Manny and Luis were FANTASTIC! They were so willing to work within my budget in order to get me into a vehicle I would love. I cannot say enough wonderful things about their customer service. I will continue to go back to them for any new vehicle purchase I may need. I highly recommend this dealership and these two awesome men! Thank you so much for such a positive car purchasing experience.

Went with my daughter to buy a new jeep wrangler. After going thru the process, test drive and agreeing on a price and pulling out the checkbook to make a good faith down payment, the whole pricing and structure of the purchase began to change as the real scam and details began to emerge. What a crock of schlepp did that dealership dish out. Full of lies, deception, and a complete waist of time. Walked out with check in hand. Wasted two hours of my time.

Bought our Certified Jeep Grand Cherokee there back in May. Was hands down the worst customer service we've ever experienced. We called the day before to let them know that we will be in around 8AM. They said they will have the vehicle pulled up for us. We arrived and it was still in the lot. We test drive the Jeep. Our salesmen Frankie was nice, but didn't have a clue about the vehicle. He tried telling us that the 20" wheels were 17"...if he knew anything about vehicles he would know the wheel size is listed on the tire or even just by the look. He then continues talking about the Jeep, with very little knowledge of the vehicle. We understood he is new and proceeded to go through the buying process. We start negotiating and he brings out the pricing agreement paper. Come to find out the "Certified" label comes with an additional cost ($17-$1800) added on to the price listed. An under spray for $1k+ and wheel locks for $200 were added to the sheet. We were told the vehicle already had the wheel locks installed - it did not. During negotiation his sales manager came out to help. We tell them to take the under spray and wheel locks off and voice our frustration with the advertised price of a "certified" vehicle. He blamed the marketing department. We finalize everything and get in the Jeep. No floor mats are included and the tank is 1/8 full. Frankie goes inside to get us floor mats and comes back out to tell us he cannot do anything as it is an as-is sale per his manager. How can you sell someone a vehicle with 1/8 tank of fuel when they are spending 30k+ at your dealership? Feel free to contact me to how you will fix this.Jordan

When we first got to dealer ,it was past their opening time but the set of door nearest to the parking areas were locked knocked on the doors could see several sales people inside they looked over saw us and still no one came to unlock the doors .I had to call the dealership to send some to unlock the doors by then more people were waiting outside. Once inside they just let us all just standing there. Have owned many new cars I the last 40 years. This was not a good dealership to buy a car.I regret going here. I purchased the paint and interior pertection. But when we picked the car up the rugs still had mud stain in the front they coved them with floor mats.and received no paper work stating what work was done or warranty. But they made sure they charged us for it.So I'm not certain that any of that work was even done. I will need to have a independent shop check if any paint pertection was applied. To many better dealerships in the area should not waste your time and money at this poorly run business.

From the time we stepped foot on the property, until I considered calling the police before we left, this dealership followed the Sleazy Car Dealer Playbook from cover to cover. When we arrived, we walked around for 20 minutes with no greeting. Finally, someone yelled across the parking lot to ask if we needed help, when we said "yes", they walked away and later claimed that we said we were "ok" and didn't need help. When the negotiations started, we literally stood up and wanted to walk out the door after 30 seconds. For the next 90 minutes, our trade in keys were held hostage while they tried every trick in the book to get us to agree on something that would "send us home in a new car".They would not tell us the purchase price of the vehicle, only the monthly amount even though we repeatedly told them we were not buying a car without knowing the purchase price. They provided no computer printouts, only hand written scribble notes with a lot of arrows and numbers circled on the back of a piece of paper. After running our credit, they told us we did not "qualify" for the good rates, and again gave us a higher monthly payment with 12 more months tacked on, again not telling us the purchase price of the vehicle (side note: we bought a car 2 days later at another dealer and qualified for top tier financing). They would not give us our keys back until we walked outside the dealership and stood next to our car discussing whether we were going to call the police or not.Terrible and deceptive, this place should be shut down.We bought the exact vehicle at another dealership 2 days later, spent 45 minutes total in the dealership, qualified for top tier financing, and received printouts of all the numbers from top to bottom during the brief negotiations. Price difference was $10,000. Stay away from St. Charles Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

