I just bought a used GMC at Stan McNabb and had a MUCH better experiance than any other car or truck purchase I've ever had before. I've bought many vehicles over my 61 years and this is the 1st time I've felt like the dealer was on my side. Dwain (my Salesman st Stan McNabb) was great at making me feel like he understood what were my requirements and finding trucks that met those requirements. He never tried to steer we away from what I wanted to something he wanted me to buy. I didn't have to wait in the dealership for hours to negotiate my deal, I always felt like everyone there treated me with respect and he found me a great truck at a great price.I love my truck, I got a great deal, I never was lied to or misled and I did all this in record time!I strongly recommend Stan McNabb and I think Dwain is a GREAT salesman that really is on your side. Even the Finance person ("T") is fast, to the point, friendly and didn't pressure me into "add ons".

very nice personal we have been having problems with a light that keeps coming on and they said it is the gas cap but as soon as we drive off the lot it is back on. they really need to take care and get to the bottom of it instead of three times telling it is the gas cap.

We drove for 4 hours to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Our confidence in the investment of our time and money was based on Sales Manager Paul Jernigan's speedy response to our internet inquiry. After we sent the dealership a late night email expressing interest in a Tahoe, Paul called early the next morning (as we had requested) so we could finalize our decision without delay. The manner in which he handled the early phone negotiations on the deal structure and the valuation on our trade in, was sincere and efficient. Later that evening when we finally arrived (one hour before closing), we were greeted by Paul and salesman Kevin McCreary who had been assigned to the sale. Kevin was informative and experienced, with a focused attention to making the process comfortable. The whole transaction was seamless and without any drama. T. Northcutt was also very knowledgeable regarding warranty options and accurately navigated the paperwork for closing out the sale. All these guys stayed late to make sure there were not any last minute issues which might cause us any problems. We would not hesitate to buy from this dealership again.

I recently took my 1995 Chevy Truck and 2009 VW to the Stan McNabb Detail shop for the works (hand wax, carpets and leather cleaned and treated, all surfaces cleaned, etc), and it was like I drove away with brand new vehicles! Michael O was wonderful. He was professional, super nice and welcoming, and really took great care of our vehicles. He walked me around my vehicles when I was picking them up as well, and I really appreciated that. The young lady that I made the apt with and dealt with was really awesome as well - she was professional and knew their packages well. Thanks for taking such good care of our cars.

We were very pleased when the need arose for us to experience the service department. The "engine" light came on after Sunday evening church service. My call first thing Monday morning go us an appointment for checking for the problem. The problem was discovered quite readily and I was assured there would be no further problems to drive it while a part had to be ordered. Upon delivery of the part two days later a phone call set us up with another quick appointment and the problem was corrected in quick order! I commend everyone that was involved in correcting our situation!

My overall experience with Stan McNabb was great. The staff were all very courteous and acted like professionals. My only discontent is with the delivery of my vehicle. It was supposed to be washed and detailed, but nothing was done. It was delivered to me unwashed with foot prints on glove box and, finger prints and smudging all over the interior. Other than that, my overall experience was great.

I have a 2013 Acadia Denali, which I love but I have been dealing with an "oil leak" for over a year. I have been so frustrated I was ready to get the problem fixed and get rid of it.When I first discovered I had a problem, I took it to a local repair shop I have used for years and they told me the rear main seal was leaking and suggested I take to the dealership because the problem should be under warranty. I live in Murfreesboro so I took it the GMC store here. I was told it was not the main seal but a couple of gaskets; replaced, problem fixed, good to go.I shortly there after took a trip out of state and discovered I still had a leak so I took it to a repair shop out of town and they diagnosed the problem, the same as the first repair facility, rear main seal. They patched me up so I could get home.Trip #2 to the GMC store, diagnosed as a transmission hose leak, $500 later I was supposedly fixed again and ready to go. Within a couple of days, still leaking.I have been a vendor for Stan McNabb for years. Even though the drive to Tullahoma is not as convenient, I decided to bring it to you guys.First let me say that Rodney and the whole process was wonderful. They spent the first day cleaning off all the mess from a years worth of leaks and put a die in my oil so they could determine exactly where the problem was coming from. Told me to drive it a few days and they would check it again. And surprise - it was the rear main seal!Not only was the seal repaired, but an additional problem was discovered that was causing the problem all together. Instead of just patching it up and sending me on my way, Rodney kept my car for a few extra days and fixed it right. He kept me in a car, longer then I'm sure he planned, but it was so appreciated.From the followup up on the appts, to the staff, the repairs itself and now even your post followup, it has been a great experience. I'm now going to keep my car and plan for all of my service to be with Stan McNabb from now on.I so appreciate the service and the quality of the repairs.

