Was super disappointed, called and informed the salesman I was coming in to test drive a new Cadillac and that I was informed my truck had equity and wanted to trade it in, got there and test drove the first car but when I got back my salesman was selling a car to someone else. 60 min later I finally got to test drive the next car, waited another 45-60 min to finally sit down with the salesman while other salesmen were sitting at their desks. When we started talking numbers I asked about my trade and the salesman had forgot that I was trading anything, I went and got the VIN and mileage and was told my leasing company was now closed and more than likely wouldn’t sell my vehicle to them, he then came back with an offer for my truck $9,000 less that what I was already offered before and without even looking at the truck or asking what features it had. At this point I was done and left, but was told he would look into the buyout price and value of the truck and call me the next day. Went to another Cadillac dealer and had none of these issue and drove off with a new car. Their loss

Beware of buying used vehicles here. They do not look anything over. If your thinking of buying something have your mechanic (not theirs) look it over before purchasing as i started having issues a few days after purchase. I have already spent way too much money on repairs. Shouldn't had hardly any repairs for the price they charged for vehical.