I just stopped in to check out a used jeep with a plow after seeing on line. Was told a price on the phone and then was 1000 more when I went in. Took it for a ride after about 45 min for them to gas it up. Drove fine but needed some work. Had my truck appraised and it was an insult. They offered me $1000 for my truck. My truck was same year as there's and less miles and had a plow on it also. Had a new trans and lots of work done too it with year old tires. They told me my truck was only worth that cuz it was a plow truck. But so was there keep. I would never deal with them at all . The sales guy was young and nice but the the rest of them were rude. Very xxxxxx experience and a waste of 3 hours.

Don't walk Run!!! This place consistently offers terrible service they sold me a terrible truck and have a terrible service department to back it up. I bought a Ram 3500 it is the worst truck I have ever owned it has been in more for service work than oil changes it has 30000 miles on it and is broken again. I called to have it towed/brought in they said they can tinker with it until their diesel mechanic gets in in about a week could be more. I run a business but I understand things come up employees have to take time off but I need my truck back to work as well for that same reason. They totally do not care brush you off and make you feel like your request is crazy to have a new truck down for 1-2 weeks is no big deal. Can I get a loaner to continue my business in the mean time? Nope that won't work either unless I want to rent a dodge caravan or jeep liberty(I am in the commercial fleet program which is a complete joke as well) This is probably the 5-6 bad experience i have had with their service department, they don't care and consistently deliver poor service in a poor fashion in my opinion the service department doesn't believe in the product or the management and it is reflected in want little production they do put out.

I bought a Jeep here. Experience was fair, but once the keys were in my hand they have been awful. I had numerous problems right off the lot. They did nothing to resolve. Service kept ordering the wrong parts, the manager was sorry and offered me a free car wash. Uh, aren't those free anyway???? The right answer would be to provide me with a loaner vehicle until all the problems were worked out. But instead I was offered a free car wash and shown the door. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. THEY DO NOT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WELL AT ALL. STAY AWAY!!!! Don't say you haven't been warned.

We had a price out the door , tax title and license in mind as we have been shopping for this model. While haggling, salesperson asked can you do.... out the door and we raised our price and agreed. Sat for an hour, another sales person came in and tried to renegotiate. We felt the original agreement was fair and our top and said we were going back to another dealer we were at earlier. Long story short, we ended up with a deal, out the door , the finance dept, wrote up the paper work, set up our payments, and we put half down. We came to pick up the car the next day, the air conditioner did not work and spent another day there. But all was well... we thought.... Called dealer three times later that week asking three different answering machines including finance guy about seat belt extenders with no response. Figured oh well, forget it, buy them off ebay..... another two weeks go by, and the finance guy is calling saying we need to either send a check for another 300 dollars, or redo the paper work as he did not charge enough taxes. Told him he can have the car back, the deal was all in, out the door, and everything was signed by both parties. I actually hope they take the car back and give us our money back to go to a better dealer. Will see.

I was told that I could lease a new jeep Cherokee with a 1,000 down to get in the dealer. When I got there it wasn't true. They lied to me. I had asked about buying a wrangler. They new I couldn't but shot my credit all over anyway to see If I could get a 2nd loan which I didn't even want cause I was to upside down on my current car to trade it in. So basically they lied about leasing the Cherokee and tried to get me a 2nd car loan that I didn't want or asked for and lowered my credit score a ton With out my permission. So I then ask him the reason for that cause obviously I didn't agree to that dumb idea of me having 2 car payments. I then asked him why would I have two car payments. He then said how bad do I want a wrangler and I could just give up my first car to repo just so I can have a wrangler and ruin my credit. What a joke.