Over the years, the service department has provided quick/professional/capable service. T. Northcutt was easy to work with and provided excellent closing. The Detail Shop is always on top of the job and does a superb job (we use them frequently), and just recently, I had my first and great experience with the Collision Shop repairing our damaged and elderly 2001 Suburban (nearly 300K miles). Jason and his team were able to provide superior workmanship for a third of our insurance estimate! Way pleased with the Collision Shop's work and value and Jason and his team went above and beyond to get our "Burb" back on the road quickly and economically! All departments are excellent and very personable which says great organizational leadership and a quality team!

As a woman under thirty, being in the market for a new vehicle attracts a lot of people who see you as someone they can manipulate to make commission. When I walked into Stan McNabb, I expected to be treated the same way I'd been treated at other places closer to Nashville. I chose to drive all the way to Tullahoma, because I thought maybe a small town vibe would make for a more honest and caring dealership. Being from a town of 1400 people, my small town instincts were spot on. I was greeted by Jim Nix, who went above and beyond to make my car buying experience not only educational, but way less stressful than I would ever have thought. It was my first time buying a car completely on my own, and he knew that Being a father himself, he treated me the way he would have wanted his daughters to be treated. He even gave me a ride to the insurance agency in town to set up my insurance so I didn't have to leave the lot without any in my new car. He was very patient with me and helped me tremendously in the affordability of my car. I ended up being able to afford the car I really wanted.Ryan Ruff was also very nice to work with. No one was a "high pressure saleman". Ryan worked with my ability to afford the vehicle, and I was able to get the vehicle I wanted without having to make a ton of payments. He was even nice and patient enough to talk to my concerned father over the phone, and answered all of his questions. I can't imagine finding that kind of integrity and patience anywhere else.I will happily make the drive to Stan McNabb next time I need a car, and have already recommended them to several friends. I never thought I'd love a car as much as my first one, a Chevy Cobalt, but the Chevy Equinox I just brought home from Tullahoma is everything I hoped it would be.

When I called the dealership for service, I spoke with Rodney Hunley. He agreed to take my car in within the hour. Later in the day he called to tell me some of the problems he had discovered. The next call I had from him said the car was ready to be picked up. He told me exactly what had been done to correct my problems. They were fairly extensive. He then told me that all of the work was under warranty. I was not charged anything for this good service.

Major problem with my 2016 Corvette Z06 the first day. Dealership drove 50 miles to come retrieve the car, carry it in to the service department, diagnose the problem, order parts, and make the repairs. Don McKay kept me informed every step of the way. When the car was ready for me to pick up, dealership management (Trent McNabb) was there to greet me and make sure everything was OK. Then the service manager (Mike Wingerter) came out to explain what had happened to the car and how their excellent technician (Lannie Smith) had quickly found the problem. You couldn't ask for better treatment.

My husband and I have been having problems with the backup camara on our 2013 Cadillac SRX we took it in and nothing could be found, it only happens when it rains. Cincy in the service dept. is wonderful she listened was very professional, so friendly and helpful,we took the Cadillac in again yesterday and she called me and ask if they could keep it over night and soak it and check again. Well this am Cindy called and the problem was found some type of gasket and a whole new camara is going to be replaced. The staff is top notch and I would recommend to anyone. I have visited this dealership in the past, test drove vehicles, all with a smile from the salesman. I did not buy at that time: however, I did return this week, asked for a certain vehicle, a test drive. The salesman did not ask if I would buy that day. We went on a test drive, I was not limited to the distance. I decided to purchase the vehicle. The sale was done in a most professional manner, treated with respect. All aspects of the sale were explained, we agreed upon purchase price, trade in value. The salesman explained all the features of the new vehicle. This was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle.

