way. His knowledge of his merchandise was impressive. When I made my choice out of his inventory and decided to make the purchase, he made the paperwork part of the buying process quick and easy. Bobby was very complete in his answers to my questions about the paperwork When all was said and done I was very happy. So saw a car we could afford. Bobby was helpful very informative. Made us feel welcomed. Gave us great advice and made our second car happen at a price we could afford..thank you Bobby and Ray another great thing Bobby not only sealed the deal that night but next day,he went above and beyond and got us a better rate and better payments..You can not find a dealer that will take the time to find a better deal,they usually let you go after you drive off the lot.I WILL recommend anyone to go here for you next car purchase.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at S&R. We had been searching for the right car for three months. We saw a Sentra with low mileage posted online and really liked the condition of the car. Awesome! I was turned to S&R motors from a family friend, so i checked out their website. They had solid variety of cars at many different prices. I was able to find something i was interested in & decided to go check it out the next day. After spending days dealing with pesky salesman at big dealerships, I stumbled across a beautiful 2010 Toyota Corolla LE online. After a few phone calls back and forth with Bobby, I was on my way to see the car. I met with Bobby's father who was extremely nice and handed me the keys to test drive. Well, fell in love and pulled the trigger on the purchase. This is a family run business with no gimmicks and it's been such a pleasure dealing with Bobby and his family. I highly recommend S&R Motors, Ray (Bobby's father) was not pushy when it came to making my decision which made it much more of a relaxing experience. I also am a first time car buyer and I wish big dealerships would learn something from these guys.

After spending several days going to used car lots and various dealers this one was very refreshing, and where we decided to buy our 2011 Mazda 3. Bobby was very professional and eliminated all the gimmicks/pressure so prevalent with car sales. We were able to think about the purchase on our own time and ask any questions we had. He even showed us what he paid for the car at auction and was open to fair negotiation from there. Bobby also put us in touch with an insurance broker that got us better rates than anywhere I had called. Though it's still early on, I feel I would be able to discuss any issues that may occur with the car in the future and he'd help out as best as possible. He isn't just in it for the initial sale, it seems this place wants lifelong customers and that's what puts them ahead of the competition.

A BREATH OF FRESH AIR! I stumbled onto S&R Motors while looking for a car after relocating back to the Bay Area.