I just purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer. Other than the color, I knew exactly what I wanted, but what started out as a good experience, went completely horrible immediately after giving them the deposit. My first contact salesman(Brandon) was nice to work with. To get the pricing finalized I had to have a visit with the sales manager who felt the need to give me the "what do we have to do to put you in this car today" routine(I couldn't believe people still did that). After telling my salesman that all they had to do was match the printed price that i received at another dealer. Sidenote: I wanted to give the sale to the salesman who had gone through the leg work with me, test drives, answering questions, etc. In hindsight, I should have gone with the dealer that gave me the cheaper price initially, rather than having St. Charles Jeep match it. After we agreed on the price, I told my salesman that I wanted to get every piece of paperwork done, that could be done, so that when I brought the family back with me to pick up the car, all my wife and I would have to do is sign our names. I spent in total about 2 hrs there on that Thursday. This was going to be a dealer trade for the color I wanted, so i could not pick it up that day. On Saturday, we got the call to come pick it up. I told them that we would be in at 1pm to give them our trade-in and pick up the new car. When we arrived, our salesman was busy for a few minutes with another customer(understandable being a Saturday). But the problems started almost immediately after that, when it became apparent that the paperwork was still not complete, when the salesman came back to me to ask what county we lived in(1.5hr)! Are you kidding me! What did I spend 2 hrs there on Thursday for, if they were still working on these rudimentary details! Then we had to wait(1hr) to talk(45min) to the "accessories guy", which I really did not need to talk to. The only accessories i was interested in were all weather floor mats, and I could come back for those another day. but we were told we HAVE to see him first. The finance guy was quick. i think we spent 10min with him. Finally, after almost 4hrs at the dealship, we were going to get our car! That's when we discovered that in the dealer exchange, they did not get the second set of keys for the car, so I would have to come back and pick those up. Also, the "Accessories Guy" now informing me that the parts department had closed at 3pm, so he could not give me my floor mats, I would have come back for those as well. Over the weekend, I was online looking at other accessories for my new car when I found the same factory floor mats for $50 less, and i wouldn't have to go pick them up. So I sent an email to my salesman, instructing him to cancel the floor mats that I did have yet and just refund the money to my credit card since I had used it for part of the down payment. When I did not get a response, I followed up with a phone call to him, which then resulted in the accessories guy calling me back to ask why I wanted to cancel them, to which I responded that I found them for almost 30% less. I told him that if he wanted to match the $140 price(including tax) that I was ok with that. He said, "Let me talk to the parts department to see if I can match that, an I will call you back". After not hearing from anybody for 24 hrs. I called again and was told that the best they could do was $145. I said fine, since I was already in progress with them. I told him that I could not pick them up until later the next week. The following week, i emailed to let them know that I would come in the next morning to get the mats and the refund for the difference. Long story shortened.. It took me 1hr and some four letter words to pick up the floor mats that were already owed to me! No wonder dealers don't want a business model like Tesla coming in, where I can order online and never have to deal with this!

BEWARE The worst experience of my life! Bought a 07' truck from them after 600 miles the engine developed a knock i returned it to the dealer where i was reassured that they would fix the problem (moe sales manager and jake service manager) after 3 days i received a call from jake saying no worries just trying to figure out if there going to repair or replace the engine but they were no worries. 8 days pass till the next call that proclaims great news the repair is $9400 and all i have to pay is half!!! I explain this is not right and return to the dealer where moe (sales manager) says its only $1000 out of my pocket! I have to remind him once again where is this taking care of me? So now (carlos general manager) gets involved and once again re-assures me he will take care of the problem next day i return to the dealer to meet carlos where he proclaims he will not fix my truck .... But will return my money so now im three weeks into this nightmare no truck no money and all kinds of excuses!!! CONSUMER BEWARE ! Avoid st. Charles chrysler jeep at all costs you have been warned