I was very nervous and unsure about buying a new car, but the group at Stan McNabb were very nice and happy to answer any questions or concerns I had. I didn't feel pushed or feel like they were trying to sway me one way or another. Jim just made the recommendation about possibly getting a Cruze instead of a Spark due to the extra room. But when I said that it's usually just me and I don't have to worry about anyone else, he agreed that was the best option for me. Nothing else was said about it. I feel very confident that I got a great deal. They jumped through hoops to get me the best deal with my past credit issues and that was greatly appreciated. Although I hope it will be several years before I need another car, I will definitely be going back. And in the end, T. was very informative in letting me know everything I was signing and why I had to sign it. I felt very comfortable walking out and knowing I wouldn't have any issues.

I gave a 5 star rating due to excellent customer service and excellent repairs. Cindee was a pleasure to deal with and was up front about all possible charges. No surprises when payment time came. Very reasonable rates. Recommended additional services/repairs were greatly appreciated with the estimates in advance. I will be returning to have those repairs made. Every one of the staff I encountered was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Excellent prices on details jobs also. I paid $125 to have my car detailed and the carpet cleaned. It was a challenge I am sure. However, the detail shop was very efficient, polite and did a wonderful job at a great price. No long wait time for an appointment either. Recalled on ignition also performed. EXCELLENT STAFF! Thank you again Cindee!

In for a warranty problem - some electronic systems doing strange things. Turned out to be a short in a wire in one of the wiring harnesses. These are difficult to find and fix. IT was found relatively quickly and I was kept up to date on progress and actions to be taken throughout the diagnostics and repair process. She sucessfully did everything she could to keep it from being an unpleasent experience.

I took my 2013 Silverado in because the battery was getting weak. Rodney checked it out and confirmed what I was thinking. They put a new battery in and I was in and out in less than an hour. I always take both of my GM vehicles to this dealership when they need servicing as they don't ever try to sale you more services than are really needed.

Cindee will definitely be my "go to" person when I need any service on my Enclave. I was also appreciative of T Northcutt who sold us our vehicle in July. He made a point to come and greet me when I arrived and he followed up when I was leaving. The personal care which is demonstrated at Stan McNabb is hard to find now days. My wife and I are thankful for such a dealership. We live within ten minutes of another GMC dealer which we had done business with over the past few years, but never had they showed the warmth, care and customer appreciation as does Stan McNabb. In fact we had most often experienced frustration with them. It is worth the 35 minute drive to do business with Stan McNabb.

