I recently had the pleasure of working with Kristopher Kelly in both turning in my previous Subaru Ascent lease and leasing a new Ascent. The entire process was easy and efficient. Kris was patient, took the time to clarify answers to questions I had, & was generally pleasant & knowledgeable to work with. As would be expected, there was some waiting involved in the showroom during the returning and picking up process, but I have only positive comments on how well everything was handled for me. I am thoroughly enjoying the new Ascent I get to drive & recommend St Cloud Subaru without reservation.

St. Cloud Subaru has become family. From the purchase of my first outback I knew I would always be taken care of. I choose to bring my outback in to the dealership for my normal service. Tam helped me last week as I am preparing for a road trip, she is the best. It’s great to know I can travel and not worry about any issues. Thank you !

St Cloud Subaru trys very hard to please their customers. I applaud them for their efforts. I bought my new 2018 Outback from them. It's a great SUV and I love it. However, last week I had my tires rotated there, and two days later, by sheer luck, while loading my car, I spotted one of my cars lug nuts laying on my garage floor. Upon further inspection I soon discovered that their mechanic had failed to secure all the lug nuts. I found the one lug nut on my garage floor, but also discovered four more of the lug nuts on the four wheels were also loose when I checked them myself. My confidence in their service work is now shaken. Lacking might be a better word now. Ever had a wheel come off your car at 75 mph on the interstate? John Wilson