Note: I never leave bad comments unless the service has been phenomenally below expectations.Experience: My fiance and I both purchased vehicles at this dealership within the past 10 months. Sales: During the price negotiations, the salesmen did everything they could to confuse my fiance and I about the price of the vehicles. One salesman, Steve, admitted that he had previously been a used car salesman (usually the shadiest individuals) and wasnt used to selling new cars. This was after he lied to us about the price of the vehicle and then tried to change his words.Financing: St Charles CDJ has many more incompetent employees. Bill Henders (financing) is a very nice person but terrible at his job. He is completely unorganized and unresponsive to email or phone calls. In an effort to cancel GAP protection and an extended warranty, it has turned into a 3 month ordeal (and not over yet). Bill gave me the wrong forms to fill out but I wasnt told about this until I followed up with the dealership 3 weeks later. After filling out the correct forms, I was again forgotten until I followed up after 2 weeks. Now I was dealing with Rachel Valentino. I was told that I needed to sign the form (there is no field on the form for a signature to be written). After signing the form and returning it, I was told the checks would arrive in 7-10 days. I followed up again 2 weeks later still no checks. I was told that their GAP company only cuts checks once per month and that Chrysler only sends warranty checks to the original loan bank or the buyer I had refinanced with a different bank to get a better rate. Rachel then told me that I would get the checks in 3-5 days. It has been over a week again and still no checks.Service: The service team is (unfortunately) just as incompetent as the rest of the staff. Having brought the car into the dealership for oil changes without too much hassle, I decided to have the dealership repair some items that were covered under warranty. They took 2 business days to repair (estimated time was 2-3 hours) and had me get a loaner vehicle in the meantime. After hitting a pothole on the way back to the dealership and getting a flat tire, I was told I would need to pay $189 to replace the tire. There was no damage to the rim. The value of the tire at discount tire is about $95 installed.I love my car and love the Dodge brand, but the incompetence at this dealership is astounding. I have been met with incompetence at every interaction. Despite all of this, the owner of the dealership, Carlos Huerta, has done absolutely nothing to help.

I used this dealership when I was not getting any assistance in my own state! The staff here were extremely helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty! I have friends who are now considering making the 8 hour drive (one way) to this dealership because of the positive experience I had with them! Even Cruz still is willing to help me almost 6 months later when I had a question about my vehicle, and was being told the incorrect info from the dealer here! I really am appreciative of the staff at St Charles Jeep and will be making the drive to them when the time comes to purchase another vehicle! Thank you for all your help and being so accommodating! You will not be forgotten! Anyone who is considering buying a vehicle from anywhere else WILL be disappointed if they do not go to St Charles Chrysler Dodge Jeep!

This dealership is excellent in regards to customer satisfaction. Dealing with other car dealers in the past I have developed a sense of anxiety since most of them are in it to make as much money off the consumer as possible. This dealership is different. They go well beyond the term "customer service" and are very honest in their pricing and what they can do. I dealt with a sales person named James and he was very helpful in getting me the exact car I wanted, the price I was looking for, and the finance I needed. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new/used car to go to them and speak with James. I am very satisfied with the service and everything they have done for me. My opinion towards sales people and dealerships has done a 180 and its in large part to the fantastic job they did for me. Thank you James and everyone else that was involved in my deal to get my dream car.Sincerely,One Happy Customer

Fastest purchase I ever made. Joe was very knowledgable about all the new features on my vehicle and took extra time to explain how they all worked. Ray was very helpful and communicative prior and after my visit. And Bill was expedient in the financing process which has been tedious and drawn out on other purchases elsewhere.

This is the second time I have brought my vehicle in for an oil change and they have told me other components needed work or replacement that did NOT.This latest time I brought it in they told me both my swaybar lickage was bad and dangerous to drive. They also told me the left tie rod end needed replaement.I took my vehicle to my local mechanic who I've been going to for years and he told me that NOTHING at all was wrong with the sway bars linkage. He also said that the tie rod ends showed very minimal play and did not need to be replaced for quite some time. He recommended that I have it checked with each oil change. It makes me mad that the Dealership Service center tried to scare me into paying for repairs that were not needed. Very dishonest. Will never go back there again, as this is the second time they have done this.

completely scam artist. Had a jeep repaired there for a leaking sunroof, less then a year from buying the vehicle. Tell you that everything must be replaced on the sun roof, and it will be covered by the warranty only to owe 1,000 dollars because they only cover half. Then have you go home to notice at home that they did physical cosmetic damage to the vehicle. You call them back to only have them say, "Oh I meant to tell you that. We ordered the part." Also, They give you back a car with jobs that were suppose to be completed, but were not. The light in the back of the jeep was suppose to be fixed, but of course it was not. Complete scam artist never buy from them.