We saw an ad on cars.com for a truck that we were really interested in purchasing. We only wanted to trade in our old Mercedes and my husband's VTX motorcycle. I was slightly disappointed in the trade in cost for our Mercedes, but they really worked with us on getting us a decent and fair trade price on our motorcycle especially since they gave us the quote without seeing the bike in person. We drove up from Atlanta, with bike in tow. We didn't get there till 5 on a Saturday night, they close at 6, but never once did we feel rushed. The numbers worked out almost perfectly as what we had envisioned. From the time I arrived, to the time I left I received the red carpet treatment!!! I was able to find a new 2016 Buick LaCrosse to lease and turn in my 2013 model in record time. I had been checking with your Dealership for several months looking for a really nice used Corvette. Several weeks ago, I had found a Corvette at your Dealership that I intended to purchase. However, I had to go on a last-minute business trip to Florida and when I returned, the car I wanted had been sold. A similar scenario happened when I identified a 2015 slightly-used Corvette. When I decided to purchase, the car sold before I could get in the Dealership. That's when Ms. Sarah Phillips advised that she would find me a really nice Corvette that I could purchase (if I moved quickly). To make a long story short, Ms. Phillips texted me when she found a really nice 2014 Corvette and I moved quickly to purchase. Bottom line: I was really impressed with Ms. Phillips and Mr. Trent McNabb. Mr. McNabb (Trent) worked very hard to make a good deal for me. I also traded my 2009 Mazda 6 in on the Corvette; however, I decided to 'buy back' my Mazda as I wanted a car that I could drive in bad weather or snow. Ms. Phillips and Mr. McNabb worked an acceptable deal for me on my buy back. Lastly, even though I am a Ford man (spent 21 years with the Manufacturer and Ford Aerospace) I've always wanted a Corvette. Now let's see how it compares to Ford/Lincoln products. I'm impressed so far! I will recommend the Stan McNabb Dealership to my relatives, friends and coworkers; but, as a Ford Stockholder I want them to buy a Ford/Lincoln as well. I really do like the fact that Cody and Jason really strive to give EXCELLENT customer service. I am a very loyal and committed client to them now. No matter what city I am in across the country, I always have my repairs done at Stan McNabb collision center. It says a lot when they will even help you and your family when you're hundreds of miles away. This last one was in Atlanta, GA on 7/19/15.And Cody really did an awesome job getting the rental car set up, giving a very accurate estimate of damages, and dealing with that dumb "green lizard" insurance company. My car was hit on the front end, and now it looks like a brand new car. Some body shops, you can sometimes tell where the repairs were made, not this one. Looks PERFECT!!!GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!

My wife and I were on vacation (from Orlando) and in Tennessee visiting Lynchburg & Nashville. In route to Atlanta I noticed my 2011 Cadillac SRX felt both odd and sounded odd too. I thought it was developing a transmission problem and I was very concerned. Fortunately, we were staying overnight in Tullahoma down the street at a local Inn. I decided to take it over to the GM dealership on Thursday, Sept 10th and have them take a look at it.I pulled in the service lane around 5PM and was fortunate enough to meet Rodney Hunley. He got in the car with me to take a drive and immediately diagnosed what the he thought the problem was, and then had it verified by a senior mechanic. It turned out that it was a front passenger "wheel bearing assembly" that could have proved very dangerous. I made an appointment to bring it back in the next morning at 7:30 AM to have it replaced, as we were due to check out of our hotel at 11 AM. Much to my surprise I received a call back from Rodney at 8:45 AM informing me that the work was completed so that we could be on our way.WOW!!! Talk about impressive. On top of that Rodney was able to replace it with a genuine GM part and my repair bill was $140 less than anticipated. I cannot say "thank you" enough to Rodney for expediting this repair for a weary and concerned traveler so that we could continue on with our vacation plans. The car now runs smoothly and quietly. Also, I was very impressed with the Stan McNabb dealership as it was immaculately clean. I mentioned to Rodney that I wish our Orlando (Cadillac only) dealership was this nice and friendly. The city of Tullahoma is indeed lucky to have such a quality dealership in their community.

Since buying my Terrain in 2011 I have been in this dealership many times for the normal service. The sales package includes routine oil changes and tire rotation, so I am here on a regular basis. Even beyond the cash savings of this deal, I know my car is maintained better than if I had to remember to schedule appointments. I trust that my car is checked over thoroughly when I bring it in. I can travel hundreds of miles, confident that the car is in good shape. So last Friday afternoon, my check engine light came on. I immediately drove to the service bay, where the diagnostic test came back that I needed a catalytic converter. I made the appointment and just picked up the car today, and all costs were covered under the warranty (so nice!). I trust Rodney Hunley with my car because he knows what he is doing and he doesn't say things just because he thinks I want to hear them. He provides complete service, fast and good. You can trust him!