My wife and I felt led to check out a Patriot that had everything we wanted. They were currently running a "dealership sale" on this specific model, which put it in our price range. The sale was completely legit. We previously went to Ziegler which advertised a sale, but yet we were not eligible and hardly anyone, if anyone, qualifies for. They are a waste of time.We were blessed that Cruz met us right off the bat. We had read reviews of other sales agents here requiring all sorts of info just to look at the car. Cruz gave us space and left to get the keys; allowing us time to ourselves to really look the Jeep over. Cruz dressed different, looked different, talked different than every other agent there; in a very positive way. At the end of the day, we bought the car. It was not exactly the price we wanted to pay, but I believe they were fair and I trusted Cruz to get us as close to the price that we needed. I highly recommend Cruz to anyone looking to buy a new car. I cannot vouch for the used car deals that they have, but we are very blessed to have met him and to have our Jeep. Bring on the snow!

We were recently in the market for a used vehicle. We were told the first night we visited that the car we were interested in was $17,999. We made 2 visits to the dealership after the test drive, as we were interested. We made the decision to go buy the car on a Saturday, which was wasted entirely. Early that day we asked to put the car on a service lift for further inspection. They agreed to this, and we soon found the 2008 Mariner had an oil leak. To make it better their in house service manager agreed to this crank seal issue, which caused the oil leak! We weren't too happy with this, and we asked our salesman if the repair would be made before we purchased the car. Rich then went to his manager to work the pricing. He came back and told us the price was $18,999! This was after he told us 2 days earlier the price was $17,999. They increased the price $1000 because we found the mechanical issue/oil leak. We then asked him how the price increased, and he proceeded to lie to us and say that was the price all along. He then said the car we were looking at was too much car for us and let us walk out the door. I believe they did this because they knew they were at a loss if they had to make a repair. I hate the fact that there is this stigma against car salesman and dealerships. But, St Charles Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge lives up to this bad reputation. They are liars and dishonest about the cars they are selling. And the worst part about it is after the fact we made a call to the General Manager,Carlos, and he lied again about the price (which was listed for $17999 online) and told us there was no mechanical issue with the car, after their mechanic agreed to the fact! Buyer beware to anybody in the market for a used car, they will try to screw you over. I will never buy a car from this dealership, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else does! I feel sorry for anybody that gets suckered into buying their lemon cars.

Worked with Bob Dale and made a deal with e-mails on a new Grand Cherokee. The price on the new car was very good and the trade in was fairly priced. The deal was about $1300 better than my local dealer. Drove 165 miles to pick up car. The new Jeep was setting in front ready to go. As I drove to the dealer I anticipated there would be some reason to hear "we cannot honor the deal." There were NO hassles, everything was very smooth. I would recommend this dealership as they were very professional.

Excellent overall we were searching for a new SUV. Picked the grand cherokee. They were very quick on negotiating price and explaining options, knowledgable of the vehicle, allowed us to drive several without a salesman. They gave us an excellent price and the best trade in allowance of any dealer we talked to. At the final signing of the papers there was an issue with the final price that they resolved in a matter of minutes. I would buy from them again.