When my 2015 Camaro SS came in from another dealership, it had several scratches and blemishes on the hood, door, and trunk lid. I was immediately impressed with Coty Hall's friendliness, positive attitude, and willingness to get the job done ASAP. I purchased an exceptionally nice car from this dealership. The car is perfect, we love it! However, upon entering the dealership after having test drove this car I made it very clear that I was financing the vehicle through my personal bank and I had all of the details already worked out and a pre-approval. At this point the salesman mentioned that they do a lot of their financing with the bank I am a member at and that it would be much "easier" and "all of my banks members do this", etc. I went along with it, BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART. After having done this and signed all of their documentation I realized they had charged me nearly $1500 dollars for a bogus "financing charge". Basically they screwed me for almost $1500 of my hard earned money after I had made it very clear numerous times I would be using my bank to finance the vehicle. Lesson learned although I'm still making a trip up there to give the sales manager a piece of my mind just as soon as I can get time away from my job I work hard at to make that $1500 you slipped out of my pocket!

We got an email from the dealership and decided to check out the web site. Seeing what was available and the potential deals, we decided to travel from Meridianville AL to Tullahoma TN and make a deal. When we arrived at the dealership, the staff were very friendly and courteous. Our appointment was with T. Northcutt who was with a customer. T took a minute to greet us and asked if we minded that Chad helped take care of us. Chad was a very courteous and knowledgeable salesman. They were both extremely helpful and ready and willing to help us get the car that we liked the best. When we arrived at the showroom, T and Chad took us out the car that we had discussed and when my wife was happy with the car, we went in to start the task of paperwork. Turned out wasn't a task at all. Everything was progressing smoothly. Before we knew it, the car was ours. The salesmen were busy as they sold a good number of cars that day. With that being said, the business manager Joyce was producing paperwork by the ream. when it was our turn we were in and out of her office in short order. Our trip lasted about an hour from the house and within an hour or so after selecting the car, we were done. This is the first time I have gone to a dealer in the afternoon and left the same day with daylight shining bright. Our 2011 Convertible Camaro SS sustained some significant damage in a recent wind storm. The front bumper needed to be replaced, there were dents, dings and pitting song the passenger side and the mirror needed to be replaced. Jason and Coty made sure that the work was done back to its original perfection. We dropped the car off on a Tuesday and had it back by Friday. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company and we received update calls, texts and photos throughout the repair process. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. Whether or not you have purchased your vehicle at their dealership, they treat you like part of the family. Should we have damage in the future to any of our vehicles, we will return to the collision center at Stan McNabb.

My dealer (Sarah Phillips) was very patient with me as I test drove many cars on the lot and had many questions as a first time buyer. The experience I had couldn't have been any better and I'm so happy with the car I brought home. I know these are honest, good people and that is something not every dealership has. I found the STS on Cadillac.com and then went to the dealer website to view the pictures of the car and the listed features. The pictures looked like they were taken when the car was new so I called and reached Don to discuss the car. I wanted to get an honest opinion since I would be driving from Gulf Shores, AL (7 hours one way) to purchase the car. Don said he had looked at the car and the only thing he found was a small spot a little smaller than your fingernail around the fog light. When I actually looked at the car the spot was smaller than the tip of a pencil. You almost have to be touching it to see the spot. I grew up on a small town where people's word was something you could count on, Don and the people we dealt with can be taken at they word. By the way their price was about $2400 lower than a simular car that I found in B'ham. Well worth the drive.

While traveling through Tennessee.we experienced a major breakdown with our 2011 Tahoe. We were fortunate to have Onstar and they sent a tow truck. We were taken to the McNabb dealership. We were very distraught because we needed to be in Atlanta, Georgia for a dear friend's funeral. That is when the good things started happening. We met Rodney Hunley and he began solving problems for us. Courteous, polite, helpful---maybe even a miracle worker, He arraigned a rent car, got the part ordered and even got some of the service people to help us unpack the Tahoe and repack into the rental vehicle. We picked up the Tahoe the following Monday and took off for Texas. We love Tennessee and have always found the people to be friendly but, this experience has really cemented our thoughts! During my previous service, I was given a 'heads up' that my battery should probably be replaced in the near future, as their tester had indicated the cranking power had just slipped below the preferred range. With the record lows we have been experiencing on the horizon (at the time) I had it replaced the following week. Good thing, as my AWD Vibe has been the only (car) transportation that got though the snow we had immediately afterward - and continue to have. The below zero cold would have killed off my old battery on the first day of it.