This was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had attempting to purchase a used vehicle. I arrived with my trade-ins late on a Saturday afternoon and was unable to reach an agreement on price and subsequently left the dealership. On Monday afternoon I received a call from the salesperson that assisted me and asked if we could revisit the deal. After 4 phone calls we verbally reached an agreement and I confirmed the price and stated that I would be in later in the day to finalize the deal. I again called one hour prior to leaving for the dealership and confirmed price and terms. Upon arrival at the dealership I waited 2 hours, only to be told that they could not live with the pricing they had agreed to over the telephone. The manager that had signed off on the pricing could not be found so I was forced to speak with the used car buyer, who ultimately did not have decision making authority. Although my Carfax and Autocheck was clean, I was told that "A BMW DEALERSHIP" told them verbally that the car was in an accident, which was a fabricated statement. It became immediately clear that there was activity on the vehicle I was attempting to purchase, as the internet price the next business day was increased by $1000.00. I certainly do not begrudge a dealership the ability to maximize profits, but I do not beleive it is a good business practice to make a deal, have a customer drive 15 miles, sit for 2 hours and then fabricate information so that they can walk away from the deal they made. On a positive note, my salesperson Christian and his counterpart James were extremely professional and attempted to make the experience comfortable.

I saw an add on craigslist for this jeep patriot that they had online for, and i thought it looked like a great deal so i drove out to st. charles to look at this car. I got there and a salesman (james ayers) came out and talked to me and my boyfriend. He went and got the keys and we test drove this patriot...it was a piece of crap. Making weird noises with the engine, some lights were on, so i simply said okay lets keep looking...i want a jeep. So i saw this jeep loredo that was just what i was looking for so i asked him how much they were asking for it..he said he had to go look he came back with a list of cars and said they wanted 18,000 for this 2006 jeep loredo...i was floored, thought it was a little too much. Then we looked at another jeep loredo they had they were asking 16,000 for a 2005 jeep loredo that the passenger rear door was completely falling off i couldnt believe it! Then the sales manager comes out and talks to us i asked him how much he was asking for the 2006 blue loredo he said they were asking 20,000 for this car...but the sales guy just told me they were asking 18,000 I was confused, and thrown off a bit. I should have taken that as my sign and ran as fast as i could from that place. Instead I let them talk me into the 2007 trailblazer. They said they could work me a good deal..yeah yeah yeah. Well after they financed me and we signed the contract I get a call the next day they need all this financial paperwork..okay so i faxed it to them. I work two jobs and I work every single day of the week...this dealership called me at least 20 times a day..i cannot carry my cell phone on me at work, they called my work then asking for me..which was not cool at all...asking for more financial paperwork. okay fine. faxed it over. then i get a phone call from their finance lady norma saying my payments went up and if i didnt like it i could come get my car and they would happily take theirs back..i did not appreciate the way she treated me at all. So i called her on that following monday tellign her im tired of this and im coming to get my car back and she said thats fine. I get to the dealership and they tell me i cant take my car back..but theyre trying to raise my payments and get more money out of me after we already signed a contract!! It was ridiculous. after we got that all settled and they finally agreed to keep my payments the same and they apologized and promised me a free detailing and tank of gas...(im still waiting on my free detail)they called me all the next week asking for more financial stuff. This place is a joke!! the salesman (james) i worked with was a nice kid. the others there on the other hand...are just in it for the money, they didnt seem to care at all for the customers. I will never recommend this place to anyone or go there for another car again.

By far the worst car purchasing experience of my life, and I have purchased a number of cars.3 months ago we went during a promotion at 2:00 in the afternoon on a Thursday. They were very slow even with the promotion and most people (like us) were just interested in seeing if they were going to win. After speaking with the salesman Jon Fischer (who was very nice) we explained that we just wanted to know if we won because our son asked us to try. he understood, but the sales manager we dealt with decided to attempt to sell us the car. This is fine. I did end up purchasing the car for a decent deal, but this is where the trouble started.Even though they were slow, we were there from 2:00 - 8:30 trying to purchase the vehicle. Maybe an hour of that was actually picking out the right one, the rest of the time was simply sitting in a chair wondering what was going on. They said we were waiting for the finance paperwork to get prepared, but no one waits over 5 hours for this. After leaving the dealership, we realized that we left my I-pass in the car. Easy mistake since it's hidden behind the rear mirror. I called immediately when they opened the next morning at 8:30 to let them know this. Since we were leaving when the place closed and called when they opened, I didn't feel this would be a problem. My sales person wasn't there yet, so I spoke with another. he checked the car and said he couldn't find the i-pass and we must be mistaken. I explained that the ipass never moves and they were the only ones driving the car. Our sales person called back and said that he couldn't find it either and no one else was in the car. Now, I personally saw a sales manager, our sales guy and a porter drive my car, so I knew they were full of it. They continued to look. When I got a call later that day, they said they forgot to have me complete some paperwork and asked that I come back in when they open Saturday morning to complete the paperwork, get our key battery replaced and get $100 for the trouble and ipass replacement. I felt this was fair, so we went in.We spent over 2 more hours waiting for them to figure out all the paperwork and get the battery replaced. Most of this time was with the paperwork and about 30 mins for the battery. Then, we get a call again on Monday. Apparently, they forgot to have us sign the title because it was misplaced! Come on, how many times can you misplace this paperwork. the sales guy actually came to our house to have us sign that day. Tuesday, I get a call again. they wanted more information about our financials. I faxed the information over for the bank and asked why we hadn't received the $100 deposited in our account yet since we supplied them a voided check for this purpose. He didn't know why. I will add, that the sales guy paid us $100 out of pocket due the inconvenience, but nothing ever came from the dealer.Wednesday, I get a call from the sales guy telling me that they found the ipass and found out they gave it to another owner by mistake. It's been nearly a week and I canceled that unit and purchased another one, so I asked it to be destroyed. My wife gets a call the following Friday at work. She works for a retailer and you can imagine how bad this is to receive a call at work. She got in trouble and found that they called for more financial information. they claimed they called at our home, but we never received any messages. Very disorganized and wasted many hours resolving issues with them. Never would I recommend for anyone.

May 16, 2011To Whom It May Concern:I want to acknowledge what a pleasant experience my recent automobile purchase was from the folks at Al Piemonte St. Charles Dodge, Chrysler Jeep was...I wanted a specific type of Jeep 4DR Jeep Wrangler and could not locate the one that I wanted in the Nashville, TN area where I currently reside. I found this dealership on the locator in Jeeps website and contacted them to see if they had the vehicle that I wanted. They told me that if they didnt have it, they would get it and they did! I drove to Chicago this past weekend to take delivery of my new Jeep. I traded in my 2010 Ford F150 pickup and they gave me a very fair price for that vehicle; as well, they sold me the new Jeep at a price that was extremely competitive! My experience at this dealership was better than expected. The entire staff was friendly and the General Mgr of the dealership, Chris Pozek, was very personable and welcomed me very warmly. He made sure that my entire buying experience was one to remember and a very positive one.I am extremely happy that I made the decision to purchase my new vehicle from this dealership and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I want to thank Chris Pozek for making my new vehicle purchase experience one to remember. Thank You !!!!Chuck SimpsonBrentwood, TN

This is a great place to buy a car. I hate speaking to sales people, especially at dealerships, but I was surprised everyone is nice and friendly. We have bought 2 cars from there. Salesman Chris Pozek is straight forward and works well with your needs. Their service department is also pretty good compared to other dealerships we've dealt with. Thanks Cris for everything you make a differnece in this business. Gus dicrostaTHANK YOU CHRIS AND YOUR TEAM

I was not looking seriously for a new truck and SUV. After talking to the sales staff and management,I was convinced that a new truck was a wise choice for me. Everyone took their time to explain the current sales programs, equipment/ warranty options, trade in value of my old truck / SUV and finance options. The staff made me feel at home and comfortable with my purchases. The customer service was outstanding. I purchased a 2011 Dodge Ram and 2011 Grand Cherokee. I would not hesitate to recomend this dealer to anybody looking for a new car. This dealer and the staff deserves top rating for customer service. The inventory was also a plus, we did not have to wait for the Grand Cherokee or truck, the models we desired were on the lot.