I always have the feeling they are being straight with me whenever repairs are needed and clearly answer any questions I have. Today, I took my vehicle in to get a part put on it and Rodney asked if i needed the oil change... so me being the woman said "no I'm good without even looking at the sticker in my call." He called when they were done with installing the part about an hour later and as i am driving away I looked down and noticed my oil did in fact need to be changed over 1,000 miles ago. So I quickly pull back into Stan McNabb and Rodney was more than willing to work my vehicle in, even though I told him if he couldn't do it I understood and would just come back next weekend. (Did I mention I drive from Huntsville, AL to have all my servicing done by Rodney?)This is the kind of service I receive every time I have anything done through Rodney at Stan McNabb. He goes above and beyond for all of his customers. Wouldn't go anywhere else! :)

Traveling through TN to FL from WI and warning light for low oil pressure so checked for nearest GMC dealer and found McNabb's. They said very booked but to drive there. Amazed they had us taken care of in less than 2 hours. Unfortunately computer did not make correct diagnosis and replacement of sensor did not solve the problem Xs 2. We stayed overnight and they took us to our hotel. They worked diligently a number of hours the following day until our problem was solved and we were on our way. Adam Martin at the service desk was very helpful as well as his manager Mike Wingerter. From the get go they treated us like old friends and did their very best to help us out. Keith our mechanic was like a bull dog trying to diagnose our problem with the help of GMC tech support and others. Our problem turned out to be one rarely seen with a relief valve in the oil lifter manifold that is cumbersome to diagnose. Despite that the computer made the error they charged us only for parts for the final repair because they felt they should have got it right the first time. Sometimes the computers are not as smart as good old experience and pride in what you do.

Reason for visit was Oil Change, Tire Rotate, and Recalls. I thought I only had one recall, they informed me I had four. Service completed in a timely manner. While rotating the tires, one of the studs in the rear was stripped. Had to make a return visit a week or so later, this repair was completed in record time and no charge! Highly recommend this dealer!

Let me start by stating that Cyndee was lovely when checking us out. This is the first time we have worked with her. Adam Martin checked us in and I was less than impressed by his quality of service. He apparently doesn't know the dealership's policy on accepting coupons from mobile devices. When I informed him that I wanted to use two coupons from my phone, he told me that they only accept printed coupons. Rodney then informed him that he only had to write down the coupon code. Then he asked me to give him a minute, which turned into about five, while he noodled around with his computer. Meanwhile I stood and waited. Finally, I asked him if there was anything else he needed from me. He replied, "no," without looking up. An hour and a half after our scheduled appointment for oil change, tire rotation and balance and wiper blade replacement began we realized that our truck was back in the customer holding bay. It took another 15 minutes for us to be called for check out. Cyndee was very friendly during checkout. She informed me that there is a transmission coolant hose leak and gave me a guesstimate. It is very concerning that the dealership did not volunteer to get started on the work while I was already there. I would gladly have waited. It would have been a win win situation. Happy customer, higher revenue per transaction for the dealership. In fact, she suggested that I call when ready to schedule which made me feel that they didn't want to do the work today, despite the party being in stock. I live 20 miles from the dealership and can only come on my days off. Further, I commute 80 miles for work in the opposite direction daily. Now I am going home to worry about when I can get in for service before I have to travel in a couple of weeks for work. Keep in mind that Christmas is in 10 days and the dealership will be heavily booked. Will the leak worsen in the meantime? Ugh.This is my third negative experience with the service department. The sales team, especially T, is awesome. I simply don't understand why providing good customer service is so difficult.