On Thursday I set out to purchase a new Jeep. After being given the run around at several other dealerships, a friend suggested Piemonte Jeep in St Charles so I took a ride over. While at the dealership, I was treated GREAT! Shaunta & Chris went out of their way to make me feel comfortable! Rather than pushing me into a vehicle, they explained and educated me on my potential purchase. Shaunta & Chris even went as far as to tell me they understood I was a large purchase and that I should make sure to think my decision out.Sleazy - Not at all!Awesome Experience - Absolutely!I did not buy a car Thursday night, but did go back Friday for another test-drive and make my purchase on Saturday. If you are looking to make a purchase, I recommend Piemonte Jeep in St Charles! Thanks Shaunta & Chris "The Dream Maker"! I love my new Inferno Red 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Everyone jokes about the sleazy, cheating car salesmen, but this place is full of them. There is just too much bad stuff to say about this place to fit in one review. Actually if your not looking to buy a car and just need a good laugh, go in and ask for a test drive. The salesmen will keep you entertained for hours. Also, don't be alarmed when the salesmen chases you out the door asking what he did wrong? haha.

When someone comes in to test drive, let them test drive. Typical salesman stereotype. When a customer says no, they say no. No reason to beat around the bush. Too pushy and all about selling the car. Salesmen contradicted themselves. "I don't like selling new cars" then "You should by a new car because you won't have the left overs from someone else." Make up your mind. Salesmen- know the cars that are available.. don't guess on a car price if it is WAY off. Telling me a car is $7,000 is way different than a $15,000 car. DO NOT tell the customer that you would not pay the value of the car because there are many like them. DO NOT say that you do not want to buy my car for what it's worth because you can buy it cheaper elsewhere, if it's worth $6000 then give $6000!Worst experience ever. I am VERY disappointed in this place. Bettenhausen Dodge is phenomenal compared to this place. I will be buying all my future cars from them after this experience just because of the correct approach to selling. If you disagree, I didn't buy anything from you now did I?

This is the WORST dealership to deal with. DON'T go here to buy your car or van. I purchased a car here and after the purchase, they gave me a run around. Malcolm Thurman is the sleaziest sales man. After the purchase, he did not even want to deal with me. HORRIBLE! JUST HORRIBLE! Spend your money somewhere else!!

WARRANTY SCAM - BUYER BEWARE: Purchased a used 2004 Cadillac Escalade from Al Pimonte Cadillac in St. Charles January 2008. The manufacturer bumper to bumper warranty was set to expire in April 2008 and I was given an option to purchase an extended warranty that would start after the manufacturer warranty expired. I was told I could cash-out the warranty at a prorated value if I sold the vehicle. I went to my bank to pick up a check for the vehicle cost and decided to do the extended warranty as well, so I had an additional check cut for the warranty in the amount of $2018.18. Went to the dealer told them I decided to go with the warranty, the finance manager ripped up my original paperwork and drew up new paperwork that included the warranty cost. I didn't receive any warranty documents at that time so I asked if I would receive warranty information or cards in the mail and was told yes. With gas prices soaring I sold the vehicle in June 2008. I contacted dealer for refund of unused portion of my warranty. I submitted via fax the documents the dealer requested but received no refund. After a month or so and four phone calls I was finally told that I didn't purchase an "Extended Warranty" as I was told but the $2018.18 I paid in addition to the vehicle total cost was just MY COST to "CERTIFY THE VEHICLE" and that I would not be receiving ANY refund. I was even told I was not the only customer this recently happened to and he confused me with someone else and that is why I didn't receive a call back... I asked for the dealership manager and received a phone call from a man who claimed to be one of the owners. He yelled and screamed at me, said all the paperwork in my file said the vehicle was CERTIFIED and that I paid only to "CERTIFY THE VEHICLE". He said the two year extended warranty I thought I was purchasing would have been thousands more than what I paid. I contacted GM directly who said dealer pays NOTHING to certify a vehicle, that it is a courtesy GM gives the dealer upon dealer inspection of a used vehicle to help them sell it, the GM rep said he made a report of the incident. Al Piemonte completely mislead me, I purchased NOTHING additional, received nothing additional for the $2018.18 additional I paid, they simply pocketed the additional money!