I've been a customer of Stan McNabb for 13 years. It is the only place I go to have any kind of service done on my vehicles. I go through Rodney Hunley for various reasons when I need to have a service done. Rodney is honest, kind, and does great in making you feel as though your business is appreciated. I just recently had a 100k mile service and had the brakes and wheel hubs replaced for one of my vehicles. It is a service that takes more than 5 hours. Rodney arranged for someone to drive me to my house and then have someone pick me up the next day when my car was ready. I don't live around the corner from the dealership, which I feel shows how they want to make sure that their customers are happy and satisfied. I live 40 mins away, and the fact that I drive that distance for the service speaks for itself. To top it off, they cleaned my car as well, which I really appreciated. If you get a service at Stan McNabb and go through Rodney, you won't be disappointed.

Tire gauge light indicating low pressure. Took it by the dealership and they checked and corrected in minutes. Several weeks later the same tire (back left) indicates lower pressure again. Drop by the dealership (right at closing time) and they took the car in and preformed a repair on the rim. The service technician and service personnel explained and corrected the problem quickly and sent me on my way without charge all the while entertaining me while the repair was being performed. Great Experience!

My 2010 Chevy Camaro had a problem with the evaporator canister (not sure what that is but it has something to do with the fuel tank pressurizer system). I worked with Rodney Hunley. He explained the initial cost of the repair, some how got the price reduced, had the repairs completed on a schedule that helped us out of a jam, AND the work was done properly and on the schedule he promised. My thanks go out to him and the mechanic who performed the work ... they both went above and beyond my expectations. I will return to Stan McNabb Chevrolet for future work. THANKS AGAIN Rodney!! customer service was great. I had a problem getting my MX radio to work, went back the next morning and my salesperson was glad to assist me with getting it turned on. Every one I spoke with or met was extremely friendly and helpful.

I had used your dealership for service on my last car and was so impressed with the service I drove 45 minutes to check on buying another car. You salesman, Brad Sisk, was very helpful and polite, took time to find out what I wanted not just try to sell me "something". I really appreciate all of the help I received and when I need another car, I will certainly return the Stan McNabb for it.

We went in to get information on the Chevy Volt. The sales rep. was very courteous. Gave us the inf that we wanted and took us to look at a used car. He never got pushy and was never in a hurry. We liked the car and the attention that was given to us. We did not have our trade in with us si ge suggested if we wanted to, bring it in and see what kind of deal could be made. He suggeted we come back either that eveving or the next day. We were so pleased with his attitude that we told him, also told the manager. We decided we did want the car so we returned the same day. He asked us to come back for further instructions it it was needed. We went today,Monday the 8th of April. He explained everything we needed to know and said if we needed any further assistance to come back any time. We will recommend him to our friends. Thank you. It has been the best car buying experience we hav ever had. We have purchased many vehicles in the last 50 yrs.

We had a wonderful experience, and couldn't ask for better. We found a great price on-line, we didn't have to wait for help when we arrived. Kevin was attentive without being pushy. We are repeat customers at Stan McNabb. The biggest reason why we chose to return was the selection of used minivans on your lots. We found 3 to choose from and that makes it easier on a family when it comes to shopping. I gave the ratings I did because everything went smoothly with this purchase and the previous purchase. The service was not exceptional but it is good. We also are thankful that Stan McNabb is willing to replace the radiator in the van we purchased because within 48 hours of purchase, a leak was discovered. My biggest concern in dealing with Stan McNabb is that the phones are not answered promptly, especially when transferred to the service department! When the intial operator answers, I have waited as long as 10 minutes to speak to someone in the service department.

I have purchased many vehicles in the past. Brad and the crew always take my time seriously and put me in the vehicle I want. They always work hard to make the deal happen on my terms, and always take offers I make seriously. The dealership is always clean, and welcoming. We are really enjoying our new 2013 Equinox Chevrolet. We have owned 4 Buicks in previous years that we purchased from Stan Mc Nabb, so thought I would try something in a different style this time. After looking around all day for a car, I walked in and Blane took great care of me. He asked what I was looking for and within just a few minutes he was walking out with keys. He showed me a few cars and eventually showed me my explorer. I test drove it, and fell in love. Blane and all the guys in the finance dept were great about working with me.
